Personnel excellent, they helped for everything and beyond. cleanness perfect.comforf perfect, breakfast teras very beautiful, food was delicious. After a long and many connected. Flights, i had such a clean, comfortable and quiet sleep. Very satisfied with my choice in all aspects. I enjoyed staying at the blue ocean and felt very comfortable.

Labuan bajo has its own charakter. City / town has not been developed in the sea side but one behind street and nicely iver the hills. Seaside access was nearly impossible. Mono block buildings don't allow streets between. This was sad. It could have been much lovelier city/town

We just arrived off a 4 day boat trip, the location of this was perfect just a couple minutes walk from everything, lovely view of the harbour. Room itself was great, big spacious room, nice balcony, bed was big and comfy. The only things I would say is that the shower could be improved. We weren’t given any toilet roll in the room (paying £26 a night I would of expected some) And also a main reason we would not return here is because of the stuff (except one girl who helped us organise a taxi to the airport and that we could hang out at the hotel until we had to leave) there was had a very strange vibe, and we just felt put a little on edge because of it.

The hotel centrally located in the city. U can walk to kg ujung for seafood dinner from here. Mixue just next door. If u need taxi there is taxi station infront of the hotel. Motorcycle rental shop also nearby.. the room is really big.. u have a lot of space there, good ac, hot shower, tv, wifi.. nice staff n very helpful, they also help to order pickup from airport to hotel.. Only 1 thing need to improve.. about the free breakfast.. to simple n u will feel bored if u stay there more than 1 night bcoz u will get same breakfast choice for everyday.. make it more varity would be better..

Staff is really helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air/con works properly and the shower jet is good. The breakfast is basic but yummy (pancakes are nice, noodles a little spicy). We enjoyed staying on the terrace in the afternoon and enjoy the sunset. The location is strategic, you are right in the middle of the main road so you can walk anywhere on the water front within minutes (hills places take a little longer). The majority of diving shops are at max 10 minutes walk. I will for sure re-book this hotel.

The only thing that was a little annoying was that the street gets a little noisy at night. We had to use earplugs which solved the problem. Our room was road side, so perhaps choose the water front side, I suppose rooms are quite that side (can't guarantee though). BEAR IN MIND that, the majority of the hotels on the Main Street are going to share the same problem so this is not exclusive to this hotel (not my first time in Bajo). If you want quite environment, you will have to compromise with the location and go to the hill side, possibly far away from the mosque, unless you want to wake up at 4am.

Great view of the Light House and Harbour from my room and from the rooftop breakfast and lounge area. Great location too. It’s central to lots of cafes and restaurants and tour shops and just a 5 minute walk across the street to harbour. The staff was extremely helpful especially that I booked at their hotel last minute and I was also struggling to look for a day tour to Komodo National Park / Islands for the next day since I was not yet in Labuan Bajo and had limited time. They were able to assist me and quickly book my day trip with a wonderful tour company before I had even arrived at the hotel. They are some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered. My room was big and spacious.

While everything was working fine, they could do a little maintenance and could be a bit more cleaner, thus my rating. Everything else was fine.

The hotel is characterised by its appealing design and above all by the friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast on the roof terrace with a view of the harbour is a particular highlight. Although the rooms show signs of wear and tear due to their age, they are, in our opinion, in an acceptable condition and will probably be maintained.

Some things need to be new or renovated.
