Very good atmosphere amongst staff and guests. Beautiful garden surroundings around pool rooms and breakfast area. Manager was extremely helpful. The location was in a lovely area close to supermarket and eating places with a picturesque walk local beach and downtown. (20-25 min)

Our room had been forgotten to be serviced several times over a 5 night stay. A larger breakfast for the price would have made me happier😑

Good hostel, very clean and with swimming pool. Nice staff very attentive.

It is located 20' from main road. Labuan Bajo is steep and to go from the main road were restaurants, dive centers and activity is to the hostel you have a walk or you need a motorbike. However, it's location is in between airport and city downtown, making it easy at arrival and leaving. Door to door with the hotel there is a karaoke/local party bar doing quite a noise all afternoon and until late night. If you have light sleep, it may be annoying.

Very relaxed hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Beds super comfy and air con works very well. Bertha in the kitchen was very good and watered and fed us throughout our 2 night stay. Room service was excellent. Would stay again in an instant. A little bit out of town, but we had scooters so found it easy to get around. The roads are quiet and very safe to use the scooter. The people in Flores are lovely and smile a lot and make you feel very welcome.

We stayed at Pavilla for 1 night and it was really nice. The staff is super friendly and taught us more about Flores and the culture. Our friend got sick and they allowed us to stay longer even after the check-out time so she could rest. I would really recommend this hotel!

Great breakfast, very clean and lots of warm water in the shower. The staff was helpful in booking a motorbike or organizing a taxi. In a quiet location however this does mean you’re a little out of the down town area.

Your accommodations has to be paid in full and in cash upon arrival, which was not mentioned on the booking anywhere and since you’re out of the centre it’s a bit of a ways to an ATM

The staff is absolute gem, they are so friendly and helpful. My bathroom wasn’t the most recent one but the bedroom is clean and comfortable. The place is well maintained. A special thanks to Mr Mark for showing me the sunrise point (Silvia Hill) !

The room was spacious and there was also a pool in the hotel which was nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

It could have been cleaner, the towels had a stain on them, but it overall everything was okay for the amount of money we paid.

A bit far from the city, around 25-30 walk. But you can easily rent a bike for convenience.

Ended up staying for 3 nights. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. It is really bang-for-buck

The location is a bit off from the town center. We enjoyed the walk down to the harbour and was greeted by friendly locals along the way.

Very comfortable and great shower. And good motorbike for rent. Great swimming pool!
