Absolutely wonderful stay at Famous Hotel Kuta! A huge thank you to Ricardo and Dharma from the team, and especially Eka, the duty manager, for their exceptional hospitality and service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Eka was incredibly kind to offer us a complimentary room upgrade and even arranged a free shuttle to the airport, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. These thoughtful gestures truly made a difference and showed how much they care about their guests. What truly stood out was Ricardo’s help at the airport—he not only dropped us off but also arranged a trolley, loaded our luggage, and handled everything for us while we were managing our kids. It made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The hotel facilities were great, the location was perfect, and the service was consistently excellent throughout our stay. We felt very welcomed and well looked after. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali – we’ll definitely be back! 🙏🌴

Amazing Stay at Famous Hotel Kuta! Our stay at Famous Hotel Kuta was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping it clean every day. The service was top-notch everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Richard from the team who went out of his way to drop us at the airport - such a kind and professional person. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay in Kuta!

Booked room has no natural light so staff moved me to a poolside room without fuss. Even though on a major thoroughfare, the hotel was set back a fair way so noise was not an issue. Lots of cheap eateries nearby and the upmarket Pepito supermarket was only a few hundred meters away. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water for the shower.

Breakfast was Indonesian style but was tiring due to the other local guests gawking at the "foreigners". Hotel layout is kind of weird, mainly to accommodate the rooms over looking the pool but it took a while to get used to and I needed to meet any guests to lead them through.

Lovely helpful staff. Had everything at the hotel and good location to airport. Great price. Had issues with air con in first room and they moved us to another room straight away. Met our requirements for the night. Organised transport to airport.

Only thing to fault was banging water pipes or something in the night.

We've stayed at Famous Hotel Kuta in 2023, it's very handy to DPS airport, clean, great value for money, friendly staff, and adequate facilities.

The air conditioning unit could've possibly done with a service as it didn't cool the room down that well but it still worked good enough.

After reading reviews we had low expectations, so very pleasantly surprised. We had a comfortable clean room, hot water, and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed the pool and enjoyed drinks at the swim up bar. It is a 20 minute walk to a nice beach, with plenty of shops and markets along the way. It's not far form the airport.

The noise of the mosque or similar is loud. We were at the rear of the hotel so it would be worse at the front.

The pool access rooms are amazing for the price! Staff were so nice and the massage was perfect!! Would definitely stay again

The price reflects the place BUT id definitely stay again - milkshakes in the pool bar could be better.

Staff were very kind. The hotel is exactly what we were looking for travelling with such a big group of friends.

The AC in my room was extremely loud so it was difficult to sleep and the wait times for food were kind of long

I had contact through whatsapp about an issue, that was quite slow and unclear. But when revisiting the hotel it was solved super smoothly!

This hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are a good size, clean and supplies are good. The pool is lovely. Staff are nice. Beach is walking distance, although a little bit of a walk.
