We booked this property for a family holiday for our adult children and elderly mother and all loved staying at this property. We stayed in the villas with a sea view and found the villas to be comfortable and spacious. The view was amazing as was the lovely garden setting. Best of all were the delightful hosts Ari and Gede, and their attentive staff. They made us feel so welcome and helped arrange all our taxis and activities for the week. The hotel is an easy 500m walk to Mushroom Beach, one of the prettiest beaches on the island. It has all the amenities you need: ATM’s, good cafes and restaurants, surfing school and snorkeling, yet feels quiet and relaxed. The rooms are simple yet stylish, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is good with a number of choices. The restaurant services simple but tasty meals if you prefer to relax in your villa rather than head out to a restaurant. Gede organised our jet boat booking from Sanur and was a great tour guide around the island. We loved staying here and will do so again, we thought it was great value for money.

As with all places in Bali, there are small general maintenance issues, but nothing that affected our stay.

The view from the hotel is breathtaking and means you go to sleep with the sound of big waves crashing, which i loved. The room is beautiful and comfortable, especially for 2 people. Air-conditioning worked perfectly well. There was enough space to hang towels and wet swimming costumes. The small swimming pool has a perfect temperature (on the warm side when we went). The plants around the small hotel are beautiful and attract all sorts of birds. Breakfast was a simple choice from 3 options but very nice. They have bikes for rental (100-200K per day depending on size when we went). Location, even though slightly remote, has a few restaurants at walking distance. Plus, the Sunday view point is a 3 minute walk from the hotel and unmissable. The staff were nice and helpful (especially when we found ourselves with the problem of the harbour being closed for our return). They also have laundry's service at a decent rate. Overall great value for money.

For some people it may be too remote, but if you ride a bike there's no problem. My first impression was that the common areas were less luxurious than I imagined but I ended up totally loving the whole place. The addition of the extra bed results in no space between the beds to get down. The toilet/shower room is outdoors. I'm used to open showers, which I love, but toilet outside felt a bit embarrassing as I felt smells and noises could travel to neighbouring rooms. None of these were a biggie for me.

The location is lovely and quiet with sea view. Dining choices close to the pool or the restaurant and they even bought out meals to our room when requested. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room, great bathroom. Staff made our bed every morning which was lovely! All the staff members are so friendly and helpful. Such a great place to escape from the busy streets. So easy to hire mopeds from the hotel. Thank you Bali Belva for a wonderful stay.

Probably the only thing which was not the hotel's fault was a crying baby next door through the night and day. The walls are quite thin in that you can hear neighbours if they are noisy. Most people staying were quiet so I think we were just unlucky

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was fresh and meals delicious. My booking included breakfast which was so convenient as I could then go about my day - one less thing to plan. I enjoyed the peace and quiet away from too many restaurants or bars. The infinity pool and view were amazing!! Perfect 👌🏽 open spaces for sunbaking on the pool deck!! The curtains didn’t quite cover the windows properly so I felt a bit uneasy from a privacy perspective as I was staying there by myself as a solo traveler… the safe was broken and smash in sliding door to bathroom. I could tell they were planning maintenance and upgrades though as their workers were busy plus attentive.

Beautiful welcoming staff. Cliff top view is gorgeous. The individual villas are clean with balcony and have views of the sea. They are exactly as shown in the photos. We especially recommend booking the villa with sea view for unlimited views. Bathrooms are outdoors. The villa was cleaned daily, and included a turn down service at night. It’s a short 2 minute walk to two spectacular sunset bars. 10 minute stroll down to Mushroom Bay with all its restaurants, bars, and activities. Only 20 minute walk across to Sandy Bay beach and also Dream beach.

The beds are quite firm.

We liked the quiet location close to dream beach and mushroom bay. The staff and family who runs this place are incredibly friendly. Pool furniture needs to be replaced, tables beside pool loungers falling apart. Wished they had a smart TV as not much to do around the area at night. The long road coming into and out off the property is treacherous, very dangerous to drive home at night on a scooter. Food and drink prices were decent and typical breakfast though nice with fresh squeezed juice. Would have liked some healthier options on the menu.

We stayed here for five nights. First time in Lembongan. Had heard various stories about areas to stay. I chose belva because of the infinity pool, an onsite restaurant and because it has charming timber bungalows which are very spacious. Was very happy with my choice. Staff are amazing. Our room was serviced daily and the bed turned down every evening. Air-con good. Breakfast is good but basic-I recommend the omelette and French toast, or mie goreng. Barista coffee is available. Drinks are about the same price as anywhere else so no need to go anywhere if you want to chill. The ocean view from pool and restaurant is lovely and I'm glad we chose somewhere with views. We like sunsets and belva is a couple mins walk to two bars with perfect sunset views-one even had a free infinity pool. The resort is in a quiet, peaceful area, so not suited to anyone who likes a lot of action. There are some inexpensive highly rated warungs about 5-10 mins walk and loads of choice at nearby mushroom bay, which is one of the best beaches- shade, clean, no rocks/coral/rough waves/hawkers.

Dinner menu needs a bit more choice

Bali Belva is located in one of the most peaceful and beautiful locations on the island. Views of the dolphins playing in the sea and an amazing infinity pool to swim in. The staff are wonderful people who will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We can’t thank Ari and the team enough for everything they did for us. If you’re looking to chill and relax surrounded by beautiful gardens, a great view and be located in the best spot to watch the sunset then Bali Belva is for you. The accommodation is great value for money and we will always look to stay here when we come to Lembongan.

We don’t have a negative thing to say about Bali Belva or their staff. If you want peace, tranquility and to be away from the crowds then you will need to hire a moped or golf cart to get around. You can rent a moped from reception on arrival, the WiFi is adequate and the rooms are very clean. If you want to be in the thick of it stay in Jungut Batu.

Beautiful view from our bungalows (numbers 1 and 2, with sea view), friendly staff, nice swimming pool, food in restaurant is good. Bungalows are nice and large, with good terrace. Spacious outdoor bathrooms.

It could use a little bit of maintenance (pathways to rooms could use a new pavement), but it did not bother us. Better to directly book the ferry at the ferry company, otherwise you get (big) extra charge. Bathrooms could use a bit of update or nice (green plant) decoration.

This was our first trip to Lembongan, and booked BB on a friend's recommendation. It is tucked away at the far end of the island - transport there is a bumpy road through scrub - but the hotel is beautiful and worth the trip. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool looks out over the sea to Mount Agung and is one of the loveliest views we've enjoyed. Rooms are lovely and have excellent views. It's quiet, which in Bali is a major plus. A 3 minute walk to the Sunset Point bar sells the deal. It's a 10 minute walk to Mushroom beach which has good cafe choice, but little shade and walking out through dead coral spoils swimming a bit. Also special mention to Gede who arranged our transport from and back to the airport at good prices and clear communication, and our mainland driver Wayan who is always cheerful and cool in the traffic.

Not an actual complaint, but the food was adequate rather than delicious. That said, we had breakfast and some other meals there, as it was convenient.
