Great location, close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Room was very spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Fresh towels were supplied everyday. Very close to the airport so that was really convenient. Large bathroom and tub. Room service from the Japanese restaurant came fast and was very delicious.

A little noisy at times as my room was located near the elevator. Aircon woke me up in the middle of the night 2 times with ice rattling inside and then falling on the floor, engineering came fast and looked at straight away though.

We stayed in a suite (max 4 pax) and the room was huge with water dispenser and a large bathroom. It has a balcony as well. A bit old but a clean one. Staff are very friendly from the receptionist right through the suite club lounge who served us there. One big pool on the ground level and one small infinity pool on level 5. We were given 2 options for breakfast: buffet or japanese set menu, both are good.

The building needs to be refreshed though they maintain it quite well.

We booked the Suite and it was quite spacious and relaxing. The view was towards the pool and the balcony lounge space was comfortable, you can lie down and watch the stars in the night right from your balcony. The staff were very hospitable and always attended to all our requests. The room was very neat and clean. Overall, the hotel facilities were spacious and tidy. The breakfast was also really delightful.

Nothing to complain about

beautiful suite at great value with a water dispenser in the room - game changer when you’re in Bali. the location was really convenient - we were able to get to all of south Bali scenic areas in under 30 min and only a 10 min trip to the airport the day of departure. Great hotel to finish your stay and get a different side of Bali and avoid a long commute to the airport if you were Seminyak or Canggu

the breakfast was really average - ate there once and never went back although we had prepaid it for the whole stay.

Everything was as expected, the only thing that caught us left in awe was the size of the bedroom, it was super spacious. The balcony where we can sit and absorb the morning and evening air was also super spacious. We do also love the location that is decent walking distance to our favorite seafood restaurant at Kedonganan Beach.

The room was very spacious and its concept was unique. The ambience of the hotel is very peaceful and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It is located near airport and opposite a convenience store. The food was nice and they spread quite a variety for breakfast. It is located near the airport which is very convenient.

The bedroom was gorgeous with a nice bath tub and bathroom. Rooftop pool has a nice view and buffet breakfast was good. Staff was incredibly helpful, humble and kind. We loved our stay. Thank you!!

The suite was massive with plenty of room for a family.

There is not much going on in Jimberan bay during the day. The breakfast wasn’t great either.

Staff were great and there is a driver on hand to take you anywhere you want to go which is cheeper then using a taxi amd if you are on a day out he will wait with you while.you explore his name was putu
