Was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who walked us to our room at 2nd floor. The room is huge and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a functional kitchenette (we didnt use much as it is only 1 night stay) and a sofa which is turned into a bed for my kid. There were coffee, tea and 2 small pack of coconut flavour biscuits in the room. And even a full size refrigerator! There is a popular "sea-view" restaurant right behind the hotel (just a little challenging to walk up and down the steep road) which serves succulent seafood, as well as a nice italian restaurant right beside the hotel. Thus, food is easy to get. Walking to the town is also just few mins away where you can get starbucks, KFC, Mixue and more. They have a lift thus carrying luggage is not an issue. It was nice for a one night stay before our boat trip.

My stay at Triple 8 Suites was excellent. The room was large, very clean, and well-equipped. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the harbor, dive centers and many restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind – always ready to assist with anything I needed. I also appreciated the free water refill station available at all times. In the early mornings, you can hear the call to prayer, but it didn’t bother me at all. I would definitely return.

I liked the location, that is close to the harbour and to the shops

My hotel room was at the first floor, so no view at all. They said the hotel was full, but didn't saw many people.I didn't like the slope ( you have to go down on a very steep road with your luggages if you are by foot). Preferably take a cab from the airport cause it will save you a lot of trouble. I didn't, thinking it's only 10min walking..think again, cause you will carry all your luggage weight on you. An elevator will be suitable for this location.

Communicative and interactive staff. The hotel is near from the dock, i was so excited. You can hear to the sound of the boats and sea. My room is perfect. Clean, comfy bed, and perfect facility. There is laundry hanger, people need it especially if they went to the beach. Lovely bedroom, i like the simple white blue decoration, so comfy and pleasing my eyes.. Relaxing! It is also recommended to have meal in the restaurant in the hotel. I like the bed, the room size, the lighting, the air con, the pantry and the clean sofa. Loveeeee Would love to come back!

I dont like the damp smell around the lift, inside the lift and also the neglected garden around the hotel building, it needs more lighting. These dont really matter for us who rarely stay around..I still recommend the hotel anyway

The apartment is perfect: large, clean, comfortable bed, small kitchen,fridge, what gives you the chance to lunch/dinner there. Location is perfect,close to the main street but out of its noise. Staff are so friendly. And finally they are a plastic-free hotel:instead of the typical plastic bottles they provide glass bottles that you can fill when needed.This is a truly great choice.

Nothing, everything was perfect

We were upgraded to a lovely studio apartment with balcony looking over the town. Plenty of space with kitchen facilities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. The restaurant under the apartments, next to reception, was excellent. (Italian style food) The staff were all very friendly and helpful

The towels are clean but getting a bit old.

A very big and nice room, everything was clean, new and fresh towels every day, nice staff, good location of the hotel- very close to everything

too many noises from the street, especially load sound of roosters in our room from 5 am (it wasn`t possible to sleep well). also the sounds of ships from harbor, and the mosque. but the rest was good

The room is clean and spacious and we have a sea view from the Balcony. Labuan Bajo is so small that you could walk for 5-10 minutes to the port. To enjoy sunset view of the coast, you will need to walk up the hill behind (be careful of the one way car or motorcycle circulation to have the panoramic view of Labuan Bajo

Just a note for the hotel, please conceal some of the openings with ventilation grills or screens. Some bathroom openings are exposed to outside (the staircase in our room). If someone walking down the stair, lean down to pick something, they can see us in the toilet lol. We also can "see" someone in the hotel bathroom from Taman Laut Handayani Seafood Restaurant that is situated behind teh hotel. Other than that we like everything in this hotel, not too fancy, just with necessary amenities we need.

Nice room. Perfect location. Friendly and supportive staff. They replied to our problems promptly. Laundry service was quick and efficient. Airport transfer was flawless as well.

Wifi was quite weak. We needed to ask staff to fix the toilet and the aircon, but they did that instantly.

Perfect location for diving, boat trips, restaurants, and bars. Comfortable bed and spacious room.

The staff was not helpful when I faced a visa emergency, I had to find the information and solution on my own. The elevator didn’t work properly.
