The entire team is like one big happy family and from the moment I arrived to when I left I was treated as though i was a part of that family too. I was greeted with warmth snd the utmost of respect. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The room was more than adequate, with a beautiful large terrace outside my room to enjoy morning coffee. The pool and surrounding gardens are just fabulous. The breakfast choices were excellent.... just perfect for my needs. It was also very handy to have a kettle, a fridge, and coffee facilities in my room especially for my early mornings. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again. Walking distance to beach and eateries. Highly recommend

Balinda Rooms & Villa is located in a quiet area, and still near the beach. We stayed in one of the rooms which was comfortable. The room was clean and didn’t have unpleasant smells like we have encountered in several other hotel rooms in Indonesia. When needed, the rooms can be cleaned, but we only needed a few times some clean towels. Our breakfast was served in the beautiful garden. There are also towels for the swimming pool. There is a washing rack on the terrace of the room. The staff was friendly and hospitable. We rented a motor bike through the hotel, which is convenient. We had massage and scrub at the hotel, which was very relaxing.

WiFi is good, but not always stable. The airconditioning needed a lot of time to get the right temperature. The water in the swimming pool could be cleaner.

The location is close to the port but still tucked away in a quiet area, offering the best of both worlds. It’s easy to arrange a tour—just chat with one of the captains nearby, and you can negotiate a fair price. Breakfast was delicious and hearty, with flexible options for where to enjoy it. We loved having breakfast by the pool and in the comfort of our room. The pool was lovely, and the room exceeded our expectations—it was even more spacious than it looked in the photos and exceptionally clean. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the massage! They offer amazing treatments at very reasonable prices. Be sure to try the Balinese massage—I only is not optinh for a longer session.

Everything ! The room was nice and clean with airconditionning, tea and coffee, and refill water. The tenant is super nice, she offered drinks when we arrived, and gave us aloe vera for our sunburn. They also offer in house massage which seemed nice (we couldn't try due to the sunburn), the swimmingpool is super nice, and breakfast in the garden is awsome. The little house dog was super cute and playfull. The guest library with books in various languages is also quite a nice touch.

The staff were great, lovely dog on the premises, the pool was amazing and clean, great breakfast, good location. Provided towels for the pool and you could get new ones anytime you wanted. Breakfast was pancakes or eggs. You walked on a dirt path to the main road and everything was right there. Beach down the road, stores and restaurants down the road.

The rooms could use an upgrade, especially the bathroom.

Very charming and spacious villa, well maintained garden and large clean pool. Maria, our hostess, was very service minded and aleays met us with a smile and helped us to arrange dolphin watching/swim with a very good exoerience.

The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with palms and fruit trees. This innevitably means that there will be bugs - wich there was. But that is not the fault of the villa - just something that comes with the location and guests should understand this when booking.

The room was spacious and clean, good wifi, but the best is really the staff and the swimming pool area, also kept very clean, with comfortable sunbeds as wel. The breakfast was also always delicious and they offer massages here as well. I had a very good Balinese massage. The location is also great, short walk to the beach and restaurants. This is the place to stay in Lovina for a few truly relaxing and peaceful days.

A couple of minor details: it would be good to have a place to be able to fill water bottles. The bathroom could benefit with one more towel hanger.

This is a beautiful villa in local style. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The downstairs area is basically a huge living room with a small kitchen. The airconditioning is excellent in the bedrooms, there is no AC downstairs. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, eating our breakfast there, which was delicious and plenty.The garden is beautiful. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

We liked everything about the villa. But if you do not appreciate an older villa, you might find the bathroom smell and you might complain about the water pressure.

Spacious villa with excellent bedroom air conditioning, beds and pillows. Bathrooms were huge, clean and in good working order. Balinda and her staff were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was lovely. The location was excellent with Warung Apple a short stroll away for a cheap and delicious dinner. Other small shops and an atm nearby.

Downstairs felt a bit stuffy and hot as the windows didn’t open easily and there is no air conditioning. Ok if you plan to be out and about except to sleep or be in the pool! Might be a problem for a longer stay?

The property was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of facilities for what we needed. The balcony was especially nice as we watched the new years fireworks coming from the beach.

There was a smell in the bathroom and the towels shed but these are minor things. We paid for breakfast but then was advised that we had to pay on top. We didn’t bother going back for the breakfast because of this.
