The pool was perfect! Great lounge beds, in or out of the sun. And it's literally a 3-minute walk from the beach. Mushroom Bay Beach is by far the best beach to just lounge around on, especially with young KIDS. Our little daughter loved it, with no big waves and soft, white sand. Mushroom Bay Beach also has many cheap places with great food and drinks, as well as 2 places a little more upscale if you're feeling fancy. Also loved that you could get to Tamarind Beach and Devils Tear beach area (I think that's part of Dream Beach) very quickly as well, as you're right between them both. Bungalows were very rustic, and had AC, comfy beds, good amount of room, lovely front deck, spacious bathrooms, and at least 3 power outlets. The property is a picture-perfect 'villa' style garden and is kept up very well. The family that runs it is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order and it's rather quick. I'm a bargain shopper, and usually end up getting various things elsewhere, but Mr Katut gave us the best prices on boat tours to nearby islands and on motorbike rentals that we ended up getting everything from him. We're traveling with our family for about 3 months and this was our favorite place so far. Overall, you'll love this place and the location whether you plan to venture out all across the island or just take it easy in their villa and just walk to the best beach in 3 minutes.

No real complaints, but the breakfast could have more options. That said, it's kind of a standard Lembongan breakfast of coffee/tea, fresh fruit juice, egg any style and toast, so not a big deal, and enough to get us going for the day. Overall, it's a beautiful villa with a lovely garden and pool, the rooms have everything you need, and the family are so kind and helpful.

If there is a heaven in Nusa Lembongan then Harta Lembongan Villas must be it! It is such a wonderful place to stay... Me and my mum stayed for couple nights while in NL and we couldnt even imagine our stay being any more perfect than it was... Our bungalow was clean and very cozy. Bed was incredibly comfortable with extra pillows which I personally love. Flower decorations on bed made our hearts melt... An outdoor shower under banana trees makes you never want to stop showering. Its incredible! The location is perfect- sunset spot is only few mins walk and Mushroom Bay is only stones throw away and can be accessed via back entrance. The surroundings are immaculate. You can see how much love is dedicated to make everything so impeccable... Harta's peaceful and tranquil atmosphere hypnotizes you. Perfect choice if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. If you are looking a place to eat then find Warung Bu Kadek which is about 3 mins walk. Thank me later. Katut and his family were incredible hosts. Always with the smile on the face, checking in to see if everything is alright everytime they see us. Katut organised us a private snorkeling tour with Manta Rays just before our departure and needless to say it was dream come true. We felt beyond welcomed, thank you for being such wonderful hosts! We will most definitely stay in Harta Villas next time we are in NL!

That our stay wasn't long enough! I would go back in a heart beat

The location of the villa is good - from the arrival to the beach there is a path 5 min. to the place. We were met by the woman who looks after this villa. She is unreal!! I was surprised that it is possible to meet guests so fantastically. Her son is divine. I want him to remember the Lithuanian "give me five",,. The villa is looked after by a family. They work from early morning. They communicate with guests better than Kempinski. Trust me! The owner arrived - immediate great communication. I would see one small problem - breakfast is always the same, give it to the hungry :)) tourists a lot of vegetables and more fruits (they cost little in the basar - market) and change the menu more often. But considering my increased weight, this is not a big problem

No storage wardrobes cupboards etc. No safety deposit box, No fridge for first two nights, Breakfast boring eggs and toast every day could do with a few more options.

Oh wow, maybe my favourite place to stay in Bali. Beautiful accomodation, lovely pool, not too posh or up itself. Mr and Mrs are so kind and funny. They will give you great advice for your trip if you are kind you will be repaid hugely! Beautiful plants, good mosquito net. The air conditioning is better in the double room, there is a fridge in the villa, we stayed in both, but the villa is more rustic if you want to stay in a jungle type hut! I preferred the double room for it's ambient lighting too and would recommend this. Breakfast is simple but tasty, wonderful fruit, eggs and white toast, Balinese coffee and fruit juice. The bathrooms and terraces are absolutely beautiful. The garden made me cry with happiness. I feel very lucky to have stayed here. It's 5 minutes uphill walk from the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Felt like we were the only guests and had so much space, it's like a private resort for a fraction of the price. Try why not mushroom bar on the beach for parties every night!

Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Mushroom Bay. It is looked after by the owners who are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price, you can choose between 2 or 3 options and it is well served. If you want to rent a motorcycle, you can do so at the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby, also a market where you can buy snacks, drinks, etc.

There is nothing that we did not like. If I have to say something, it's that there are some things to improve, like the taps, but the owner told us that they would completely remodel it in 4 months. We will gladly stay there again.

Gorgeous traditional style bungalow with outside private bathroom. The gardens and grassed area are just like the pictures and very well maintained. The pool is clean and enticing. The whole area is peaceful and secluded, yet only a 3 minute walk to Mushroom Bay beach and all the restaurants. Breakfast is simple but enough to sustain you for the day. The staff are beautiful and friendly. We hired a scooter and travelled the island which was great. We loved the quieter area of Mushroom Bay compared to the main part Jungut Batu. Less Westernised and less populated. We would definitely stay here again.

There wasn’t a fridge in our bungalow but we were able to use the fridge in the restaurant area. I believe other huts had a fridge.

Everything is amazing. The huts are extremely comfortable. Good ac. Outdoor showers are cool. Pool temperature is perfect for us not too cold so kids can swim for a long time. Pool Loungers in shade or sun. Lush green gardens and sound of so many different birds and animal. Very close to best part of mushroom bay beach and beach boat ferry. Lots of restaurants close by with various price range and delicious food. Very helpful and warm owners always smiling and take pride in their property. A gem.

We really enjoyed our stay at this family run accomodation.  Both Kekut & Kekut gave us a warm welcome right from the start.  There was positive pre-arrival communication from Mr Ketut who sent an early welcome message before check-in, also outlining activities they could assist with organising.  We enjoyed the company of Mrs Kekut who has a great sense of humour and contagious laugh!   The Deluxe Villa (no.4) was serviced each day, it had great air con with kettle and overlooked a calm and tranquil garden with quiet pool area.   The accomodation was approx. a 3-min walk to Mushroom beach via short-cut with good choice of surrounding restaurants.  The bed was also very comfortable and everything was extremely well maintained.  Mrs Kekut made breakfast each morning, always with a warm smile - a great way to start your day!   We highly recommend this accommodation and hope you enjoy. 

The whole property was lushly green and very nicely maintained, with a clean pool surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees in the whole garden. The only hotel in our trip that put flowers all over our room, just like in the movies 🙂

It's location is out in the countryside, with all the animal sounds that follows - could become a little bothersome at night.
