Room was spacious and clean. Buggy was available to move around the area. The beach was great. Food was fine.

Had trouble with the door. It doesn't automatically locked. Had informed the reception counter. Someone came to fix but experienced same problem after awhile. Hope can have the lock fixed.

Good ambience, landscape well maintained. Carpark well lighted and secured.

1. Cafe most dishes a bit salty and left cold. 2. Maybe can put on soothing sounds around the premises for holiday mode. 3. Dont know why the buggy driver face so black, very weak PR. No smile, no greetings.

I love that my room is very clean. The hotel area is also clean which make my stay very comfortable. There are a lot of things to do at the property. You'll never get bored Staff are nice and polite The beach is very nice especially if you're travelling with toddler. Not steep and the wave is not too strong. My toddler really enjoy the beach. We really had a good time here.

There was a long line for breakfast, they should have 2 main stations during peak season. Guests are not allowed to bring their own equipment for steamboat or bbq & to rent from hotel you need to have atleast 10 pax.

The serenity of the area is awesome. The location is not though - Desaru needs lots of lighting for night travellers.

It is not wheelchair accessible for some of the areas. It is better off if there is with elevator. Food wise is okay, better if there is Omelette section. Or an alternative of varieties method of egg cooking.

The cleaniness in the room. The tidyness of the surrounding. Beach is clean. Sitting area facing the sea is good for me to have my packed food and drink.

Maybe cound be better if the maintenance of the furnitures and fixtures in the room are checked and touch up, so that them would look fresh and new.

The manager Rizwan was very helpful when our car broke down. All the staffs are are polite and respectful. He went over and above to assist us trying to jumpstart the car and giving us a lift to meet the mechanic the next morning. We like Lotus Seaview at Pengerang which has a village feel, clean and well maintained. The breakfast inclusion is great, we enjoyed the daily breakfast during our stay.

Its just the beach, is so so because it’s not those sandy beaches. Location is quite far from the nearest town, around 15-20 minutes. But okay for a relaxing holiday 💓

Friendly staffs and good location for rest that out of city area.

Pls put sign board of hotel name just 500m before entering on the road towards the location both from right and left hand. It is to avoid miss the entrance to the hotel .

It is absolutely very clean place. Windy and good landscape. Landscaping staff clean the area twice a days during my stay. High security control with lots of functioning cctv. Saw it when i passed by the guard house. Room deluxe king is spacious. Very friendly staff. The beach just a few step away from sea view room. Even though the sand is not really white and long but it is quite a decent and clean beach. Breakfast is ok for us with reasonable choices and price if you have to pay for extra person.

There is two main area either near swimming pool or near the beach. I did the best decision by choosing the one that near beach. It much calm and spacious area. The room and scenery was superb. It was so amazing. The room was very clean, just walk away to the beach. I request ground room since my father need to use wheelchair, the staff so kind by giving me the best and comfortable room our family (Standard king room). It was huge, all the electrical appliances in that room also functioning well.

I came on Public holiday (1st Hari Raya Aidiladha), so even from registration process also need to queuing for more than 30-40 mins. I came on 11am to register and paid. they said will call again around 3pm to give me the room key. unfortunately, i've wait up to 3.30pm and nobody called me. so i went back to receptionist area and queuing again. Other than that, since it is public holiday too, i think they got short of man power. We cannot order food for room service. Even called just to asked the menu also the person in charge said no no no don't have and just cut off the call. so disappointed on that.
