The staff are amazing and warm. Relatively close to the airport, great for an overnight stay if your flight arrives late and you wish to rest before departing for your destination the next day. Room is comfortable with aircon. Free bottled water provided. There is a pool and nice outside area. Overall, great value for money.

Location is super noisy and busy. If coming from the airport, you have to drive more than 3kms past the hotel then U-turn and repeat the distance as it’s on the other side of the busy road with no ability to cross. The breakfast is from a menu rather than buffet.

Super convenient location if you’re catching an early flight. It has all the basics, and was very clean and comfortable.

The location isn't that convenient if you're coming from the airport as there's no way to turn right on the main road. The U-turn was further up and it took 1h due to the traffic. Not the hotel's fault but it is something to consider after a long International flight

My stay here was an absolute delight. The staff (Agung, Wiri and Rusmi) made sure my stay was amazing. They were super kind at checkin, gave me an early checkin, even made sure to get me a non noisy room(away from main road). The rooms are super well equipped, excellent hot shower, excellent air con, comfy beds, appliances, lighting..just top class. Beautiful view from the room. The restaurant is also fantastic. The security staff is helpful and there is plenty of underground parking. Also really close to the airport, which is why I chose it. Amazing place. Loved it. Really recommend it.

Close to airport, friendly check-in, gorgeous bathroom and great shower, quiet, good size. It's on a very main road but you can't hear a single thing in your room, even with the window open. Kitchen closed by the time I arrived after a late flight but a Grab meal took like 15 min. Only stayed 12 hours but will always be my choice before or after flights. Nice cheap breakfast and the espresso was actually OK! My transport the next day was late and the staff checked in with me to make sure I was ok etc.

Nothing. The tv looked a bit broken, it kept flickering but I wouldn't have even noticed if it wasn't already on

This was our second stay at Grandma’s Hotel Kuta Airport, and we came back because we knew it would be good. It’s an excellent hotel, offering superb value for money. The location is perfect, right next to the airport, which is why we booked our last two nights here—to make travel easy and do some last-minute shopping. It turned out to be a great decision. The restaurant is fantastic with a wonderful ambiance. Every staff member, from the restaurant to the spa, provides exceptional 5-star service and is truly amazing at hospitality. The bed is incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable bed and the lobby, pool and restaurant were beautiful and well kept. I booked it cause of good reviews, affordable and really close to the airport. I was blown away by the service and maintenance of the hotel. Restaurant was also affordable and decent & fast food. The receptionist even took our postcards to mail as it was a holiday. They also had a luggage scale to use. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you're needing a place to stay before your flight!

The fried banana dessert was a little sad, the batter was bland tasting. Also no hand towels to use. Other than that no complaints!

This was our 5th stay at Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport for good reasons. This time we flew London to Bali and stayed here to break the journey before going back to Lombok. We were tired and both had bad colds. We were welcomed warmly and all the staff were very attentive to our needs, more important we were remembered by all. A few minor problems with the room, the TV was fixed and the noisy neighbors were taken care of very quickly. We had to extend an extra night which was arranged very quickly without moving room. As usual the Front Office, Restaurant and House Keeping were amazing.

From the moment you arrive you're treated better than you deserve. The staff are friendly and helpful, and considering it's a hotel for foreigners I think it charges very fair prices. The bed and room are comfortable. The plants lining the windows are lovely. The location is great if you want to be near the airport. There's also a street not far away with plenty of restaurants. The pool looks lovely but I didn't try it.

Only minor things: I would have liked a hand towel. The outside hallways are noisy if the guests are noisy (my room was positioned so I didn't hear traffic). The road next to the hotel is very difficult to cross 😂. I managed to get one way, but a man had to help me cross the other way, so slightly difficult if you're on foot. Just a note: it looks walkable from the airport on a map, but it can be as far as 3km or so. Totally doable, but if you can do it with luggage and the heat then you're stronger than I am.

We had a flight that had been delayed by 5 hours and missed our connecting flight, we were going to have to stay at DPS airport for 6 hours and I wasn’t feeling well after a medical problem on the flight. So we decided to go to Grandma’s very last minute to have a nap, shower and something to eat. We weren’t expecting much for 36k, so we’re quite surprised. What a gem of a place this is! Clean, comfortable bed, the shower was exactly what we needed and the room service was excellent, awesome food. Staff were so lovely too. FYI it took about 15 mins from the airport as you need to go a fair way up the street and then turn around, but getting back to the airport was about 5 mins.

Nothing! Just a heads up, I’m in a wheelchair and the property is accessible, just the lift is quite a narrow entry. If you have a wheelchair/ scooter I’d ask how wide it is as I could only just get mine in the door.

Decent room considering the price. Has all the amenities you would need for a short stay. The bedding was really comfortable. The restaurant's food is really good! Room has a kettle and a small selection of tea and coffee. They also give you two free bottles of water, which was appreciated by weary travelers like us! The location is excellent. It's in the middle of the city and practically near everything. There's no smoking in the rooms so there's no weird smells around the hotel. The outdoor area around the pool is cute.

The room was deceptively small. It ends as soon as it starts, but I still think it's good value for money considering the prices for everything else around. The room wasn't clean when we checked in, but they cleaned it for us immediately upon bringing it to their attention. The pool also isn't big enough to be considered a pool. The pictures are deceptive there too.
