Being close to the airport makes this hotel My first choice for late-night arrivals at I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport, Denpasar. The staff are friendly. The A/C works. The toilet was clean. Toilet paper was supplied. Breakfast at 6am was great. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. This was my third stay here in the past few years and I continue to book here.

The hot water took a bit long to come out, I thought there was no hot water. Otherwise, nothing to complain, close to the airport but impossible to walk, in a small alley so very quiet.

The staff here is the best. Give them more commission and increase their payment. Really great folks.

Airco was not wording. Very hot in the room

It is a short trip from the airport. Beds are comfy, there is a quiet pool outside and a cheap warung (small traditional restaurant) next to it.

Showers and bathroom in general not clean, not even toilet paper, and the night clerk tries to rip you off if he feels you're a newcomer who doesn't know their currency, however he tries to help. There are a few stray dogs around the area

At £6 a night the price was amazing. The bed was very comfy and therefore we slept well. The lady in the morning at the front desk provided a taxi for us using her grab app and therefore we got a very good rate.

The room wasn't very clean as there were loose hairs on the floor, the sheets provided had stains and the countertops were dusty. Also, all plug sockets in the room were damaged. Booking.com stated there was WiFi for the property however, when we arrived we were told that our room would not have it, They did offer another room with WiFi but it was a twin rather than the requested double. I would have preferred to have known in advance as it was vital for our trip. There was initially no duvet/sheet on the bed and we had to ask for one. There was also no toilet paper in our room or the property. Our room was not like the photos and was in another building from the check in desk, as we arrived at night, it didn't feel safe to have travelled from the front desk to our room as it was also not well lit.
