Amazing service. My wife has a handicap with walking. They were amazing from room placement to transport her via ‘buggy’ through the beautiful setting. They have a training program for kids and we loved talking to them. Adiadi was my favorite 🤩. Amazing service. Go to warung Ayu, secret garden restaurant and use captain Nemo for a 4 hour snorkeling and dolphin cruise starting at 7.

The happy friendly staff obviously enjoy working there. The location is right on the beach and also close to shops and in walking distance from Lovina Central. The gardens are immaculate and a credit to the friendly gardener. The pool is exceptionally clean. Evi at the Spa does an exceptional massage. I was welcomed back this year as though I was an old friend. Aneka is as good value as the hotel where I have stayed for many years and the price is much lower.

The lighting in the rooms needs to be brighter, especially over the bathroom mirror. Bacon needs to be included in the breakfast buffet every day as the sausages are not nice. The rest of the breakfast is good.

Nice pool, decent breakfast and great staff

Things like drinks, food, massages were a little pricey. Beach in front wasn’t good-shallow water, mushy bottom, and full of local boats. A little far from Lovina center although we walked it almost every day, took maybe 20 or so minutes. Should offer word of caution and not sure of cause but shortly after paying for our stay, our credit card was compromised for about the same amount as our bill. Coincidence? Maybe, but just as likely their security was breached, Not sure.

Good location. Rooms are big and nice. Good swimming pool with a bar. Breakfast is good enough with many choice from buffet. The staff are really kind,helpful and friendly. Kids loved the hopp on bus what was taking us to our rooms because we were at the very back next to restaurant. We had the bungallow with dolphin watch. We were lucky to see the dolphins. The beach was clean we could even take the kids to the shore.

We had a private cabin, back from the beach with a garden view. It was clean and quiet. The property was fairly well maintained. The bed was comfy, the shower good, and they provided a drying rack. The pool was lovely and clean with a swim up bar. They had an excellent breakfast buffet. The other meals were off the menu. The food, overall, overall, was very good. And the service was excellent. They arranged a trip to Menjangan Island, which I highly recommend for snorkeling or diving. We would stay there again if we return to Lovina.

If we stayed there again, I would ask for a separate cabin closer to the beach.

The resort is just perfect.All staff are very welcoming and engaging. The restaurant is of a very high standard. The pool is relaxing with lovely staff,with a poolside bar for lunch and drinks...including happy hour. Highly recommend the spa for body pampering. Nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Unfortunately,anyone that likes a clean beach for swimming....this will not happen. The beach was littered with rubbish. This is timely...and February. Maybe different at other times of the year.

The shower as the shower attachment was to high and set back to close to wall and because of my height I couldn’t change it plus I had to be right up against wall to shower

Beds were a little hard for my liking. Breakfast was very basic and the same every morning so it was a little boring although fresh and tasty. Ran out of coffee in our last morning so wasn’t happy about that as we were there at 8am

Location is fabulous. The pool is about 30 metres from the beach and It’s a 2 minute walk for restaurants and shops and about a 10 minute walk to the centre. The pool is a nice size, warm and so refreshing. Clean towels supplied at pool and the bar staff are so attentive and come over to take your order as soon as you sit down. Food was very good. I’m a massive foodie and everything hit the mark for me. Cocktails very tasty also! Live singing some nights. Buffet has quite a wide range of selection. The grounds and room are immaculate. Daily cleaning and landscaping. The staff were just amazing and welcoming the whole time and helped with absolutely everything. They made this a solid 10 for me. Beds super comfortable and quite big. Rooms had enough space for luggage and moving around. Not cramped in the slightest. Only fault with the room was shower pressure, it was very low but hot. Water re-filling station ✅ I’d say it was a very chilled vibe and nice place to recharge with some peace. I’d say the only negative I have is cocktail and food prices at the restaurant. One cocktail is 200k which is about £10.90 😅 it came in a small wine glass too. If you paid that for a cocktail in Newcastle upon Tyne you’d get a giant fishbowl and a shot 😅 I’ve stayed in about 7 different places since being here. They all were lovely but this is my favourite by far. Easy 9/10👏🏼👏🏼 Much love guys and thank you for making my time here that little bit more special ❤️

The location is very nice, with direct access to the beach from where we took a dolphin and snorkeling tour organized by the hotel. We were lucky and saw many dolphins. Already the boat ride and sunrise is worth it The snorkeling was very nice, and we saw a lot of colorful fish, however, do not expect to see corals. Breakfast and dinner were very good, we enjoyed the dinner location at the beach. We did not try the spa. We stayed one night but would have loved to stay another night.

The bathroom is dated. The shower drainage was clogged and we had to call for a repair at 11 pm.
