From the moment I arrived in Bali, this hotel offered the perfect start to my adventure. As a first-time visitor to Bali, I was looking for comfort and convenience, and this hotel delivered on both fronts. We spent our initial two nights here, which allowed us to settle in and explore without the hassle of long commutes. What truly stood out was the flexibility the hotel provided. Facing a middle-of-the-night departure flight, we were able to book a 7-hour stay on our final day at half the usual cost. This thoughtful service ensured we were rested and ready for our journey home. The hotel's massage spa deserves a special mention. It was a haven of relaxation, offering excellent treatments that rejuvenated us after a day of exploration. And when it comes to value, the hotel truly shines. The prices were very reasonable, providing great amenities without breaking the bank. In summary, whether you're looking for a brief stopover or a comfortable base for your Bali escapades, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We had to stay at the hotel for two nights as our BA flight was cancelled so the location was perfect for the airport when we eventually got a flight. The pool area was lovely, massage available, reception friendly and helpful as we had a suitcase delivered there, we only has a few snacks and drinks but all very nice, we left the hotel a few times to go into Kuta which was very busy, but the taxi was cheap.

Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Shower and bathroom very clean, good quality products in the shower. Pool was beautiful and poolside area also very nice, enjoyed a swim in the morning before my departure. Breakfast was lovely - lots of fresh fruit, a chef to make personalised omelettes, pastries etc. Would definitely stay again.

AC wasn't very powerful in the room but just about adequate.

The room was huge, the staff was super kind and professional, room cleanliness was at a very high level. Regarding the location - it's the closest to the airport, but quite distant (about 10-15 mins drive) from the city center, so it depends how long you plan on staying.

Lighting wasn't the best, as well as its switch controls distribution didn't make sense to us. The wifi connection wasn't so good, but sufficient.

We wanted to be close to the airport for a connecting flight the next day, the location made the transit much more restful. We did not have to battle Bali traffic!

Really convenient location. Easily accessible from the airport. Breakfast needs an upgrade.

Breakfast was not upto the mark. I honestly expected a bit more from Hilton. It is a decent menu but still can be better.

Convenient to airport and a nice pool. We didn't stay the night but booked a room so we had somewhere to hang out before a late flight.

Close to airport but don't provide shuttle bus for free and it's not possible to reach it by foot as the payments to airport are not walkable

Beautiful garden and trees around the pool. Nice restaurant and sitting areas throughout the hotel. Our room was very clean and modern. Very sound proof room to the outside. Could not hear the traffic.

The carpet in the hallways were musty smelling, very stained and dirty. I don't know why they would have carpet in such a humid environment. Even though we couldn't hear the traffic outside , we could hear people in the next room.

Stayed for one night as close to the airport. For the price, much better than what I expected. All the staff were just lovely.

The wifi was dropping in and out.
