The room is spacious and it comes with an attached toilet. It has windows. Staff were courteous. Water heater and air conditioning were working well. They lent me a plug for my Singapore plug. Free airport transport rides. It is really a value for money though it is a little old. On some days it was quiet. It feels like a big villa. There are some local decorative items here and there. Breakfast is charged at Rp 50,000 which is very reasonable for Labuan Bajo where everything are not cheap. There are some restaurants within walking distance eg La Moringa, Budi Luhur, and about 20 minutes walk there is Smoris seafood restaurant. I saw Alfamart in the map. It is farther away. I did not go there.

It is far from the port where most of amenities could be found there eg money changer, cafe, restaurants, diving companies, travel agents, hostels, hotels, inns, resorts, dentists, clinics, ATMs, house of worship (mosque), and probably even more as I did not explore much of this area.

Amazing staff, welcoming and so friendly. Room was good, good aircon, wifi, hot water, comfortable beds, all worked well. No noise from the street at night. Beautiful common area to hang out. Perfect place for digital nomads and the hotel seems to be popular with younger tourists. And they served at 4 pm to 6 pm free coffee/tea with fried banana. I did not take the breakfast but it looked good for just 50.000 Rp. Pricing depends on demand and is flexible, but value for money was excellent for me. Walking time to city (Starbucks, port) 25 minutes, which is o.k. Offers free airport transfer.

Bathroom a bit old, tap a bit loose, but what would you expect ? Its a budget hotel, not 4-star.

Booked this place as our hostel was full. Didn't realise how lovely it would be! A comfortable, clean room for such a great price and more than enough space for 2 people! Breakfast included was a bonas, especially as it was so tasty and plentiful! The hotel itself is so spotless and the garden is rather beautiful. But what really makes this place is the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and chatty and really made us feel at home. It put a smile on my face every day!

It was slightly far out of town, but still easily accessible as it is just along the main road. I actually liked this as I love walking :)

Staff was amazing - they were at the airport when we arrived to pick us up (free shuttle), gave us info on laundry and had a motorbike delivered soon after we arrived, bed was comfy, and they cleaned the room each day, and offered filtered water to refill bottles. the shower water took a minute to get warm, but did warm up.

the wifi didn't work in our room :/ as noted in the description, it's about a 20-25 minute walk to the town center so a scooter is helpful for navigating.

We had a great stay here! The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff are very kind and helpful, always smiling. They helped us when our flight was cancelled due to the volcano and extended our stay. Tasty food in the restaurant too!

Smoking is allowed in the corridors and the smell sometimes came into the room. Location a little way out of town but not too much of an issue if you like walking.

Breakfast was superb, every one of us enjoyed the food every morning. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, valued for money. Basic facilities were meeting our requirements as compared to some hotels that do not even provide free water, coffee, towel, toothbrush & paste, and shampoo inside the room. They even provide free shuttle to airport.

Slightly run down and at the end of the main city, but still manageable to walk or just take Grab bike.

Rooms are spacious, water jet is appropriate and staff is really kind and helpful. They offer free pick up and drop off and that helped a lot. The bed was comfortable.

The air/con, when we arrived, was not making the room cool even if was set to 16 degrees. However, during the night it suddenly got quite cold in the room. Not a major problem but something to consider when setting room temperature. It is a little far from the sea side. For us was not a huge problem but I jot the following down so that you are aware. You are in Bajo hill side so just up against the jungle. It will be normal to find every now and then some small insects (e.g. ants) or enjoy/endure some of the noise of it. Although, we DID NOT have many insects win the room, just the occasional ants (very common in this side of the island).

Location: abour 20-30minutes walk from the harbour. Take note that there is no grab car in Labuan Bajo, only grab bike. You can flag down private cars on the street if needed. Beds are clean and comfortable Air conditioning is cold One eletrical outlet by the bed, one under TV (must bring international adaptor) TV box did not work when we were there, but that's ok; can watch tv in the restaurant if you want Hot water was great and water pressure was good! The biggest highlight of my stay was the staff. The driver was on time to pick us up from the airport (just message them in advance on Booking.com), and all staff members always greeted us with big smiles. They were always eager to help in any way they can; the ladies even insisted on carrying our luggages which was much appreciated as i was travelling with my elderly parents. I enjoyed the homecooked breakfast buffet every day, and their fried banana/ube is delicious! On the day of my komodo day tour, i also purchased breakfast boxes (bread, jam, hard boiled eggs, fruit) to bring along, which were a lifesaver.

Bathroom is in need of a deep clean as the hard water caused a lot of limescale build-up everywhere. Flush doesn't work well but using the bidet to squirt at the same time does the trick. Wifi a little slow but adequate.

locatie more than 1 km from centre,no lamp and dark in the street after 9 pm.

Good location, an easy walk to the town centre. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, both before arrival and during our stay. Drinking water provided. Free transfers from and back to the airport.

Seating area outside the room was in the corridor and some other guests took it upon themselves to sit in our area and talk loudly one evening.
