The staff was absolutely brilliant. They were always smiling and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The room and the bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The pool was great — we used it a lot, as we didn't swim at the beach (it wasn't suitable for swimming; it functioned more as a dock for the boats going on dolphin tours). The breakfast was delicious, and we even received free drinks (coffee, tea, juices) during the day upon request. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and even a grocery store just five minutes away. We were also able to rent a motorbike through the hotel.

Wide bathub, clean room and surroundings, pool was small but okay. The staff was excellent and nice. Good hospitality! The bed was wide and comfortable.

The hotel is quite old, so i think it needs some reparations. The bathub was actually clean, but the old stain made it look a bit dirty.

Although the room could have been cleaner, the staff has been amazing in accomodating our requests also in regards to the offer for breakfast. They will certainly grow better with a little bit of extra training. The pool and the flowers in the garden make this place really authentic and beautiful. Thank you

Absolute gem of a place. Perfect room and the bathroom had a bath and separate shower. Great pool too. The staff were really good and very helpful.

Nice little place where you can relax. The beds are super comfortable and the staff supportive.

The breakfast could have some healthy options and the staff often needed to ask the manager or check with another person because they were sometimes a little bit clueless. The hotel was also 1 k away from the streets with some good warungs and the beach.

We had such a nice stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and even made a special arrangement in our room because we were on our honeymoon. Overall the hotel is very clean, modern and will have everything you could possibly need in a hotel.

Looked like staff were new and little bit afraid. I am not saying that I didn’t like that. I just suggest managers and team be more open. You don’t need to be afraid of guests. Communication empowers everyone. Potential to make this place more nicer. Second thing. Add little bit vegetables or fruits to breakfast and you will be on next level. :)

Very nice rooms for great price. Friendly staff, clean place, everything ok and better than in more expensive hotels.

Only small choices from food and drinks. And fridge in our room was very weak.

Best part was the staff. But the food was great and they kept everything so clean.
