Roof top pool was very pleasant and it's open until 10 pm. The room is big and the bed was very comfortable. Location was very appreciated (20 minutes away from the airport by car).

You can hear a lot of different noises during evening/night if you're a "light sleeper". Some renovation details in the room (furniture) and in the pool area (some pool tiles were damaged) would elevate even more the quality of the hotel!

Staff were awesome! Accessible location. Near the airport and the main thoroughfare to get south to the rest of 'lower' Bali and connecting to 'upper' Bali As with all the properties, can be a bit dated, but the room was very cozy and the beds were amazingly comfortable! And that's all that matters, really, right? Kudos to the staff, especially, for a wonderful stay. Thank you!

There is allot to like about this property. I came from a five star hotel on the beach here with low expectation. It was a third of the price, I got a very good deal at £75 for two nights including breakfast. From the first moment the impression was good. The outside of the hotel is attractive with a beautiful water garden. Greeted by smiling security and Inside the staff were very warm and welcoming offering help and advice and checking me in early which was much appreciated. Upon arriving to the room again I was pleasantly surprised. It was a big room, an enormous comfortable bed and immaculately clean. The large bathroom was excellent with a decent shower. The hotel is very spacious and peaceful with wide corridors, I had the best sleep here since arriving. The experience in the restaurant for breakfast was equally as pleasant, it was the most relaxed space with no queues or pushy guests which are common place at the usual buffet trough. There are two good pools one which i used briefly on the rooftop and the other at ground level. I don't understand how people would complain about this hotel, it is fantastic. If you get a good deal do not hesitate to book. Yes it is a short walk from the beach down a lane beside the hotel but this was no problem for me. I prefer to stay in hotels like this which are located slightly set back from the touristy areas. There is opportunity to discover more local restaurants and feel the buzz of the town. A big thanks to everyone I met at The Watermark who were so warm and friendly. It has enhanced my experience of Bali.

There is nothing I disliked. Sure there are some improvements that could be made to bring the decor up to date, since there has probably has been no renovation for around 20 years. Despite this it is immaculately cleaned and is perfectly acceptable.

I loved the staff and my suite was huge just like the picture. The location in jimbaran is also pretty good I took a scooter everywhere because I was a solo traveler so it was perfect for me. I loved the roof top pool and their restaurant had some great food too. There is also food available through the gojek app and it comes super quick! A lot of restaurants and salons in the area and I also went to the hotel salon! It was amazing. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and tucked away so you can rest but easy to get to activities and beaches.

I wish the gym had heavier weights and more machines but it wasn’t a big deal.

The STAFF was OVERALL EXCEPTIONAL AND VERY ATTENTIVE AT ALL TIMES!!!! Very friendly front desk staff, in the restaurant senses and the Japanese, including the spa staffing!!!! It was a very pleasant stay and OVERALL at the end of stay, on the last day staff was VERY ATTENTIVE and ensured we departed back home the best way possible, 5 out of 5 stars!!!

I would only say some of the towels have a bad odor to them HOWEVER, call front desk to replace and IMMEDIATELY fresh towels were brought to room. The ones needed to be replaced and taken out of rotation look yellowish already.

The bed is very big spacious

Everything you need for a short stay! The rooftop pool is spectacular with beautiful sunsets, food drinks and the music sessions on Fridays. So beautiful!!! The pool downstairs is deep and long, perfect for laps! Beds were big and comfortable! Breakfast buffet was ok but the food in Angelique cafe was delicious! Overall a great experience and a great value for money

Quite a dated hotel, the first impression is not great when you step into the property but then you grow to like it really. Towels are old and not nice, could be way better if they changed that at least. The area is very local, nothing exciting around and it’s a 10-min walk to the beach.

Swimming pool and staff

Using plastic bottles for water rather than what other hotels are doing which is putting a cooler on each floor and guests filling their hotel provided glass jugs. Plastics is a huge problem in jimbaran beaches and I am surprised this place is not adopting such policy. Also walls are not insulated so it would be best if hotel adopted policy of keeping people with children separate from solo or quiet travellers section. Posting quiet times would help as this place gets a lot of noisy people

Chose this hotel for the local eats, many different options all within walking distance. The staff were absolutely great, very friendly and welcoming, and also happy to interact with our kids. Room was a very good size, bathroom was nicely laid out. Beds comfortable with nice pillows and cold AC. 2 pools were nice but water temp was like a warm bath. Still enjoyed it, especially first thing after breakfast while it was at its coolest. Breakfast buffet was nice, fresh breads & pastries, salad & fruit selection, pasta, Asian dishes with some daily changes to the local selection.

The busy road was quite noisy and could be heard untill late at night.

Good hotel with a lot of facilities. Rooms are OK and clean. Staff are helpful. Location is good.

Rooms are not soundproof. If you have a noisy neighbor, you will hear all of the noise they made.
