Hotel is close to the beach. Decent breakfast. Spacious room. Nice staff. Rooftop swimming pool and its area. Very good value for money.

I have been staying in this hotel many times for last year and they did lots of repairs and improvements. However, still the biggest issue left for me personally is their noisy AC outside machines that I could hear in any room I stayed. They need to replace or substantially refurbish them to reduce noise and vibration sound. It’s not too bad, but for sensitive people it reduces comfort.

What an amazing experience! Started with a nice and warm welcome at the check-in and enjoyed a such good service from the staff members. All of them are so kind and helpful making you feel like home Rooms are big and spacious with convenient amenities. On top of that, I had a nice gift for my birthday :) Regarding the restaurants, both Fox Sunset Bar and Bar resto have so many good options for the food. I had some lunches, dinners and never been disappointed : food is so tasty Thanks to Ferdinand (F&B Manager), Amanda (Supervisor) and all The Foxes for their service Such memorable stay :) Yassine

The room was extremely clean. There were rubber slippers to wear and free toiletries in the bathroom. The infinity pool was great too. The staff was really polite and happy to help. Room service was fast and polite too. Breakfast menu had plenty of options and food quality was quite great for the price of the room. It is close to the airport, so it saves you a lot of time as Bali traffic can come to a standstill at any given moment and even small distances (2 to 5 kms) can take upto an hour.

Well, I hate to complain but our room had a bath-tub which kept spilling water outside no matter how hard we tried to not let it happen. The shower head was quite old, and had water going in all directions, which resulted in water spilling outside the tub, which then spills onto the floor. This was an everyday occurence and we had to order separate towels each day to keep the bathroom floor dry. This was the only pain-point in the entire stay.

Check in was smooth and since the first engagement the staff was super friendly and professional we really liked everyone we have met. Rooms are big and bathrooms great too with a lot of comfort. Rooftop bar and pool is amazing with a great sunset view ! Rooftop lobby both offer food and drink selections which we tried and liked them all , also great service and great prices compared to the outside restaurants. Available spa onsite , small gift shop , handcraft activities, scooter rental. Beach is a 3 minutes walk from the hotel . In selected days they have live music at the lobby , they were great too during our dinner

I loved staying at the Fox hotel, check in was easy, my room was ready to go straight to. Good AC, clean, mini fridge, full mirror, very spacious room and bathroom. Hairdryer! 🙏🏻 My absolute fave part is the rooftop with the infinity pool, I literally could spend the whole day and night up there with the views. I stayed for dinner my first night and was the only one in the restaurant but had lice music all to myself with the very talented Wahyu who also invited me to sing with him and I did because why not! Great fun. I would definitely stay here again.

The only small negative is the noise from people above with heavy feet.. I know that's just how it is sometimes but I just have to use earplugs

This is a very cozy and lovely hotel, just a three-minute walk from the beach. Moreover, this place is close to the quietest part of the beach. To the nearest restaurants, you need to walk about 10 minutes to the left or right along the coast. Comfortable clean rooms, good breakfast, very caring and attentive staff. Nice pool right on the roof, not very deep. Sometimes in the evening there is live music in the bar on the ground floor

I found a period when there were a lot of people at breakfast, and only one of the two coffee machines was working, which created long queues. At the same time, the coffee machines themselves are quite old. Folding dryers are very necessary in the rooms, there is no place to dry things after the beach or the pool. Moreover, the size of the bathroom allows you to put a folding dryer. And I didn't like the massage, unfortunately. It felt like the master practically didn't touch me. I have tried many massages in different places in Bali and they were all better. But overall impression of the hotel is still wonderful and I will definitely come back here

I stayed here for one night before a long international flight, and the location was perfect – just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, the local market, and a small convenience store. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent: varied, generous, and served with good coffee. The room was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated befor a long travel day. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay, especially for a night before or after a flight, thanks to its proximity to the airport and its excellent service.

There was a loud, monotonous noise at night that made it difficult to sleep without earplugs – that was the only real downside.

The room was beautiful 😍 clean and definitely 4 star material - the only reason I didn’t give a 10 My air con leaked a lot of water and even when I told them about it - no one came to look at it The shower nozzle turn came off a number of times As well, this didn’t affect my stay the air con did though as it must have turned off mid way through my last night which meant I didn’t have a great nights sleep

See above also there needs to be most “western breakfast food” seems to cater more toward asians than western - we did mention this to the manger who said he would take it on board

Great propert for the money. Location is excellent. Breakfast is ok, lots of options, but not many protein sources. But it’s better than most other hotels in Bali. Great bed, clean, no weird smells. Fantastic pool, big enough to swim in. Small gym, not fantastic, but you can get get a workout in. Also, room is huge.

Doors to the next room. It was ok for us, because our friends booked in the room next to us, but it could have been weird if not. Still, it’s separated with 2 doors, one for each room, but still could be weird.

Intan is a very very good and helpful staff, and I want thank Wahyu front desk staff also, he is very helpful too. Alit from housekeeping department is very good and polite. Thank you.

The hotel is a bit run down, sometimes aircond does not work very well. They refurbished the room, but the room are still with some ages. Food is strictly not allowed in the hotel room because ANTS are everywhere! It is a big problem for me because always see ants in the room. Breakfast was ok but for me it's lack of variety.
