Hotel should promote location next to Malang Kotalama station 1km south (before, arr from Yogyakarta) main station Malang. Get off train here! Oh. Did I mention the staff? They are great. A hotel is only as good as its staff.

Management needs to address various safety and cleaning matters. This hotel could SO EASILY be really exceptional.

This is a remarkable hotel with amazing staff,food & leisure facilities to make your trip so enjoyable. We actually extended our stay . The rooftop bar & restaurant is so relaxing after being out touring the beautiful Malang attractions . The pool is large & clean & the breakfast would have to be the best in java .Jacob the manager runs a smart hotel with all the staff so friendly. We will be back

This was the first time my wife and I had stayed at this hotel. We were really pleased with it. Good staff. Breakfast was very good, plenty of things to eat. Nice swimming pool (my wife likes to have a swim in the morning) We would have no problems with staying here again when we are in Malang.

Cannot think of anything that we did not like. It's easy to find fault, but we had no problems.

Beautiful and luxury rooms with great views. Very big and nice swimmingpool area. Gym was also very well equiped. Breakfast buffet was awesome with great choices of traditional indonesian and western food. Staff very friendly and helpfully. Situated besides the small train station. I extended several times. The smiley staff from the beginning and they are very cooperative when needed and helpful. The room was clean the bed was so comfortable and it will be memorable moment to stay there

Needed more signboard to assist to the coffee shop nearby but after all everything was perfect.

Too cheap to not turn on the air conditioner in the hall ways! I got a headache evrytime I walked from the elevator to my room it was soooooo hot! The breakfast was pretty bad limited choices and poor quality

B/fast was fantastic swimming pool was very good for children but the lobby is confusing between new lobby and old lobby it should have a sign or walk way to lobby hotel and don’t have to walk across the car park

Restaurant on ninth floor. The food was excellent, but staff were inattentive. I could not get their attention to order dessert despite their only being one other table occupied. Paid and left after 5 minutes when they were attending to a new arrival. Management need to review their recruitment and training.

The staff was very helpful and organized for us a lunch package as well as a late check out. The location is perfect for traveling by train. The beds are comfortable and clean.

The bathroom was not very clean and should be updated. In general a little bit of renovation would be recommended.
