The villa was really nice with the traditional outdoor bathroom. The swimming pool and garden are really beautiful and very well maintained. The location is a bit remote so you need a driver or rent a motorbike to get around but half way between Sampalan (main town) and the harbour. We were recommended a driver, Gede, that we used for our whole stay there. A great local guy who can take you everywhere on the island.

Villa Villah exceeded my expectations and was the best stay I could’ve imagined! As a female solo traveler who doesn’t know how to drive a scooter, I needed a LOT of help and the staff here was incredible. The roads are super challenging to drive. It’s a great location and the staff is super helpful. They organize everything for you such as snorkel tours, land tours, and scooters rentals. It’s very close to the main road full of restaurants. And it’s secluded away from the busy noise so I slept peacefully every night. I even extended my stay an extra night cause I felt so comfortable here. Great WiFi! Breakfast always served to my room at the exact time I asked for. Wayan was the person I WhatsApp texted a lot for anything I needed at the hotel. He helped me with breakfast orders, more towels when I needed, and organized manta point snorkel tour with go pro footage. He even dropped me off at the tour and picked me back up. So sweet! Wayan made everything easy for me to enjoy. Their driver Sadam was the best! He was already waiting for me when I arrived at the harbor and dropped me off for departure. he scootered me around everywhere I wanted to go. He also taught me how to ride a scooter but I still wasn’t confident enough to drive by myself. So I really appreciate that Sadam took me everywhere, picked me up or waited for me outside until I finished. He drove me to my early morning free diving lessons and to the best sunset dinner restaurants. Great recommendations for where to eat! I felt safe and happy everywhere I went. The room is impeccable. So spacious. I love the outdoor shower, had a gorgeous moon view and the beautiful pool! Super clean. Gorgeous mountain sea view. Bed is so comfy, I slept amazing. My room was cleaned every day. It was easy to order a coconut and yummy lunch by the pool. The staff was always on time or early to pick me up and take me where I needed to go. I was happy to use their driving service.

Villa Vilah was so beautiful! The bed was super comfortable and the outdoor bathroom was our favourite of our trip. The pool area was so peaceful and the staff bringing round a fresh coconut was a lovely touch. The staff were so so lovely and really helpful with booking cabs etc. The lunch menu they offer was great, we stayed at the hotel one afternoon and were really pleasantly surprised.

The location of this hotel wasn’t ideal for us (we love to walk everywhere) if you hire a scooter, you need to be super confident with steep hills and twisty, slim, busy roads.

Honestly can't fault this place, they were SO nice. Everything was brilliant - it's a small little family run place, and they really take care of it. The rooms have everything you need - a fridge, Aircon, etc and they are spacious. Outdoor bathroom is really cool too. The breakfast is delicious - good selection and home cooked to order. And the staff are SO helpful and friendly - helped with scooters, advice on where to visit, etc. The pool is perfect too and has a great sunset view. Would recommend!!!

This resort is super clean and run by lovely honest people. Sadam, Madir, Payan, Tut, Ngah & Ketut really make a huge difference with your stay here. They are always ready to assist in any possible way. The place was peaceful and lovely. Love the bed and pool the most! They use good quality Sheets, towels, toilet paper…😃highly recommend this lovely place

The location of the resort is a little far and out. There are scooters available for those that can ride bikes. Otherwise there were taxis or Pak Sadam was always available to assist us.

The staff was always very pleasant, especially Mr. Guayan, who is genuinely a kind person. The room was good and clean. The facilities, including the pool, are very beautiful.

Breakfast is not bad, but it should be improved! The hotel is a 15-minute scooter ride from the center (can be rented directly in the hotel), so keep this in mind when booking. It's true that there is a lot of noise in the evening, I think it's because there is a temple nearby with music practice in the evening, plus dogs barking. In the morning, you hear a lot of roosters, but I think it's the same all over the island. Anyway, the management should improve when it comes to noise isolation in the rooms.

Gede and his team were very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean & tidy and the pool was so lovely to swim in! We loved staying here :)

The property is at the top of a very steep hill. But Gede was able to collect us from the harbour and we didn’t have to walk with the bags 😊

It is a nice place, clean and staff are very kind and helpful. I like the outside toilet, not many mosquitos outside so it is very pleasant. Breakfast is ok and the swimming pool is nice. I also liked that they give you towels for the swimming pool.

The massage room is out of service so had to have a massage by the swimming pool, which was OK because there was no one around at the time, but would have been nice to have a private space, the massage lady was excellent. Water bottles everyday. It is nice to have water every day, but this creates so much rubbish and Bali already has a big rubbish problem. Perhaps having a big water jug by reception and let guest refill is more sostainable.

The staff were so nice and super helpful. Not pushy like some places in Bali and they went above and beyond, suggesting things to make our trip easier that we hadn't yet considered. Absolutely wonderful experience, I rate the place very highly and have already recommended it to many of my friends. Thank you to the team! We will probably see you next year 😁😁

Such a lovely place , very peaceful, a little Oasis. Staff were very lovey and helpful especially 1 member of staff called Gedee who was able to be my guide and show me around the lovely beeches on the island for one day , and was there to help with any enquiries. The rooms were immaculate and a lovely pool too. Only slight issue is location to Restaurants is probably not good by walking, but scooter hire is available at Hotel.or I'm sure Gedee or other staff would organise t
