The area was quiet, the street accessible by main road . Distance between places was very easy to get to. Warungs everywhere. The complex was small enough, and everyone was so friendly. The pool was always clean, and the grounds and facilities were excellent. The best homestay ever. The manager, Wayan, and family were excellent. Nothing was an issue. Parking for bike loads of room. Kuta 10 min by bike , Nusa Dua Beach 15 min by bike. If you want to stay away from the noise and immerse in real bali this stay is it

If anything, I can't complain. But the hotwater wasn't very long and the rooster a few houses up wouldn't shut up but after a while you don't notice it. Like home, you sound out the regular noise.

A gem awaits guests coming off the street, through a garage area to be welcomed by the courtyard, pool, and common area. In the efficiency the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette were clean and just right for the job. Fresh packets of earplugs were at the ready. The beach was a doable walk. The main shopping area, with the very worthwhile Frangipani Spa, was a block away. The airport was the easiest of rides, surprisingly close. Good staff, when I headed out for an errand an open umbrella was placed on my hand before I could reconsider a rainy wander.

Sadly management needs some small signs for guests to be mindful of those sleeping. At two AM I had to step into the courtyard to tell party goers to speak quietly. It barely worked. With the proximity to the airport I could see the facilities used as the rest spot after a long haul flight. During the day the earplugs may be needed.

We wanted something close to the airport due to having a late night departure. Our intention was to spend our time there relaxing, swimming, chilling out before packing and departing for our flight. As it was close to the beach and airport we utilised our time at the beach beforehand (Jimbaren is a fabulous beach with lots of people gathering for the sunset - such fun) - short walk through to the accommodation, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Convenience store right across the street. The host was super helpful and friendly! Getting there is easy, it is on a quiet street. There are only a limited number of units and only saw one other person while we were there. Grab to the airport was NZD1.27 - crazy!!! Unit was about 3 steps from the pool, had a kitchen area with large fridge and cooking options. Separate vanity to the shower/toilet area, comfy bed, plenty of space, nice and clean! Absolutely perfect and only NZD30.00!!! Again, crazy!!!

Initially we weren't sure if we were in the right place as it seemed like someone's home. But photos and directions given were perfect and it was the right place and our host met us when we arrived (we did let him know though).

Absolutely fantastic for what it is - a lovely, cheap, quiet place to stay. Rooms are very close to communal areas but we didn't hear a peep from anyone. The pool is fab, the host is lovely, the rooms are a little dated and old with quite a firm mattress but for the price they are absolutely awesome. Would 100% stay here again. We were just staying one night before heading on to another part of Indo - had a leisurely stroll to the beach, enjoyed a good meal & sunset, walked back. This place is great!

Great location, walking distance from the Beach and lots of great food places. Super convenient for getting to and from the Airport. We used it as a place to relax for the last couple of days before flying home, it was great.

There was a large water container on the fridge, but it was empty and we couldn't work out how to get a refill.

Wayan and his family were very helpful and friendly, as were the rest of the guests. The apartment was clean and the kitchen and large fridge were very useful as we cooked on occasion. There were many small local warungs to eat at and a small shop right outside.

Housekeeping could have been a little more often.

Close walk to Jimbaran beach, the pool was nice to relax in. They had breakfast and bikes there on request.

My partner doesn’t like seafood, so finding a restaurant that has a decent amount of options was hard. But was able to order food which all the drivers found the place really well. Over all nothing bad to say about the property.

Good location - near the airport, not much of traffic. Worth of money - very valuable for anyone who is looking for a short stay or transit. Good room standard - the cleanliness, the facility are up to standard

Not a lot of choices for food or attraction around but it will not be a big problem for a short stay

Amazing room with bathroom, kitchen and large bed, pool was also very nice and the location was perfect to easily get to the airport. Staff also very friendly.

Lovely place for arriving or leaving from Bali. Nice pool, clean room, comfy bed, sympathetic stuff. What else do you need? Good local street food in walking distance. Same for the beach. I hope to come back next time!😇🙏
