Loved our stay here(october 2024)...don't get the bad reviews over here cause everything was perfect. The owner has been a fantastic host!!He is a lovely hardworking man and he really goes the extramile to help you!!Staff always with a smile on their face🙂 They have a free pick up and drop from airport + dropped us to the city and back when needed(also free) We rented a bike and explored the local places nearby....the bikes are brand new Breakfast was omelette,rice,noodles,butter jam bread,tea and coffee. Room are spacious,AC working really well.Hot shower.Daily cleaning and 2 bottled water every day. Would come back here for sure!!!!

The staff were lovely and friendly. It's pretty quiet as it's located a long way from town. Breakfast was yummy. They picked me up and dropped me at the airport so that was great.

I had to move rooms as my shower didn't heat up at all and couldn't be fixed. The next room had a badly leaking air con unit but they managed to fix that. It is a long way from town but I rented a scooter from them and they also offer the free shuttle bus service. There is some construction happening on site and the main road was under upgrade but not a big problem.

Free shuttle bus will bring you almost everywhere from 7AM to 10PM and is really worth your stay here. They will pick you up and bring you back to the airport. The breakfast is very simple, but nice. Aircon is good and the shower has a good temperature and power. Clean bedsheets.

You do need to pay 50.000 RP if you want to be picked up after 9PM which they told us later when we asked to be picked up. The washbasin drain got clogged, but they fixed it immediately. There are a lot of mosquitos I think because of the still waters.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The location was a bit far from the center, but they offer a free shuttle service that drops off/picks up anywhere you want to go. The free breakfast is nice and there's a beautiful garden to sit in. They were able to do my laundry for me and returned everything very nicely organized and folded. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the perfect place to relax during your travels to labuan bajo!

The staff were incredibly helpful. We became close to the hotel manager who was exceptionally kind, helpful and caring. He dove us to town and picked us up on request- no extra charge! We were two female travelling and we felt safe and were well looked after. The staff are helpful and even woke up early to pack us our breakfast when we went on a cruise trip during the day.

You’re paying for what you’re getting in terms of the general room. But the amazing team made it much more enjoyable than 4 star hotels we’ve stayed at.

Hotel is located in quiet place 7 minutes away from centrum really good size room and very very clean Owner provided free taxi service if you need to get any place in the town also they can arrange trips to Komodo Island and around with we found they’ve best prices in the town So if you’re interested in anything just speak with owner Personally that’s was best place with we staying in our monthly trip Once again many thanks for all of you guys We had unforgettable time

The staff didn’t speak English which made it difficult to communicate 15 minute shuttle into town; not much around Road is under construction In the garden there is a lot of standing water which is a breeding ground for mosquitos Breakfast was not very good Not very “boutique”

Lots of roadworks that made the access to the hotel and general navigation difficult but that is temporary and nothing for the hotel to blame. Please boss correct the address in Google since I got lost 2 times 😂

Rust and his team were extremely helpful going beyond what you would normally expect .The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was ample .Transferred to and from airport and into town .This is a hotel worth considering when staying in Labuan bajo . It is outside the town but easy to get to by taxi ,bike or Rust

We liked that there was a private bathroom and inside as a lot of bathrooms are outside in Indonesia. It was only for 1 night as we took the boat from Komodo to Lombok the day after so it was fine. The staff was nice and was easy to reach through WhatsApp.

Breakfast was very limited. Room is also very basic but fine for 1 night.
