The place is quite cheap and it was just a couple minutes away by walk from the warf where the boat to Komodo island departs. They have very nice view from the restaurant on the top floor. As was promised, the room was small but it had Air Conditioner, toilet and shower and two beds. We needed to sleep only a couple of nights so for us it was good value for money close to our destination. Overall look inside of the hotel was very good, they have elevator for upper floors. Staff was excellent and very friendly - accommodated with all our requests, provided us with additional towels, booked the Komodo trip for us (that was cheaper than booking it from overseas). We asked for some breakfast for the trip morning (5:30am) and we were provided with some takeaway food. Next morning we went to the buffet to have the breakfast. It was very-very simple, but still "functional" - as you would expect from 3-star hotel in this remote location. On our departure, they ordered a taxi to get us into the airport. So overall the stay was quite good especially for this cheap price.

The room where we stayed had a window coming to the neighbour shop/property and they had chickens. The rooster was very loud and we heard him all the night and during the day - sounded like it was in our room as sound proof from that side was non-existent. Be prepared that restaurant opens at 7am, so if you need to have your breakfast before that time, then ask for takeaway food - don't expect it to be from the restaurant.

The location is great, in walking distance to the port from where the boats to the Komodo NP leave. We enjoyed having a drink on the restaurant terrace to watch the sunset. The staff were very friendly. Receptionist Amelia was fantastic, as she helped us with any question and helped organize our next transport to Ruteng with Gunung Mas. After coming back from Komodo, the staff were so nice to let us wait in the hotel lobby until our bus arrived and use their amenities in the meantime.

Even though the hotel seems to be new, it partially already looks run down. The room could have been cleaner: there were stains on the bed sheets and the washbasin visibly has not been cleaned. Breakfast is okay if you like Indonesian options. Altogether, good hotel for a night before you leave for Komodo, but would not necessarily recommend for a longer stay.

A lovely little hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. It has a lovely view of the harbour and it is easy to get to the harbour as well. The rooms are a bit basic but I don't think you can expect more for the price. It is a reasonably new build as well.

The room was at the back of the hotel so we couldn't hear the street noise but it is a pretty noisy street. The Saturday night we stayed there was a wedding in the public space opposite the hotel and it was so loud and went until about 2 in the morning. It felt like we were attending but a pair of ear plugs got me to sleep. This is not at all the fault of the hotel but worth keeping in mind for that whole street on Saturday nights!

Location was pretty good, walking distance to any place you need to reach. Nive views from top floor with the restaurant.

Breakfast selection was poor. Not all receptionists know how to handle card payments.

Super clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean! Staff were friendly and helped us book a 1 day tour to the Komodo Islands as well as motorbikes for exploring Labuan Bajo Very central location right on the marina and easy to walk everywhere around the main town of Labuan Bajo. Breakfast was a small buffet and was average but not bad.

Only downside was they didn't have any lamps or light options other than the big roof light which was very bright and clinical in the bedrooms. If you are someone that likes to wind down in bed at night with a lower light (like us) that is a problem :( Other than that, I 100% recommend a stay here!

Location is okay, depending on what you're looking for. It's right across from the departure point for Komodo day trips. If you can find the right alleyway, it's also a short walk to the main strip with restaurants. We stayed there after a diving liveaboard, so it was a quick 5 min walk from the marina. Also great to have an elevator for our big luggage! The hot shower with good water pressure was also much appreciated after the liveaboard.

Water machine was empty.

Some noice from the street, WiFi disconnected frequently and you have to enter the password again. Every day the keycard stopped working and we have to get it programmed again at the reception . We asked 2 times to get the towel holder fixed but it never happened.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast is terrific (if you get there in the first ~hour), the view and breeze on the third floor is nice, not on the main street but a 1-minute walk to get to it as well as to the port in the other direction.

Breakfast options get a bit light and cold near the end of the breakfast hours (but understandably so).

We stayed one night just before the start of the boat trip around Komodo island. Everything was really fine, the rooms felt really clean and nice and in fact new and the bed was comfortable. We also liked the breakfast (that provided wide selection pf everything) on the top floor with the view of the sea. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The rooms were rather small but it was pefectly enough for the reason of our stay.

Located just in front of the port, I couldn't have asked for a better place to take the boat early in the morning. Moreover, they also prepare your breakfast in time for you to take it on the boat, which, I think, was a nice gesture. The staff was also really welcoming and nice, particularly Amelia, who always had a smile and was quick to deal with the requests we asked from her.
