This was my second time staying here, and I chose it again because it’s so close to the airport, very convenient. The AC was perfectly cold, just as expected, and there are lots of convenience stores nearby.

My friend (a foreigner staying in another room) said the toilet in her room smelled bad and didn’t flush properly. Also, the breakfast menu didn’t offer much variety. Still, it’s a decent choice for a short stay. We took a GrabCar to the airport . easy peasy! Some people even walk there; it takes about 20 minutes. I was just too lazy for that, haha.

They charge guest for airport shuttle service.Expensive as well,from the airport to the hotel they charge 150.00 rupiah,while at my transport from the hotel to the airport,they helped to call a metered taxi,and I only have to pay 40.000 rupiah included the entrance ticket for cars at the airport which was 10.000 rupiah .They could make them more attractive for their guests by giving the shuttle service for free at regular times.

I love the location of the property. The staff had great customer service. The food was wonderful. The pool was great. Diana suite overall for me and my fiancé was a 10.

The only thing I seen about the property that needed adjustment or assistance is for them to just do modern property fixing like painting in the rooms balcony kind of rusty. They just needed some things to be maintenance around my room and I saw, but overall the establishment was great.

The Diana Suites are the perfect location if you land very late at night or have to get to the airport late at night. Good air-conditioned rooms. Good breakfast selection. Nice swimming pool. It is a few minutes walk to a supermarket where there is also ATM's available. We were also able to get a sim card from the supermarket. Close to some other shops and restaurants. We had a good walk around. Hotel pickup is provided for 150k and they can also drop you at the airport. We had a good day there while waiting for my parents to arrive the afternoon after we did. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great stay! Thank you so much!

Make sure you inform them if something is broken before they think you are the one that caused it. We got our issue sorted out quickly, but just let them know as soon as you see it to avoid any disagreements. No hot water.

Great location to be close to the airport .Easy spot to use grab.Ten minute walk to Jerman Beach or small fee grab ride.Good cheap laundry close by can get express three hour service if required . Great value with breakfast included and other meals we purchased there were good Rooms serviced everyday clean towels and nice swimming pool.

I was charged for a broken soap dispenser.it fellf the wall the first time I used it ! I should have reported it on arrival as I don't believe it was in good condition when I arrived .Other than that all good

Quiet location, away from the horrible touristy centre of Kuta! The room is extremely spacious and is in fact a suite. The A/C and the WI-FI worked very well. There’s a nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. 10 minutes away from the airport (by car)!

A little more attention to detail would be appreciated. Breakfast was ok, but there was mostly Asian food. Not much to choose from if you prefer sweet things (continental style).

Honestly, we only stayed for one night, so we didn't get to move around much, swim, etc., but I saw that the prices were very affordable, so I rented the suite for another night. We received the best welcome one could hope for; they came to pick us up at the airport with a sign with my name on it. He was one of the first, if not the first, so I saw him right away. The shuttle, after several hours of flight and fatigue, is incredible; you just go to drop off your luggage and rest. Upon arrival at the reception to introduce ourselves and receive the keys, they offered us a drink, explained everything clearly, and everything was clear. Once we had settled in, we tried the restaurant. You can taste the local flavor in the food; it was really very good, nothing to complain about.

We booked the Diana Suite for an afternoon/ evening as we had a late flight and it is very close to the airport. This would have been a lovely hotel years ago but it is getting old and the rooms are showing their age. The reception area and pool are lovely. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was good. This is a great base if you have a late flight. Amazing value for money .

There wasn't any hot water in the shower but it didn't worry us as the weather was warm!

I was staying in Caangu and worried about the terrible traffic to get to the airport for a morning flight. I went the night before my flight to stay at Diana Suite. What a great decision! A comfortable place with a good room, nice pool and a basic breakfast - all for a low cost. And then a five minute drive to the airport - bliss!

Bathrooms are dated and a bit rundown. But wasn't a problem.

Would definitely stay here again. Close to the airport yet located in a quiet area. The rooms are nice and so is the swimming pool. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff are super friendly. My only suggestion is to get longer shower hoses. I don't mind showering in the bathtub, but with a 1 meter hose you need to sit down to be able to wet your entire body ;). The bathrooms themselves could you use some modernisation anyway as stuff is dated and worn. Still no reason for me not to come back.
