The pool was perfect! Great lounge beds, in or out of the sun. And it's literally a 3-minute walk from the beach. Mushroom Bay Beach is by far the best beach to just lounge around on, especially with young KIDS. Our little daughter loved it, with no big waves and soft, white sand. Mushroom Bay Beach also has many cheap places with great food and drinks, as well as 2 places a little more upscale if you're feeling fancy. Also loved that you could get to Tamarind Beach and Devils Tear beach area (I think that's part of Dream Beach) very quickly as well, as you're right between them both. Bungalows were very rustic, and had AC, comfy beds, good amount of room, lovely front deck, spacious bathrooms, and at least 3 power outlets. The property is a picture-perfect 'villa' style garden and is kept up very well. The family that runs it is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order and it's rather quick. I'm a bargain shopper, and usually end up getting various things elsewhere, but Mr Katut gave us the best prices on boat tours to nearby islands and on motorbike rentals that we ended up getting everything from him. We're traveling with our family for about 3 months and this was our favorite place so far. Overall, you'll love this place and the location whether you plan to venture out all across the island or just take it easy in their villa and just walk to the best beach in 3 minutes.

No real complaints, but the breakfast could have more options. That said, it's kind of a standard Lembongan breakfast of coffee/tea, fresh fruit juice, egg any style and toast, so not a big deal, and enough to get us going for the day. Overall, it's a beautiful villa with a lovely garden and pool, the rooms have everything you need, and the family are so kind and helpful.

If there is a heaven in Nusa Lembongan then Harta Lembongan Villas must be it! It is such a wonderful place to stay... Me and my mum stayed for couple nights while in NL and we couldnt even imagine our stay being any more perfect than it was... Our bungalow was clean and very cozy. Bed was incredibly comfortable with extra pillows which I personally love. Flower decorations on bed made our hearts melt... An outdoor shower under banana trees makes you never want to stop showering. Its incredible! The location is perfect- sunset spot is only few mins walk and Mushroom Bay is only stones throw away and can be accessed via back entrance. The surroundings are immaculate. You can see how much love is dedicated to make everything so impeccable... Harta's peaceful and tranquil atmosphere hypnotizes you. Perfect choice if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. If you are looking a place to eat then find Warung Bu Kadek which is about 3 mins walk. Thank me later. Katut and his family were incredible hosts. Always with the smile on the face, checking in to see if everything is alright everytime they see us. Katut organised us a private snorkeling tour with Manta Rays just before our departure and needless to say it was dream come true. We felt beyond welcomed, thank you for being such wonderful hosts! We will most definitely stay in Harta Villas next time we are in NL!

That our stay wasn't long enough! I would go back in a heart beat

We stayed in the standard room in the Villa. We really enjoyed this room, it was clean and a good size with a comfortable bed. There was good working air conditioning. The location was a short walk to Mushroom Beach with was great for restaurants and cafes for lunch and dinner. Milla and Samuji who work there were so helpful and kind. Their son is adorable and brought so much joy every morning with his “hello”. Milla organised a snorkelling trip for us and it was fantastic. We were also able to rent a scooter and go across to Ceningan. She also organised taxis for us. I cannot thank them enough. My partner is coeliac and he was able to have fruit and eggs for breakfast every morning which was great. We cannot thank everyone enough for a wonderful stay. We are so glad we chose to stay at Harta Lembongan and look forward to coming back in the future.

Everything was perfect.

Harta was the perfect escape for relaxation and restoration. Our hut overlooking the pool was simple and all we needed. The couple who ran the facility really work hard and long hours, always with a smile on their faces. Whatever they get paid they deserve double. Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was included and we looked forward to this each morning. Lazing by the pool and reading was interrupted by a short stroll down to the beach and restaurants. Some of the sunsets we saw were postcard quality. So beautiful. Lembongan is a beautiful and peaceful place to rest and rejuvenate. The staff were nothing short of amazing. We are very thankful for their efforts and their graceful manner. Thank you from Peter and Michelle

Nil problems.

Very close to Mushroom beach, there is a walking path from the back of the property that will take you to the beach and the eateries there within 5 mins. Convenient if your boat to mainland Bali arrives or departs from this beach, as you can easily walk to and from the hotel, saving on a transfer if you don’t have too many bags. The staff were super lovely and hard working. They always had a smile to offer and made the time to chat if they crossed paths with you. We arrived early and room wasn’t ready for check in, but we were able to leave our bags at reception and they moved them to our room for us. We were able to hire a bike directly from the hotel, which made travelling around the island very easy and convenient. Bear in mind if you don’t ride, you will need to rely on island transfers or walk - the staff can help organise transfers. The back roads can be very bumpy and dark at night, and the hotel is about 20 mins ride from the main Jungutbatu area. The room was nicely decorated at check in, they service your room daily and they do a turn down service in the evening - so nice to come back to a cool room after a day of exploring in the heat. There was a small fridge in the room, and the beds were comfy, making for a restful sleep. Property itself was very quiet with no issues of traffic noise. Surprisingly good shower pressure - the first hotel we encountered in our travels in Bali to excel on this front! Wifi was also pretty good. Decent breakfast, small selection but enough to get you started for the day. They make fresh juice for you as well which was nice.

Not much to complain about! Just bear in mind that the bathroom is outside - if it rains, the toilet area gets wet. Not a major though. Admittedly, an outdoor bathroom almost deterred me from booking but it’s not as bad as I was anticipating! Not many plug points in the room but we had a charging board so didn’t affect us too much.

The property was a lovely place to stay ! So well maintained they do an exceptional job in looking after you & the grounds / villas ! What a great host , I rented a bike from them , they did my laundry & also organised my ferry tickets could not have asked for better service ! Even walked me down to the ferry & carried my luggage ! Lovely pool , lovely bungalows , mosquito nets so didn’t get bit once ! Mushroom bay 2 mins away best beach on the island I could honestly go on and on …

Absolutely nothing !!!! They made my whole trip to Bali ! One of the best stops in Bali !

The location of the villa is good - from the arrival to the beach there is a path 5 min. to the place. We were met by the woman who looks after this villa. She is unreal!! I was surprised that it is possible to meet guests so fantastically. Her son is divine. I want him to remember the Lithuanian "give me five",,. The villa is looked after by a family. They work from early morning. They communicate with guests better than Kempinski. Trust me! The owner arrived - immediate great communication. I would see one small problem - breakfast is always the same, give it to the hungry :)) tourists a lot of vegetables and more fruits (they cost little in the basar - market) and change the menu more often. But considering my increased weight, this is not a big problem

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful property! The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly—nothing was ever too much trouble. The grounds and rooms were beautifully maintained, offering an incredible level of comfort and value for money. It’s in a fantastic location, within walking distance to Mushroom Bay and Sunset Point, with everything we needed close by. Mela, our lovely hostess, went above and beyond, even organising a fantastic snorkelling trip that was a highlight of our trip.

Could be a water cooler available instead of buying plastic bottles of water.

No storage wardrobes cupboards etc. No safety deposit box, No fridge for first two nights, Breakfast boring eggs and toast every day could do with a few more options.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Mushroom Bay. It is looked after by the owners who are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price, you can choose between 2 or 3 options and it is well served. If you want to rent a motorcycle, you can do so at the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby, also a market where you can buy snacks, drinks, etc.

There is nothing that we did not like. If I have to say something, it's that there are some things to improve, like the taps, but the owner told us that they would completely remodel it in 4 months. We will gladly stay there again.
