It is a beautifully designed hotel where you can see they have thought of every detail making it a top of the list hotel for Mataram. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel , its rooms and facilities are designed to make you feel 5 stars. The food is good , we only had breakfast which was included with our room but is mainly catered for the Indonesian market. We did enjoy it anyways , specially the herbal teas , the healthy drinks and fruits. Fro is the location was perfect as we needed to run some errands right around the corner. Next day we took a taxi to the airport which was 45 minutes away approximately.

So comfortable and clean! The room was sparkling clean with an amazing view at sunset. The staff were all lovely and gave us advice on catching a movie at the cinema as well.

Thanks for having us! The temple singing woke us up early morning so if you have ear plugs or white noise then we would recommend. This happens all over Lombok so not something you can really avoid no matter where you go.

Very good stay as usual ! I’m coming few times a year and I’m still very happy about our stay there. Nice staff, helpful, good location with more and more improvement around, great swimming pool, nice buffet breakfast, amazing view, confy beds with good linens, clean and sweet Clem white towels ! A real plus !

Let’s say that this time the breakfast was not amazing since it was “a la carte” but certainly for just one shot since it was national election.

Hotel room and bath were spacious and extremely clean, airconditioning very silent, bed and pillows were very comfortable. View of the mountain range from the bedroom is stunning. Adequate power outlets. Staff are polite with unobtrusive service. Over all it was an excellent and very pleasant stay, thank you!

Airconditioning takes a while to get going, shower floor can get a little slippery with soap and you can hear your neighbours from upstairs, on the sides, etc. Shower head definitely needs a change. Water pressure is generally good from the tap but the shower head squeezes out water in thin spurts. Breakfast was so so.

Mountain View from the 12th floor is amazing!!! Room is spacious and everything is very clean. Atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. We stay here already 3 or 4 times, for us this is the best variant to stay in Mataram. I like the area, there are some nice places for dining. we enjoy our stay very much! Thanks to Anika from the reception for the assistance and hospitality.

conveniently located, dinner served till very late. prompt service in rooms for things that needed attending to

no alternative milk for coffee or tea. e.g., soy, oat or almond. Quality of spirits were not great. I would think a hotel of this standard would have imported spirits for cocktails. quality of buffet breakfast was average for a European breakfast but very good for traditional breakfast.

Stayed here for a night because we needed to be closer to the airport (around 45min drive) and wish we had a longer stay! The room was incredibly clean, cosy and nice. Both the bedroom and toilet areas were spacious. You get a lovely view from the lift lobby on the way up to your room but also from your own room since the windows are full-length. Staff was very helpful and efficient, they helped us with our laundry in the evening and we received our clean clothes the next morning in time for check-out. The breakfast buffet spread is amazing with a huge range of selections. They even have a souvenir shop by the reception and an online portal you can browse in your room.

Check-in was slow since there was only one person managing the counter, with many guests waiting in the lobby area. Staff noticed this and served drinks to everyone waiting, but it did take some time before we got tended to by the staff for check-in.

Well maintained building, nice view. room & lobby is quite large for a hotel in Mataram. Breakfast is pretty good with large choices of wetern and Indonesian food, the room is very clean. Service is good and fast especially when we asked for additional room key, a plate and cuttleries they will send to your room less than 5 minutes. This is probably the best hotel in the city and good value for money

The wall / room door is paper thin. You can hear next door guest talking, dragging chairs, closing the door. Bring your own toothbrush. They provide in the room a very bad toothbrush you can’t even use it. Suggestion for the hotel: turn on the AC in the room before guest check in. It took us 30 minutes to wait until the room cold as we just turn on the AC when we enter the room.

Beautiful hotel ,get a high room on hotel entrance side facing the mountains ,a amazing view .room was lovely,great TV selection ,great food and reception staff were polite,professional and friendly ,I had a extra night I couldn't stay as my boat ferry moved the schedule forward and the lovely lady at reception gave me a credit night to use within 3 months which was so helpful

In general the hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent..The view is wonderful.

The breakfast is not 5 star ..Only one type of bread (toast). Fruits are limited to two or three. The breakfast focuses on Indonesian food . But in general it is good.
