Breakfast was good, and the view was beautiful. It was a modern hotel room that one does not expect to have in the mountains. Really comfortable, beautiful balcony, and the view from there. Really comfortable having delicious food in the upstairs restaurant.

The breakfast that was included in the price was basic. It's better not to include it in the room price, not to have disappointed customers, for whom breakfast is the favourite meal of the day.

Location is great for sunrise, hotel is not at the highest spot, which often is covered with fog or clouds, therefore Caldera view is clear, below the usual fog.

Hotel has many room types, the pictures and the description provided at booking sites were not accurate when I did my booking. Be sure the room type you are booking has the view to the vulcano/lake. Not all rooms have view.

I am a builder. I would love to help finish what you need to make a difference. And teaching the young to maintain your amazing location.

The restaurant and views were exceptional. Riding around the volcano was fantastic.

This place is under renovations and we did have a cheap room, light shines in all night and the other guests were noisy. My shower was cold. The place is currently a death trap for small kids or elderly. The kids pool in on the edge of a cliff with no railings :(

Location is good.

I intentionally booked Lake view paying more. During check-in, I am told that the room I have booked is not available. Only lower price mountain view room was available. I wanted to speak to owner. The owner offered to downgrade me to mountain view room with some refund. But his refund offer for downgraded room was still higher than that rooms original price. When I have told him mountain view room price is less, he suddenly started to apologise for offering me higher price. Cheating owner. Hotel is under heavy construction, a lot of noise and construction dust everywhere. Plus A lot of molds in walls and moldy smell.
