Location. Closest to RAPID (PIC) Pengerang, Desaru Mini Zoo, Alpaca Farm, Ostrich Farm. Very close to Petronas station. Food is good. Room service is very good. Staff is very helpful, housekeeping very accommodating

We stayed for 2 nights. Front desk staff was helpful. We managed to change to a new room next door as the water in the bathroom was not flowing well. We had dinner for 2 at the restaurant. Chinese Fried Rice, Kampong fried rice & Tom yam Soup. Food was good. Please note that some units facing the lake were under renovation. We did our morning walk around the compound.

We had to change the room twice. We found out that the upper level room is not cold at all. We tried to leave the air-conditioning on for awhile but it the room was still hot. Changed to downstairs room and the temperature was good. The toilet bowls covers are stained and its kinda dirty. they were bed bugs on the bed too. Probably they need some refurbishment on the bathroom and the ceiling.breakfast was just ok. Limited choices. Room phone was not working for all 3 rooms. We had to use our mobile to call the receptionist. Wifi was not working too. The upper room tv was not working too.

nice quite place , privacy . suitable for those who travel from outstation for work purpose. price reasonable

mosquitoes roaming around at night .please keep the windows and doors closed. place need some up keep especially bathroom. not much to do here. its more suitable for working people. No wifi ( really need this the mobile data lines are slow here)

The concept is there. Such a nice scenery in the resort. The room was spacious. It has the potential to grow and be one of the attractions in tourism. We ordered the room service for dinner, the tomyam talay and kuetiaw was delicious. For breakfast, also okay. Staff are also very helpful and friendly.

Our toilet faucet did not function well. The phone can't be used. If it does not function, please just take it and don't put it there, because customers will take it as a point. Or just change the phone to the useful one. Since the scenery here was very nice, we can keep the weakness as fair and can be considered. Management, please focus on maintenance for this resort because it has a potential to grow better with the concept and the scenery.

We reach at night due to heavy traffic from KL. A bit tricky when you entered the area, you have to turn 1 big round just to reach the reception office for check-in. The lights around the area is very limited. The car only can park at the roadside, you have to walk to reach your room. Find your room area only park nearby, or else you have to walk far, I really think the signboard guide needs to improve. We only can have the clear picture of that area on tomorrow morning hahaha it was like a cabin container but a comfortable room with the provided facilities. room quite big. breakfast reload slow need to wait. for those who stay upstairs on 2nd floor need to climb a bit, not recommended for elders to relax and refresh

i think need more light around the place. More signboard all away the road especially those reach at night with limited view we seem lost to turn around to find the exact location of reception office and also while looking for our room/lot. Maintenance should be done, got leaking in bathroom from top ceiling. Overall still okay and acceptable.

The view was so peaceful & calming. Privacy. Lots of activities for kids. Room was clean & spacious. Friendly staff. Breakfast taste good only.

Mini mart with empty stock. Have to go out to buy essentials, snacks etc. The rice of Nasi lemak was served cold.

the location so so so quiet .. peace and comfort for who need quiet place .. it a big place and many room .. nice vacation and swimming pool just nice .. have ping pong table to play .. santai port ..

you have to u-turn a bit in front before exit to hotel .. food a bit spicy but nice .. bed full of dust , like no long not use the room .. before customer check in please check first ..

a lot of mosquitos. shower water bad smell. some of the building metal a bid rusty. need to do some repaint work.

The room is super clean and comfy. Got swimming pool and gym. Really enjoy walking around for exercise. Lake is nice. Variety food choices for breakfast. We had toast, nasi lemak, chicken curry, bihun goreng, baked beans, wedges, watermelon and kueh.

Location is the middle of the road. Need to make u-turn to find the place.
