The design of the villa and the comfort is amazing. I understand that many people mention the fact that only the rooms have AC, but its acceptable. Staff was incredibly helpful! I've arrived before check-in time and they found a way to be able to accommodate me.

Wifi... its a disaster. If you need wifi this is not the place for you. I had to work and wifi at the villa was very very bad and slow, always disconnecting. Even at the reception the connection was not good. The had to give me their private wifi connection so I could work at reception area (with no AC). Anyway they were always offering me something to drink to be able to go through the heat.

As soon as we walked into our Villa I was blown away by how beautiful it was. The greenery and pool are fantastic! The bedroom remained cool with the air-conditioner and the bathroom was huge! The staff were friendly and communicated with us via Whatsapp to confirm our breakfast orders and check-out time which was great. The housekeeping was swift and thorough too. The breakfast was great and their fruit platters were awesome and great value! The beach is a fair walk in the heat but doable! Overall, a fantastic place to stay - probably my favourite place during our 3 week holiday in Bali.

If you're looking for an enclosed and under-cover place, our particular Villa wasn't totally indoors. Only the bedroom, toilet and shower were "indoors" the rest was open. This was fine with us, we loved the balmy nights but something to consider if you prefer the whole space to be indoors and eir-conditioned.

Breakfast was okay.. loves the fried rice..

The one bedroom grande pool villa was very nice and clean, the pool was not so grande, actually if I stretched I could touch both sides of the pool :) The bathroom is a typical Balinese one, with the bath tub outside, it's a must try experience. There is a big double sun bed by the pool, a kitchen/living area with ceiling fans. The breakfast is good, although the freshly squeezed juice offer has only watermelon and papaya, and you need to make your choices the day before. The staff is very hospitable and they've helped us in renting a scooter for few days, it's a must if you wanna go further than 1km, and you should, as the neighborhood it's not really a touristic spot.

The villa is inside a very ok condo area, but the second you step out it's just a pretty rough neighborhood where people throw and burn plastic or vegetation on the side of the road. So even if you're trying to relax in the pool, there is burnt smell and smoke, we had to stay inside :( The wifi was rather poor, with several disconnections while we were trying to work, but when it was working, the speed was good.

This villa was well appointed and the staff was very helpful and polite. The villa compound was very private with interesting architecture including an open-sided kitchen. The breakfast provided was excellent and delivered promptly each day. We could choose the delivery time and the menu was extensive. Other meals that we ordered were delicious, well priced and delivered to the villa.

Villa Bulan was not easy to find. The location on the edge of the lagoon was very noisy due to freeway traffic nearby and subject to mosquitoes. The area had busy local traffic with lots of litter everywhere. It was approximately a one kilometre walk to Jimbaran Beach. Bathrooms were not as clean as they could be.

It was a wonderful place, felt very private and super clean. Bottle water is provided in the bathrooms so you can brush your teeth to avoid Bali belly. The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. We got the breakfast included option and when we didn't order it one of the days the staff actually messaged my partner to say we can get it for takeaway. We ordered a candlelit dinner it was 500k/$50 aud however please bear in mind the flower pool is an extra 500k and we were not told this when we ordered it.

Only the bedroom is air-conditioned however you can cool off in the private pool. The location is not as convenient as other places but we had a private driver and it was close to where I needed to be for some personal errands. Bed is also very firm but that is expected in most Asian countries

Almost everything. I really appreciate the staff for assisting us. We arrived mid night and we are really hungry, no restaurant nearby, so we just order food but we don't know how, but Im glad that their staff really went extra mile, let us borrow his gojek app so we can other foods 😍 All our request was accommodated 🥰🥰🥰 also the place is really lovely (but there is an on going construction nearby but if you're out in the day you won't notice it). Be back for sure 🥰🥰

Location is far from the main road. You need taxi or gojek if you want ro go out at night.

The two bedroom villa, one room downstairs and one room upstairs are kept clean with daily housekeeping. The staffs are prompt and helpful for any request. They always have cheerful disposition. There are many good options for the breakfast, which can be delivered to the villa according to our preferred timing. However, we would be informed for alternative timing when the kitchen has too many orders of the same timing. Breakfast presentation is excellent and the quality is good.

The weather in Feb is warm and humid, and the dining/living room has no fan nor air conditioner and thus sitting outside for group chat or a meal is really not that conducive. The other issue is the presence of mosquitoes, but the villa staffs are quick to prepare the mosquitoes coils everyday.

The breakfast was excellent with numerous choices and inclusions such as juice, coffee and fruit. Our Villa had its own private outdoor area, fridge and pool. The size of the room and outdoor area was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff will call a taxi and they arrive within 10 minutes hence getting to restaurants or shopping centres is easy and low cost (noting that the property is 1 km from the beach and main restaurants and the walk is on narrow streets).

The internet connection was a little hit and miss with the connection dropping out on occasions. Hopefully the property can address this issue.
