Staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean and very accomadating. The food was was great and well priced. The half price cocktails at happy hour was definitely a winner (technically 4 hours of half price drinks). Relaxing by the pools was perfect and relaxing not over crowded or noisey and the gardens and grounds were well kept. Breakfast was great with a huge selection of foods to keep everyone happy. What we really loved was been greeted with a friendly smile everyday and the length the staff would go to, too accomadate our every need. The airport transfers were great and very comfortable, there is also daily shuttles to Kuta. Would definitely recommend the Patra to anyone wanting an enjoyable relaxing holiday.

The Patra doesnt have a day spa if you are keen to have a luxurious pampering massage, sadly the one that was organised by the friendly staff turned out to be the worst massage ever - both my wife and I were in so much pain the next day. The only other annoying thing was that the Airport is next door to the Patra so you see and hear alot of planes - not so bad during the day but does certainly wake you up in the middle of the night especially when those big A380 planes are taking off. With the above being said certainly wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

The staff was very courteous. The resort is huge and well maintained. Good breakfast. Very very close to the airport. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite and the rooms are huge. We had requested them to pack breakfast for one of the days and it was done really well too.

Only 2 carts are operational most of the time , with the size of the resort sometimes walking is tiring and takes too long . Due to the location, and traffic, even though it's only 2-3 km, going to and coming back from the central area takes a very long time .

Perfect 10 mins from the airport a big hotel with lovely pools and staff are great. Breakfast is good self service with plenty of choice..

Watch out for food and drink prices as they are not what is on the menu they add 11% tax and 10% service on everything so adds up.. Much cheaper outside in the numerous restaurants and bars which show price as what your charged.

The large territory of the hotel is all kept in a great state, with constant renovations (ie. changing the roof of certain villas.) The garden is very pretty, the buildings are clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, both the check-in and check-out swift and easy. We liked the size of our room (we booked a family suit) and the amenities in the room as well. The option of many pools was great as well as well as the proximity of the beach promenade (a little further away from all the hustle). Our kids enjoyed the sight of the planes arriving and departing, it did not bother us, but it is worth a note that the airport is close by.

Our only suggestion would be regarding the breakfast - It could have been great to have more gluten-free options, or at least the sign of the allergens. There wasn't any gluten-free bread.

The resort is stunning, located on a private beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with booking tours for us. The pools are maintained well and the swim-up bar was a highlight of our holiday. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The resort is well maintained and staff always greeted us throughout the day. We felt very safe here as well with security surrounding the resort. I really enjoyed my stay at the Patra, I had a relaxing time at the pool most days. The staff looked after us and I will be recommending the Patra to friends and family.

The bathroom in our room was poorly designed. There was no floor drainage so our bathroom was always wet. The shower wasn't the nicest as it sprayed everywhere. This is not the resort's fault but was something to note when staying here. Our room was connected to another room by a door. The guests next door would always try and open the door at random times during the night, waking us up in a fright - again this is not the resort's fault but just something to note. A bartender was not always at the swim-up bar so we had to wait a long time to be served in the pool. Also note the location, its great being close to the airport (you can walk from the airport to save $$), but you will need transport to travel to busier areas.

More of a niggle really, no access to any water machines etc, this is problematic when you cant drink or brush your teeth with tap water. Had to keep paying for very small glass water bottles from the bar. They weren't overly expensive, however, I felt free water should have been available, as it was in all the other accommodations that I stayed in.

It was very centrally located. The resort was beautiful and very relaxing. The buffet breakfast was superb and delicious. The staff were very welcoming, respectful and very helpful. The room was beautiful, very clean and the little connected balcony very relaxing. This property came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint.

The room had a lot of mosquitoes in it at night even though the room was closed up. It might help to have something for guests to spray the room with before going to bed and something on the balcony to repel the mosquitoes. It made it difficult to go to sleep and we had to get up and spray our skin with mosquito repellent just to go to sleep. I sat in bed and killed over 20 mosquitoes before I went to sleep. We also could hear the people next door talking loudly at 11pm, just as we had started to fall asleep. This would be due to noise travelling through a connecting door in the room.

Buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff very helpful and friendly. 3 pools to choose from all with plenty of day beds. LOCATION TO AIRPORT fabulous. Entertainment most afternoon and evenings we stayed. Special shout out to Adiatia. Our room was spotless. Thks for the Elephant Towel. Hargh

BBQ on beach front needs a bit of professional help smoke can be very over powering. A lot of Baymaries we empty by the time we lined up. . But full credit to the staff within 20mins they were refilled.

Well maintained expansive grounds. Private beach, large swimming pools, one for adults only. Villas are spread out. Complimentary pick up and drop off around the resort via golf cart. It is very conveniently located near the airport so there is noise from planes landing. It sounds like it’s a bit windy when in room but not disturbing. The resort buildings are slightly older but clean and well furnished. The living area and bedroom is spacious. Buffet breakfast provides a variety of hot and cold options. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will certainly stay again.

Children at the adult only pool on occasion.

We received an upgrade to a Deluxe Suite, which was perfect for a week-long stay. The breakfast was delicious, had many choices which changed each day, and was kept well supplied throughout the sitting. Tables were quickly and continuously cleared during our breakfast. Although only one restaurant was functioning during our stay, we enjoyed several evening meals there. It will be even better, I am sure, when the upgrade to the Italian restaurant is completed. The pools were beautiful and we enjoyed many an hour in and around them in the shade bures. The beds were very comfortable and extra pillows were provided when we requested them. The staff were very attentive, particular in regard to Robert's 85th birthday, presenting him with a cake and card signed by them.

Initially disappointed that all the restaurants were not functioning. The fridge was not working despite a telephone request. The bathroom's would benefit from air fresheners. The air conditioner was noisy
