The room and facilities were amazing. The apartment was super spacious and extremely comfortable with a huge living space. The pool was lovely and our deck and the infinity pool were great places to watch the world go by. The rooftop bar was superb. Great service and a great view too. The staff were delightful. The breakfast spread was amazing.

It appears to be a huge function hotel. Our room was adjacent to the lifts and there was a lot of noise outside the lifts and in the halls during the night. We understand the hotel cannot do anything about their clientele but maybe ask for a room away from the lifts. Breakfast time was very busy too, however it did not affect the service we got.

Stayed at this hotel for a staycation with family. We chose a room with an ocean view. Overall the hotel is comfortable and located in front of kedonganan beach close to many seafood restaurants. Hotel facilities are complete, staff are friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, there is a swimming pool for children and a mini playground. The breakfast is also delicious and plenty of choices.

The downside is that the bathroom drain smells a bit although the bathroom is clean, maybe a fragrance can be added.

Nice room, comfortable bed, close to airport. Food was okay, cocktails were great.

The hotel itself was fine but the surrounding area is awful, the beach is covered in litter.

The breakfast was worth the effort to get up in the morning. The very large bed (2.1M 7 ft) was worth going to bed. The infinity pool, with sun on it for most of the day was great to relax by and swim in. The rooftop bar was wonderful to watch the sunset and to enjoy a beautiful evening meal with a drink or two. They have a great fitness centre to loosen up those relaxing muscles.

Jimbaran district is not a tourist destination yet, but the hotel is good enough to not want to venture out to the surrounds. Don't bother going for a meal at the local fish eateries.

The location and facilities are very good. The staff were excellent. Overall, the experience was good, I will rate the hotel as a 3 to 4 star. The Jimbaran restaurants facing the beach are all within walking distance.

I read so many comments about the breakfast that I booked according to the reviews, but unfortunately, I'm not impressed by the breakfast nor the settings of the tables. Since the hotel was fully booked, the food was not replenished on time, and finding where to sit was very difficult 2 days in a row. Only 1 coffee machine for such an amount of guests.

The hotel was brand new,spotlessly clean & staff very freindly.The pools & Gym are spotless & modern.Buffet breakfast is amazing,with great quality food & variety.Location is right on the beach front & seafood restaurants are on your doorstep.Its a very quiet & chilled street in the daytime & the beach front is also quiet & relaxed,great for morning swim/walk.

As they were new, no liquor licence as yet = no cocktails.The rooftop bar view is amazing but the dj's music was so loud you couldn't have a meal or conversation,they need to decide if it's a nightclub or a bar & adjust the volume down a little to improve the atmosphere & vibe,especially since most of the clientele seemed to be middle aged couples & families.But that's more of a suggestion than a complaint.

The hotel is 10-15min from the AirPort which is very convenient. We had a room with pool access which was on the 5th floor. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. My daughter slept in the extra bed and she loved it. Staff very friendly and helpful.

For me it was a more 'business' like hotel. Breakfast could be a bit better.

The room was lovely and spacious with a beautiful view. Breakfast buffet was delicious and included a self serve icecream machine. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The street below gets very crowded and noisy of a night time so can make it difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper.

The best bed experience ever!!!! Such a beautiful room. We were shocked, especially coming from other hotels in the area. This one so far was the best. Cant wait to be back there again. Very welcoming staff, super friendly and truly this was the best experience in our 1 month stay in bali. Hotel is in the european standard in terms of the interior.

Rooms were huge very spacious and was also super clean. Great facilities, has a gym, 2 pools and a rooftop bar as well as a resterant down bottom. Staff were beautiful people! Can't wait to come back.

Not much to dislike, only thing I can say is sometimes you got bad smells coming up through the drain.
