Breakfast is very good (fruit, coffee, and banana pancake) served in the terrace, at the time you wish. Crew iscalwys aroundcto ask, if you need anything, even at night. They can take you to excursion eg. To the Rangko Cave, so no need to spend time and energy with finding a cab.

Our bathroom doesn't seem too hygienic, wood near the door was with mould and not good condition. Room downstairs is noisy, you can hear several noises in the evening. Room equipment is not much, but has WiFi, and we stayed only 1 night, so it was enough, but for longercstay maybe it's poor.

It is perfectly situated in walking distance to the airport. Walking around 10 minutes you have a really nice restaurant too. I had my luggage of 20kg and managed to walk up the hill but might be more difficult for elderly. It is a a very good place for one two nights in labun bajo. Silvester is a perfect host and really helped me organise a trip to Komodo island for adequate price and a driver for a 5 day overland trip. Without him I wouldn’t have had such an amazing time in Flores. Walking

I loved the house we stayed in! It looks so cool and is tucked away from the noise of the town. Our room was spacious, had good wifi, our own bathroom with a good shower (which had hot water if you’re into that). The breakfast was very yummy and prepared at the time we requested. The staff were super helpful with any questions we had! Located super duper close to the airport.

Although located close to the airport this means it’s a bit further away from town - a 20 minute walk. No biggy but worth noting.

This was a great place to stay before and after a tour of the Komodo islands. The staff were really friendly and let us keep our luggage there while we were on the boat trip. They kept all of our belongings safe. It's a great stay for a budget traveler. The room is simple but it is comfortable and has AC that works great. They even include a free breakfast of banana pancakes, fruit, and coffee. Couldn't ask for more at this price point!

I like my hosts a lot. They are lovely and nice people who always happy to help. I like their garden. The breakfast was simple but very good. I really enjoy the pancake.

The road to the place is good for nothing. It's a broken concrete road which is the best way to spoil my suit-case rolls. In spite everything was clean I saw a huge cockroach. But I think it's just my nightmare while I'm in South-East Asia. Probably it got from somewhere outside.

I liked everything! The staff was so nice and accommodating. I had to be up early for island tours and diving, and even though breakfast doesn't start until 7, i still had food at 5:30 and 6:30. That's what i call customer service! I was actually able to sleep very well here. AC blows cold, big bed, big room, small price compared to the rest of Flores. Beautiful hilltop view as well. Ear plugs are essential, but that is always a must while traveling. The entire island of Flores is littered with roosters, so be prepared. You can't escape them at all. Same with the praying on the loud speakers. It's an Indonesian thing you can't get away from no matter where you are. I'd take this place over any other on the island, hands down. That's why I'm leaving such a long review, which I don't normally do.

Roosters, but that's it. You can't escape them on Flores. No matter where you go, they're everywhere. I just used ear plugs and played white noise on my laptop. Slept just fine and I'm a light sleeper.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was tasty. Room was clean and the AC worked very well. Setting was also quite beautiful with the fruit trees and birds. We could hear the call to prayer but it did not keep us awake and it sounded quite beautiful.

Property is a bit far from town, we knew this but good to know before you book. Maybe a 20-25 minute walk. Toilet did not have a lot of pressure but it did always work in the end, might take a few flushes.

Very clean and practical rooms, separate toilet / bathroom. The host was very friendly and accommodated an early breakfast as we had an early flight. It is simple but very clean and comfortable and a lovely pancake/fruit breakfast. Excellent value for the money. Location is very close to the airport.

The room was clean, the shower hot and the staff engaging and very friendly. On first night Grab didn't work and the whole family drove us with three scouters downtown. Thank you again for that! The Banana Pancake Was as good as other travellers already said. Just an 800 meter walk to the airport.

The central harbour street with all the action is quite a hike (2 km). But this is the only drawback and more than acceptable for the price!

Really warm and welcoming owner and staff. Sylvester/Fantree/Ferrin were all very helpful and accommodating. Great banana pancakes any time in the morning (thanks Fantree 😂). Walking distance to airport and only 20min walk to the harbour. Good wifi too 👍

A little more variety with brekkie would be nice. The early morning call to prayers did not bother me, but might for some.
