A very lovely cute accommodation that gets you away from the hustle and bustle. Amazing view of the mountains and a great place to relax with just the sounds of roosters and the gardens around you. Staff are very lovely and make sure you have a great stay. They put us in touch with a great driver, Gede, who always made sure we had someone available to take us where we wanted to go and made some great recommendations when visiting the area in the time we had available for our stay. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was also very nice and again, sitting outside with that view was amazing.

This place was great! Really enjoyed the drive up the hill and the view from the hotel - gorgeous look at the volcano from the mainland. The breakfast was nice as well!

It is in a quiet area but the views from the hotel are beautiful and worth it. Our room was nice and clean. booking.com advertised it with a fridge but there wasn’t one - the staff let us put our water in their hotel fridge though so no issue. The staff are amazing and so helpful. We booked the snorkelling tour through them and they arranged for us to hire a scooter. If you need boat tickets, the staff can also arrange this for you too. I left my credit card at reception after we had checked out by mistake and the staff came to the harbour to return it to me. Can’t thank them enough!!

The location is brilliant, up the hill from the port with a beautiful view of the sea and on a clear day a nice view of Bali. The bougainvillea and rock walls give the place a distinctive Italian villa vibe that is enjoyable and relaxing, and can easily be enjoyed from the terrace of the bungalows or the poolside. The free arrival drink was a nice and unexpected touch.

Food was delicious, but felt a bit lacking in terms of substance. Especially for breakfast. It's enough to get you going, but that's about it. The drainage in the bathroom is a bit frustrating with the drain for the shower on the other end of the room and close to the door, meaning the whole bathroom fills with water. It's not something that can be easily fixed, but they might consider putting grooves in the ground for the water to follow along the wall rather than all over the main walking area.

Stayed an extra night. The staff would always go out of their way to help us, always so friendly and happy. We would go out during the day, and we would always return to a clean, cool room with a super comfy bed and be able to have a swim in the pool. The views out to the sea and Mt Agung were stunning.

Just a comment - you will need a motorbike to get around if you stay here as the accomodation is up a big long hill. The first impressions aren't flash, especially as you pass a yoga retreat to get there, but for the price, no complaints at all. 😃

The staff are really lovely and the breakfast is tasty, with plenty of options. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with amazing views. It was super easy to rent a scooter for our three days as well (which is needed as the hotel is too far from anything to walk).

The shower pressure isn’t great, we only had a trickle coming out. We also had a bit of a cockroach issue in the bathroom but our rooms were cleaned during the day and the cockroaches removed.

I chose the hotel for the proximity with the Bali aqua diving center (2mn by scooter) for diving sessions on morning and I was exploring the island during the afternoon. So I have not enjoyed a lot the equipments but it was ok. I really liked the view. People were really nice and helped with scooter renting. I fell so I damaged it and the hotel personnel helped me to negociate the repair cost.

Rooster all around but that is often in case in Bali so not specific to the hotel Room is not well isolated so I could hear noisy neighbors during the first night (before they leave).

The staff was exeptional. I noticed moulded bedding and they exchanged it without hesitation when I asked. Additionally, it is ramadan time and my partner is fasting, the staff woke up at 3am for him and made freshly his last meal before the sunrise. We greatly apprieciated everything the staff has done for us.

The road does not have any lighting and it’s a drive through the jungle. No joke, get yourself a good bike with good lights if you want to drive to the hotel after sunset. I would not recommend it to single WOMAN travellers, just for safety reasons. Additionally, the pool temperature was too hot during the day to take a relaxing, cooking dip.

Amazing value for money. Pool area was comfortable and clean. Room was a good size with a good size wet room bathroom. Enjoyed the porch area attached to the room which made it feel quite homely. The restaurant for dinner was very nice and was only £3 each for full meal and drink.

The only slight issue was that it wasn’t especially close to any other restaurants on foot, but was no issue as we had an extremely enjoyable meal at the restaurant anyway. Breakfast was not the biggest but can’t complain given it was included in the extremely cheap price.

Room was clean and aircon worked great. bed was comfortable and the pool was really nice and clean. guests also have access to snacks and drinks with an ‘honesty’ book where you write down what you had. this was a nice touch. Staff were very very lovely and accommodating and cleaned our room daily.

Location for us wasn’t ideal. we knew it was out of the way when we booked but the roads here are very very poor so even though we had a scooter it made getting around very difficult. We also rented a scooter from elsewhere because the one we were offered by the hotel was very old and not suitable for the roads here. Just good to bare in mind that you need full access to transport (scooter or driver) at all times when staying here because it’s very out of the way.
