For several weeks and months, the MaxOne Hotel has always offered us something that resembles home. A spectacular feature of the hotel itself is the huge pool on the roof, where you can see half of Bali. Whether you are staying for a long time or spontaneously for one night, you are always warmly welcomed. But the highlight of the Max One Hotel Bukit Jimbaran is the staff. We have grown very fond of them all. They are all super great people, helpful and kind. The price-performance ratio is great. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Room size, clean towel, hot water, cold AC, fresh linen, friendly staff and good service, TV channel has BBC and CNN!, rooftop swimming pool, view from balcony, it has a balcony!, high ceiling room, good location between airport and uluwatu. Open air alleys and staircase are also nice, giving enough air circulation. The available hair dryer and daily water bottles, thank you. Staying here for total 8 days, i dont wanna leave, it was comfortable and cozy.

The buffet breakfast could be better. Less variant is okay, as long as the taste has more edge. I like their traditional options better: nasi bungkus, bubur mutiara or bubur kacang hijau. Also their cafe in rooftop, the counter and the cupboard can be revamped so it looks better and appealing.

Breakfast quality can be better, rooftop cafe counter area can be revamped, and maybe refresh the colorful interior into something more nowness 😄

We really liked MaxOneHotel! Especially the pool area on the top is a big highlight. The breakfast was really delicious and we had a lot to choose from. The rooms were clean. We also had the possibilities to rent scooters.

The hotel is located next to a really busy street, therefore there is a bit of traffic noise all of the time. The location of the appartment is only good if you plan in renting a scooter. (With the traffic you should know how to drive a scooter before, it’s dangerous otherwise)

The Location and pool area

This the first time when I checked in into this hotel and handled by the 1 of FO female staff who was busy with her phone and not being profesional to assist me or inform me of what should i do with the check in form. I am a hotelier too but this is a bit un-acceptable considering the hotel chain brand. Please review your front desk staff manner in the future especially for handling an Indonesian or local guest. This is the first time I gave a review for this hotels since a several time I stayed here in the last

Quite reasonable price and quality; if you’re looking for an affordable accommodation and stil worth the price with a touch of comfort (comfort bed and bathroom, cool aircon, elevator, breakfast, cafe, convenient store nearby, etc), then this prop might be the answer.

The location is quite far from the Kuta centre area with a bit traffic to and from. yet if you’re looking for accommodation very close to GWK, this could be the option.

Staff very gracious and friendly. The rooms are great value and very comfortable. Bed and bedding quality good. Shower and amenities good. Great little bar over the road called little irish with great pub fair at reasonable prices.

Starting to show wear and tear in some areas but by no means a deal breaker. When in this area it is a very convenient place to stay.

Max One is located in the entrance of Uluwatu, very convenient for any directions that you want to go in Uluwatu. The rooftop has an amazing view and pool where you can lounge all day long. The breakfast buffet is really good for the price that you pay!

WIFI was not working all the time and when it did, it was very slow. Beside that it was a good experience staying at Max one.

Very pleasant accommodation environment.Because it is not the first time to stay in this hotel.I lived here in 2019.The experience is very good.If you come to Bali again next time,I should still choose this hotel.

The sheets can be changed a little cleaner.

We booked this accommodation for our students who were attending a workshop at Universitas Udayana. Since they had a rental car, there was no problem regarding transportation. The amenities were acceptable and they had a good night's rest due to the relatively quiet surroundings.
