Best location on the island, highly recommend staying here rather than on the coast near the harbour like most options. Much more of an authentic experience. Excellent facilities, food and staff were amazing and always willing to help with anything

All was excellent, one thing that would improve the experience is mosquito nets in the room though as being in the jungle there are a fair amount of mozzies about.

Exceptional stay with amazing and aware staff. The hotel is located quite convenient to reach all spots of the island within 35 Minutes. The staff has been outstanding with well aware and well trained personell. Rooms are cozy and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The pool was also well maintained & clean - even though, could have had a little bit more love in the details…. The restaurant offers a great selection of diverse food options and had decent food. The scooters for rent were amazing (even big ones available) and as well, safe & clean…. All in all the best location we have stayed so far…. And we’ve been to Nusa Penida 5 times already. Can strongly recommend to stay here.

Had thing to tell. We could not come up with one thing that bothered us…. Like mentioned: a little bit more pool vibes with some decorations and covers for the ugly pump house…

Situated in a pretty little village with several lovely temples. We could hear a distant gamelan rehearsal on a couple of evenings which was very special. Nestled in a quiet spot surrounded by the sounds of nature and the local roosters crowing. The bamboo restaurant building is particularly beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful.

Food was a little limited especially as there is nowhere else to eat there. I am gluten free so there weren't many choices. Lots of the chicken dishes were breaded. I tried a beef salad once and was disappointed. The beef was in a dark sweet and sour sauce, not like a salad dressing. The breakfast was good, other meals OK.

The athmosphere, the rooms were very clean, the food was delicious! You can order at any time until late night. The pool it's big and not so many people go there to relax, most of the time is empty. There are some activities to do around the island (in 2 days you see most of the worthwhile places) including manta bay snorkeling and day tours. They have transfers, lanundry and massage services, basically everything you need. They treat you as a baby and don't need to worry about anything! A transfer to Gili Air? No problem! They will take care of everything. Just enjoy!

That's not a complaining per se, just to make aware other people that because it's somewhat a farm (they have roosters and hens) and you're in the middle of the jungle, maybe you'll have aome difficulties sleeping and animal sounds may make you up. I always bring my sleepbuds when travelling, so no issue for me.

I loved the staff- they were so friendly and helpful. They really made my stay excellent. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful. Loved the swimming pool, the sounds of nature, the balcony on my room, the outside bathroom, the food and cocktails and most of all the staff. It was one of the highlights of my several month long trip. Would 100% recommend! Thank you for making my stay so wonderful.

Only room for improvement is the aircon in my room wasn't great. They attended to it multiple times and it improved slightly, but really I think it just needs replacing.

Staff welcoming and helpful- very warm approach to customer relations. Facilities and rooms wonderful-exceptional value for money. A serene stay within a beautiful complex, surrounded by lush green garden and gorgeous pool area. Food amazing and service in the dining area exceptional. Position a little tricky, as tucked away on island-so transport essential to get back to coast. Having said that I walked to the beach and it took about 40 minutes through peaceful villages to get there. Overall an outstanding stay, away from the hectic Instagram sites and tourist overflow. A real escape if you are looking for the ultimate in peace and serenity.

We absolutely loved it here and highly recommend! The most friendly, helpful, wonderful staff. Immaculate, stunning rooms, Spa and shower rooms. (We had two rooms for my family) We had massages in the Spa room - beautiful setting. Lovely big pool and children’s pool, set is lush jungle greenery, so so so nice. The breakfast was delicious and the best breakfast we’ve had on our trip - so good! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return, we loved it here! Big thank you to all the staff for being amazing.

This was one of the best properties I stayed at on my trip to Southeast Asia. The room was spectacular and equipped with a Smart TV so I could stream Netflix using my Netflix account. The bed was super comfortable and the outdoor bathroom with shower was completely unique. The restaurant, staff and swimming pool were all outstanding. The only thing I could add is that because of its location in the mountains, it would be wothwhile to rent you scooter near the Nusa Penida Pier and use your GPS to ride to the property, especially if your backpacking. A scooter also allows you to come and go from the property at your own leisure.

Very nice accommodation with some outstanding staff, felt like a great escape from your usual beach holiday. The food was amazing (room service whenever you wished), the huts were cleaned daily and very spacious, and a great pool facility. Also the clothes washing facilities were also 10/10 highly recommend if staying here.

They are still doing some renovations on the resort so there is no spa available and the rooms can get very hot however having AC did help a bit! The other downside was the drive to the tourist spots is a good 30minutes to 45minutes from the resort on some quite bumpy roads.

Staff great, facilities great, room was good, understood my dietary needs (vegan), loved the bathroom and the pool, it really felt so calm and peaceful, pure bliss, so serene, such a relaxing couple of days for me it was like a retreat, I only left one day time to do a tour of the east side of the island otherwise I was happy just staying there the whole time, I had a glass of red listening to the sounds of nature, ate nice meals, had a good breakfast, nice massage, could not fault my stay!

Nothing, I liked everything, just keep door closed so you don't get any mosquitos inside your room
