Good location close to the beach and restaurants/convenience stores. The room was very spacious and you had your own balcony. Lovely big pool and lots of sunbeds. You won’t really be swimming at the beach here. Staff were less friendly than anywhere else we have been in bali but still nice.

I would really discourage anyone that is booking the dolphin tour with the hotel. It was the worst experience. Boats just chasing the pod and it stinks of petrol. Please don’t do it.

Everything was just sooo good! I had the superior room at the ground floor, absolutely loved it. It was very clean, very large room with a super comfortabel huge bed, super hot shower, great airco, complimentary bottles of water and coffee and tea every day. Fridge and kettle, all very clean. Breakfast is nothing to complain about, all good. Location is very good, staff is so superfriendly and helpfull. The place is well kept and pool and garden look superior. Would go back any time! 10 out of 10. I used their taxi service once, and it was very good. Spot on time, good price, nice car and very good driver.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Tip: if you need extra blanket or towel you can ask for it.

We loved this property, we are a family of four and booked the family room- two storey- note that the double is down stairs and two singles up top- we swapped the kids around which was not an issue and they were downstairs as they’re too young to be by themselves. The pool was AMAZING! Has a three in one type of design with a kiddies pool, medium and deep. Such an awesome set up. The gardens were beautiful and the staff so helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious, you pick what you want- nasi’s, eggs, pancakes, etc, then drinks and fruits. Really lovely and easy. Perfect location- eateries all round.

We had transferred to the family unit which was so comfy and big. It had two toilets and showers and bath. A nice big fridge and we enjoyed the complementary water and toilet paper and coffee’s/tea everyday. Staff were so kind. It was one of my favourite places we stayed at. Everything was close. The beach 1 min walk, laundry and restaurants across the road. It was in an excellent location and the dolphin swimming was once in a life time experience.

I thought the breakfast was pretty basic and small and the wifi wasn’t the greatest.

The room.wqs big and comfortable. There was hot water, good air conditioner, and it was very clean. The pool was amazing and big. The hotel is close to beach (3 min walk). There is parking space if needed. Overall, it was good and prices were competitive.

Internet policy. You get a username and password, but you can only connect 2 devices per room at the same time, which was bad for me because my wife and I worked, so we needed to connect our phones and laptops to the internet at the same time. The staff said they couldn't do anything about it. But if that's not your case, you don't need to worry about this.

The garden and pool were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious (2 stories, two bathrooms, one double bed downstairs and two single beds upstairs). The upstairs room had a nice balcony. There were many restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the property, many quite good and inexpensive. The beach was a five minutes walk away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were a bit run down as expected from previous reviews. The bathroom plumbing was badly in need of renovation. The hot water tap in the downstairs bathroom had to be turned to a fraction of the way back to stop the flow. This took two days to get used to and must have wasted an enormous amount of hot water. The toilet downstairs didn't always shut of the water after flushing. The downstairs toilet door sometimes became locked and one had to use the room key to open it. The breakfast was limited and a bit ordinary.

The hotel personal was a great assistance in a lot of things! Really nice location, well kept. Beach is only 3 walking minutes away, lots of restaurants in waking distance!

For the family room, it would be nice to have a terrace with 4 chairs so that every one can sit together. We have a balcony with 2 chairs and a terrace with 2 chairs, but no place were we could all sit together. Bathrooms would require some renovation.

The hotel is very close to the ocean, with a large, 3 department swimming pool. The rooms differ, but my delux room was absolutely lovely, with view over the pool and the garden. The garden was very beautiful too, well caretaken and with plenty of place and plants. The stuff was always kind and supporting. The breakfast pancake was best here. I warmly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a quiet, comfy place to stay at.

•perfect location everything walking distance • kind and attentive staff - we had a problem with our AC and they were really helpful with it • nice pool and garden area •we had a daily room cleaning which was a service we did not know we get thank you • very clean • decent breakfast •you do not realize it while you stay but there is always a staff around watching the pool area and pool in case there is a problem or guests need something • very big and comfortable bed which was needed by us to have a good sleep and rest I enjoyed my time here. They were really helpful with our requests. Thank you for the good time and memories.

The staff were incredible, helping look after my mum when she was ill and changing the sheets more often than they would normally have to. The included breakfast is delicious and sets you up for the day with a healthy start. The swimming pool is also very large and refreshing and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. One of the best places I've stayed in Bali and I'd highly recommend!!
