Nice view,Great staff

Information for Management: maybe better you're put light in the sign "Kirana Villa Ungasan" in main street because not everyone have internet when theyre arrived in first day to use google maps.. Hope the Management take seriously this suggestion,good for you and for guest👍

Nothing but amazing things to say about The Kirana Ungasan! The hospitality & staff were absolutely wonderful. We felt very welcomed upon arrival by all staff members and by the end of our stay, they felt like family. Our bungalow by the pool was lovely. The room was large & had everything we needed (mini fridge, AC, a table, coffee maker, robes, etc) The bathroom was nice & big with a stand up shower. Our bed and pillows were both very comfortable, we slept well at the Kirana. The breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve ever had, everything on the menu was delicious and there was a wide variety. (Western breakfast, fried noodles & oatmeal) Delicious food. One of the nights we decided to try the seafood BBQ for two (a romantic dinner) and we were blown away. The tuna steak was mouth watering. I’d highly recommend one of the dinners for two during your stay. They arrange a beautiful table with flowers beside the pool and you get to watch the chef cook your meal! It was an amazing experience. Check in/check out was smooth. We can’t wait to stay here again during our next trip to Bali.

Loved the Kirana so much we came back for a second stay! This was our favourite accommodation over our 2 month trip in Bali. The staff are amazing, that’s what makes the Kirana a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is kind, helpful & provides 10/10 service to their guests. It feels like family! Breakfast was always 10/10. Lots to choose from including western breakfast, Nasi Goreng, oatmeal & more. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. The AC works very well, the room was always nice and cold. We never had any issues sleeping here. There’s also a mini fridge, kettle for tea & coffee. We loved the bed and pillows. If you stay here… try the BBQ dinner for two! The Kirana does a fantastic job at creating a romantic experience for you and your partner. Everything is freshly sourced the morning of the dinner, we had the best tuna steak we’ve ever eaten. They put a lot of effort and time in and it shows. The BBQ dinner is our favourite thing to while staying at the Kirana.

It was our last stay of a month’s tour. It suited us as it was individual and quirky. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good, lovely fruit juice. Shower worked well and the bed was comfy. A/C was efficient and swimming towels readily available.

The swimming pool needs a good clean! It was not full of water any of the 3 days we were there. The sun chairs all have holes in. There seems no one to encourage the staff to work more than minimum.

We really like the view staying here and the ambiance. So quiet. It's such an amazing place hidden in the crowd. We love the view, especially in the morning and evening time. We can even see fireworks from the beach from this hotel. The breakfast was complete and wonderful.

Only sometimes the wooden tiles get a bit noisy when we walk. But that's fine still

We just loved our stay at Kirana Ungasan because it is a gem hidden and located off of the chaos and noise. It is very peaceful, quite and calm. The BEST part is its unique structure. It is nothing Hi-fi type but yet all the vibes of being at a hi-fi place! Worth every penny you ll spend! Definitely recommend it. Special shout out to the night shift employee mr.wayaan who was so helpful and informative in regards to offering whatever help/info i requested. Over all, all the staff was great but i dealt with him the most therefore he stole the show. Thank you #teamkirana ♥️

There was not a single thing that i disliked. This place is really nice.

The most welcoming staff ever! We loved every single moment at The Kirana. We found it very refreshing as it was off the main road, so perfect to unwind after a long day walking around. The pool area is divine; comfy beds and delicious and well presented breakfast every morning.

Toilets needed a bit of love. Very old towels.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was clean and I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was good too, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus!

The shower was okay at first, but after a few minutes, I started feeling little electric tingles from the water — kind of weird and not very comfortable.

The hotel is almost on the main street but it is so nice and quiet there! Perfect location, close to the GWK culture park (huge statue). Staff was very nice and helpfull. Bed was very comfy and clean. Water refill every day.

Bathroom is tiny, but we were aware of it, so we didn’t mind. We have only positives :)

Really nice Hotel with good facilities and staff. The pool is super nice to have to go swimming at the end of a day to relax. Julia was a super nice host and the food at the restaurant is super good. 5m walking and you can find Supermarket and orher services around the hotel. For sure ill come back if i plan to stay in Uluwatu area.
