The staff are amazing and warm. Relatively close to the airport, great for an overnight stay if your flight arrives late and you wish to rest before departing for your destination the next day. Room is comfortable with aircon. Free bottled water provided. There is a pool and nice outside area. Overall, great value for money.

Location is super noisy and busy. If coming from the airport, you have to drive more than 3kms past the hotel then U-turn and repeat the distance as it’s on the other side of the busy road with no ability to cross. The breakfast is from a menu rather than buffet.

Super convenient location if you’re catching an early flight. It has all the basics, and was very clean and comfortable.

The location isn't that convenient if you're coming from the airport as there's no way to turn right on the main road. The U-turn was further up and it took 1h due to the traffic. Not the hotel's fault but it is something to consider after a long International flight

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. It is quite small the rooms but they are super clean and even the air quality from the Aircon is clean as well. It is highly secure and they always have people working at the front desk watching who was coming in and out on top of that as well. They always have a traffic controller at the front to help guide your taxi or motorbike into oncoming traffic, they have a lot of services available like the massages, restaurants and their laundry service.

It was a great stay and the rooms are definitely value for money. However since the rooms are so clean I guess the catch is that they are a bit smaller. I should also make people aware that there is someone blowing a whistle at all hours in the day.

A master class of how to treat a customer. We were just looking for a clean and comfortable place close to the airport in between our arrival from Gili’s and our flight next day. What we got was a 5* hotel experience. Wow! From the spa treatment 15 min after arrival, the personalized WhatsApp messages asking you how is everything, to the restaurant etc. Room was comfortable, clean and pretty new. The restaurant was great and food was actually very good! We had dinner and breakfast and could actually be compared to many good restaurants in Bali. The star was superbly aware of you and always looking to make you feel home. I recommend a lot to bigger hotels to come here and train their employees…

Wifi wasn’t really good via MacBook. Kept on disconnecting. On the phone was fine. Make sure you know the area, as it’s very convenient for airport etc. but would not recommend as stay in Bali since you need grab to get everywhere.

Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport is a highly recommended for travelers seeking convenience near Ngurah Rai International Airport, particularly those leaving early in the morning or arriving late at night. Rooms are clean with a modern decor, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive enhancing the overall guest experience. I booked the whole night, just to rest until 9pm because of my flight schedule. The value for money of the hotel made this a very reasonable thing to do.

There is little to do around the hotel in terms of restaurants or things to see. The breakfast isn't worth the price particularly as you have to pay extra decent coffee rather than the standard black balinese coffee.

This was just a ‘needs must’ one night stay that we planned for the night after we travelled here from Gili Air, before flying home early the next morning. But it was an incredible nights stay! We went to the spa which was the best spa experience of our whole holiday, incredible massage and really professional. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious, and they made a non vegetarian meal vegetarian for me. But the main positive of the stay was every member of staff was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help you in any way! Great way to end an amazing holiday

We stayed at Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport the night before our flight home, and it was a great choice! The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, which made our early morning departure so much easier. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant – the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, and they made us feel very welcome. One of the nicest touches was that they prepared a lunch box for us to take to the airport since we were leaving so early. Overall, a very pleasant and practical place to stay before a flight. Highly recommend!

My stay here was an absolute delight. The staff (Agung, Wiri and Rusmi) made sure my stay was amazing. They were super kind at checkin, gave me an early checkin, even made sure to get me a non noisy room(away from main road). The rooms are super well equipped, excellent hot shower, excellent air con, comfy beds, appliances, lighting..just top class. Beautiful view from the room. The restaurant is also fantastic. The security staff is helpful and there is plenty of underground parking. Also really close to the airport, which is why I chose it. Amazing place. Loved it. Really recommend it.

Close to airport, friendly check-in, gorgeous bathroom and great shower, quiet, good size. It's on a very main road but you can't hear a single thing in your room, even with the window open. Kitchen closed by the time I arrived after a late flight but a Grab meal took like 15 min. Only stayed 12 hours but will always be my choice before or after flights. Nice cheap breakfast and the espresso was actually OK! My transport the next day was late and the staff checked in with me to make sure I was ok etc.

Nothing. The tv looked a bit broken, it kept flickering but I wouldn't have even noticed if it wasn't already on

The rooms were clean, very comfortable bed and the lobby, pool and restaurant were beautiful and well kept. I booked it cause of good reviews, affordable and really close to the airport. I was blown away by the service and maintenance of the hotel. Restaurant was also affordable and decent & fast food. The receptionist even took our postcards to mail as it was a holiday. They also had a luggage scale to use. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you're needing a place to stay before your flight!

The fried banana dessert was a little sad, the batter was bland tasting. Also no hand towels to use. Other than that no complaints!
