The staffs were very very friendly, rooms were clean, facilities were great, I liked the gym though it could be further equipped, nevertheless it has basic weights which can still help you to keep fit.

The hotel charged me for a late check out (3pm) instead of 12pm. I sent someone who informed them around 2pm that I was on my way back But they refused. I had left very early around 4am to go on a tour of Bali and site see some of the tourist sites. I had to leave early coz some places like Lempuyang temple receive many tourists and you could stay there even for 4hrs waiting for a photo. This was just one extra day after I had spent like 9nights at the same hotel and we were like 100 of us, booked by a company. So they could have just waived this.

We were very happy to be upgraded to a suite... the room was spacious, but had lots of wasted empty areas.. there was a huge balcony running the length of the suite, with a sofa, 2 chairs and table, and a very big bath... the queen size bed was very comfortable, bathroom huge... the staff were absolutely lovely, helpful, friendly and always smiling.. the breakfast was plentiful, offering a wide variety of Indonesian, Indian and American style food... The pool is nice, with a pool bar, but it's right next to the reception, lobby area, so it's a bit noisy, and there is no garden area .. it is however very clean and not cold...

Unfortunately the area around the hotel was disappointing.. the hotel is not beach front, there is a road and several restaurants between the hotel and the beach. The beach itself was absolutely covered in trash, very sad to see.. and there is lots of rubbish tossed into the side streets...also with all the seafood restaurants, there was an offensive fishy/rubbish smell everywhere... which actually put us off eating there.. overall, the hotel is nice but the area around it is not pleasant..

Rooms, food, facilities and nearby beach all exceeded expectations. My expectations weren't super high going in as a result of the very mixed online feedback but I was pleasantly surprised as a whole. They even worked out a scheduling conflict which they played a role in creating.

The wifi at this hotel was really bad in my room, but it's also not an issue unique to this hotel. They use straws for their drinks, something that is really disappointing. It would be nice if they had some water bottle filling stations available on each floor so that guests can avoid using plastic bottles.

A lovely hotel. Very good presentation everywhere. Super breakfast - English or Balinese, buffet style. Amazing choice. Very helpful staff. A nice, small pool area that was most pleasant - A credit to the owners for the design. Free towels & loungers ( invariably) are available. Resolved a hard bed issue immediately, with multiple choices. Very pleasant hotel. Smaller hotel & this added the good vibes. Good fish restaurants along the front.

Wasn't happy I'd been given a bed with a hard topper, so no sleep the first night. My issue was dealt with very well- credit to the staff. Outside the hotel was not to my liking sadly. It's not a tourist place, more an urban living area. Dirty beaches, but that's mankind's fault! The government is starting a programme to address the beach waste issue. Tidal sea, which I couldn't swim in as too much rubbish. (The recent bad weather & winds had brought lots of debri onto the shoreline. Bulldozers were working to clean) The hotel is not situated on the beach but set back with a road to cross, then a restaurant or alley to go through to the shore. It's not ideal. However, the lovely pool area made up for this

From the moment we stepped foot into the resort, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Such a lovely, clean resort with great facilities. Everything you need is in the resort, but it is also so close to all the Jimbaran Bay beach front facilities, including the famous seafood restaurants on the beach. Would definitely recommend this resort and it is now my go to resort in Jimbaran Bay.

There is nothing I could fault with this resort, although we stayed for only one night for the seafood on the beach experience. I do regret only staying for one night, next time it will be longer.

Absolutely loved our stay at Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort & Spa! The location is perfect — just steps away from the beach with stunning sunset views. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a touch of Balinese charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered delicious food and cocktails with amazing ocean views. The pool area was relaxing and never overcrowded. We also enjoyed a wonderful spa treatment that was both professional and soothing. Everything about this resort was peaceful and well thought out. A true hidden gem in Jimbaran — highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind in Bali!

Best value for the price. Staff is very nice & polite. It's in the quieter area of Jimbaran Bay. But walking distance to bustling restaurants on the beach. Rooms are OK. Nice, not great. Good spa. The hotel itself does not have any entertainment. Beautiful roof top bar. But boring. Breakfast buffet is OK. If you are staying here more than 2 days, you will see the same menu. Manager DIDI is a very nice gentleman. If you need anything to be addressed, go talk to him. All & all good stay. Its more of a 3.5 Stars. I pushed it 4 because of the staff. They really try.

Amazing rooms, we had a balcony with a bath on, really spacious and modern room and bathroom. Friendly staff Massage service Poolside Drinks and food really tasty - lots to pick from the menu I could have stayed for 2 weeks to eat my way through it. Good location as right across from the beach and lots of other restaurants to pick from. Pool area great with lots of seating and sunbathing places. Nice roof terrace with romantic tables set and beautiful sunset. Really reasonable priced Ended up booking another night as didn’t want to leave when our stay was over.

Breakfast wasn’t the best, included lots of curry dishes and things I would eat for an evening meal - not sure whether this is just the culture here. And flies seemed to be around the food which I suppose is hard for them to get rid of.

The staff were friendly and keen to help. I liked the 24 hours service with no extra charge.

No windows in the standard room, very unhealthy as you can’t get fresh air from outside. The location, there was nothing around and the beach close by was very dirty. The only good thing about the location is the short distance to the airport.

I had a good stay here. The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast was very good with loads of options and my room was clean. The shower was nice with good pressure and nice complimentary products. In a good location a short walk from super market and beach, though the sand and water were full of rubbish.

Some of the rooms are connected by a dividing door so you can hear the neighbouring guests easily. I complained about this and staff were quick to put me into a new room. Not an ideal place to stay if you have been travelling for hours and need to nap as there is loud music playing in the breakfast hall in the morning, then from the bar until late at night but with earplugs this is fine.
