Very clean room with nice bumgun and shower. The bed is very comfortable and you get 4 nice pillows. AC is doing a good job! Close to many local streetfood stands, a play room for karaoke and billiards with locals, new Komodo gym, and many shops. Only 6 min motorbike ride to Bajo city centre, so perfect for a luxurious stay in a local non-tourist area! Room is exactly as shown in pictures, new and comfortable!

Sometimes can be a little bit noisy in the evenings, as the doors are thin and people come home. No mosque or busy street nearby, so in the night it's very quiet! Very helpful and kind staff but a little bit pushy on finding you a komodo tour through them. They probably get commissions, can't blame them tho.

The hotel is very new, and while the room itself is not huge, it is clean and comfortable. Quiet too. There's free drinking water, instant coffee and tea at the reception. The AC is nice and strong, the bathroom is also clean with a shower curtain separating wet and dry areas in the bathroom, with great shower pressure and hot water. It looks like almost all rooms are ground level with a window that opens internally to the hallway, but it's not really a big problem. It is the new hotel by the same owners as El Ora. While it's not easy to walk to the central part of Labuan Bajo, they rent out scooters for 100K. It is close to the airport, the taxi ride is less than 10 mins so it was super convenient for an overnight.

Not much that I didn't like. The price for value was great!

This is a nice hotel with solid rooms and bathrooms, featuring good AC and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Drinking water, tea, and coffee are available at the reception, along with free fruit, snacks, and desserts. The staff happily moved us to a different room to address some noise issues.

The hotel is quite far, so you'll need transportation to go downtown. We did experience loud noises from water refilling in the first room in the morning, but the staff was quick to accommodate us by moving us to a quieter room.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also really liked the shower, which was hot and had good water pressure. Enough space in the closet and on the desk. Close to the main street by scooter, approximately 8 minutes, or a 30 minute walk.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Even though there was unlimited tea, coffee, and water, breakfast was some snake fruit and packed roti (prepacked sweet bread rolls), not very filling. It was okay, but not really what I hoped for in terms of value for money.

thank you to the guy at the reception - he was so helpful and just genuinely kind and cheery. place also had good WIFI and hot water showers, free water refills, modern deco, clean rooms. location is off the main strip (can just take a grab bike there) but just a 5-10min walk to some good eating places (try Mama Tua!). we stayed here on two separate occasions and enjoyed it both times.

The room was very clean, the bed, pillows, and linen were very comfortable, the WiFi was stable and reliable enough to do video calls. We arrived really early because we came by ferry and were allowed to check in at 630am for a fee of 50k IDR.

The location is a little bit out of the centre but it's still walkable and if you decide to rent a scooter or motorcycle then this will not be an issue.

Modern, clean accom with hot water showers, free WiFi and comfy beds. Free water refills, coffee and tea as well as bread and fruit in the morning! Staff are friendly and nice - thanks Jonny and Dino! Location isn't on the main strip so it's a lot more peaceful and local.

Great new establishment. Clean, comfortable, close to the airport, but not so close to the main Street (about 20 min walk). We rented a scooter, so it was very easy, like 5min away. You can rent a scooter on site. WE stayed here twice during our trip to Flores.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the airport. A water dispenser is available outside the room, the premises are clean, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable.

The room is small, and external noise is easily heard from inside.

This was a very affordable option to stay before or after a Komodo Dragon boat trip. It has what you need!

It is farther away from things but they offer bike rentals. The breakfast was not a true breakfast just a packaged pastry.
