The whole property it self is amazing, front pool and open bathroom was new for me but it was good.

Construction next door was loud and disturbing as early as 7 am they would start work while they were working there was no privacy to the pool and you can’t sleep that the only negative thing about this place for now.

The staff were incredible, helpful and very friendly! The size of the villa was perfect and having a private pool was amazing. It was also mostly quiet as its a little bit further away from the main street but easy to get everywhere by gojek.

Nothing! The water did turn off at one point but by the time we returned in the afternoon it was back on

Loved the villa. It was such a good size and the bathroom was lovely. The pool was perfect temp and really clean as was the villa. Super comfy bed, not rock hard. The staff were always super friendly and helpful in organising scooters and airport transfer.

Absolutely recommended! The villa is beautiful (it looked just like in the pictures) and located in somewhat of a “gated residential“ close to the beach (3min walking) with staff guarding the entrance. The staff were really nice, once we had a problem and they came immediately to fix it.

We would’ve loved at least one change of towels. Also, after checkout, I received an e-mail asking for a 10-star rating, which I found rather inappropriate.

It has very good access to the beach. The Villa itself is so beautiful and well-kept. The staff do a really good job at maintaining the appearance and keeping it as clean as possible. The staff was really helpful, too. They respected our privacy and we needed help to fill our scooter with gas. They were more than happy to help us.

You’re very close to loud music and the rooms aren’t super sound proof. However, this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again in the future.

We arrived very early on check in day and the staff were super nice and able to accomodate us. The outdoor bathroom was beautiful with the plants and sky view, but what we loved the most was to have a private pool. It had the perfect sun around noon for a good tan, but you could also move the chair under the shade. It was just a few steps from Echo Beach, La Brisa and some other very nice restaurants for breakfast or whatever

I would suggest having a second chair outside and some outdoor lights if you want to spend some time outside the room after dark.

We loved this place. The room was great with all the extras you need, fridge, hairdryer, kettle (stayed in a lot of places in Bali with none) The private pool is fantastic, and it is “private” you can wander all day don’t worry about your shorts!! Location is great as you can explore a lot of Bali during the day, then evening not need to worry about going out on a moped or booking taxi, short walk to Echo Beach where there are many restaurants to choose from. The staff were absolutely fantastic, even the cleaning lady was sending me WhatsApp messages showing us she had finished the room, and The two security guys at the gate brought our breakfast to the room every morning, 🤪 I saw a few reviews complaining about the pool having leaves and stuff, well it’s an outdoor pool surrounded by trees, don’t expect staff to pick them out as they fall, same with the bathroom, it’s outside, the bath and shower are out in the sunshine, it really was a funky lovely place and wish we could have stayed longer. Great Job To The Staff and Management 👏

Can’t really find much to fault, apart from didn’t see any “front desk” everything was done and organised by the guys in the hut on the front gate. No problem though.

Location: Walk down to the beach for a sunset view, absolutely one of the best sunset beach vibes we experienced in Cenggu. Use the beach path to access the city center. Room: Nice aesthetic set up bedroom, with a big desk full of information about the area and a map around the area is a big plus. Bathroom: Bathtub is nice but we didn’t use it, looks like it hasn’t been used a for while. Big outdoor shower. Pool: Good size pool, not too small. Needs cleaning.

The pool needs regular cleaning. At night you can see clearly how nasty it is. The entrance pathway is small if you have a lot of big luggages.

Together with my husband we really enjoyed our 3-nights stay in Villa Markisa. The room was clean and basically equipped, but we didn't need much in a private villa with a pool :) Good contact with villa coordinator, nice shuttle service with reasonable price and support with the laundry. Villa is great located, just 3 minutes walk from the beach with the restaurants and surfing schools. We also enjoyed floating breakfast delivered directly to our swimming pool.

Breakfast menu could be more extensive and shared in advance by default, wi-fi connection sometimes didn't work well, there are a lot of ants around the swimming pool, but this is something common in Bali :)

The location. Is very close to the beach and La Brisa club. Each room has it’s own pool The outside bathroom was very pleasant The bed was excelent. The staff was very kind and helpful

The pool has no lights at night (the switch was probably ruin). The small fridge do a lot of noise during the nigth. The sanitary vase and shower gadgets were in bad condition. The reception need some design work. Usually first impression counts
