Nice location, the staff helped us organising an experience with dolphins and snorkelling.

all the balconies are connected with each other and some guests were walking across because we were in the middle room between them and their friends. So it ended up having them front of our window several times and didn’t feel having enough privacy. No vegan options for breakfast.

Quiet location with the exception of fireworks outside by the Melamun Hotel and right by our parked vehicle.

The staff seemed untrained especially with the kitchen at breakfast..we had 3 wrong orders and no hot water for coffee without asking for some. The menu didn’t actually match what there was available. Just needs some good training. Even though it said “No pets” there were 5 dogs on the premises.

European cleanliness standards, new furniture, everything works, staff is very attentive and it has a super value for money ratio. They refilled my water bottle all the time. Would come back anytime!

A reading lamp would have been nice and the breakfast was way too basic :( I didn’t sleep too well because of the scooters passing the early morning (woke up around 5-6am every morning), soundproofing is not that great.

So this place is quite new. The rooms are bare but comfortable. Shower is nice, bed is super comfortable. The pool is great, big. Nothing particularly was bad but it just could use some improvements. Like a bedside table, kettle, hangers for in the closet. Near the pool were 3 poolbeds but no shade so I suggest more poolbeds and an umbrella for shade. The place has a lot of potential and for the current price (we paid 200k a night) it's superb!

The breakfast that was included was just weird with really sweet 'fruit' juices. We tried all the options. The fried rice was undercooked one day, other fine but bland, fried noodles tasted a bit like catfood (I think someone went overboard with the fishsauce) and the toast with eggs was okay but they chopped of the crust of the toast so there was not much toast left. But hey, 200k.

Lovely room and bathroom, clean and perfect for what I needed. Good breakfast included in the room with options. Close to beach where dolphin tours leave from. Good dolphin tour booked through the hotel. 15/20 minute walk to main beach or 5 min on a grab. Quiet and comfortable.

No bedside lamps or tables but didn’t bother me

It's true that we spent only one night there and thanks to a late booking the price was just amazing (200k), but if I planned to stay in Lovina, I would still pay the whole price. Peace and quiet. The hotel looks new and the staff is nice, helpful and professional. Everything is ultra clean. The pool area is very elegant. The breakfast is limited, but it was one of the nicest and tastiest in Indonesia. Also, I recommend food at Warung Music.

Unfortunately, the beaches around Lovina are a joke. Dirty and gray.

Bed is comfy. Big rooms. Newly renovated. Close to shops and beach. Big pool.

There are men outside who will approach you in the hotel parking lot and act like they work for the hotel and they will try to sell you tours. I wish the hotel protected their guests better. Dealing with these men makes me not want to return to this hotel.Breakfast is basic and limited. Would love to see more vegan gluten free options or at least fruit availible.

The hotel is beautiful, our bathroom was clean and everything worked really well. We loved waking up in the morning and seeing the view of the mountains, the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner were super delicious. A big thank you to all the staff working during our stay, they were polite, friendly and helpful.

Nice location. Close to the beach, like a 6 to 10 minute walk with nice restaurants everywhere. My advice: book a dolphin trip with the hotel, is less expensive than in town. Room was good. Enough room to put your stuff, nice balcony. A little lamp near the bed would be nice. For the rest perfect. Good pool. Great for 1 night as I did or longer
