Great value for money. Plenty of amenities in the vicinity.

No Wi-Fi, no reception, returning the key was a challenge. The bathroom was a bit dirty and there was no toilet paper. Google Maps location was inaccurate.

Place to take a key..hope after this m&h have a proper reception place to check in n check out.😉

1) Already request earlier to provided with the lowest floor of room instead give the top level of room. At the same time many room are avaliable. 2) The TV system not working at all. Ask the hotel caretaker but cannot do nothing about it, 3) The toilet pump cover have lost but not replace with the new one. 4) The room not provided with kettle or iron board or hot and cool water dispenser. 5) There is no management office to complaint about the problem that I facing during the stay. Also to return back the room door key only ask to put it at the inside table.

No tv, no wifi, saw a cochroach when i come in & the room smelled mothball that disturbed my sleep... Not safe because anybody can get to the hotel at level 3 & 4

This hotel dont hve amenities!. No Reception!. Called many times but no one answer!.i ask for a waive to get refund but no response!.waste of time n money. i dont recomended this hotel.

Room and reception is 2 different places which is far! Tv broken. Floor oily. Toilet no amenities and toilet paper. Paid with cash at reception and later management charged my card for no show? WTF! its cheap but still..

They didn't answer my phone call to check in at 12am, I drove all the way from Johor Bharu (approx 120km) but ended up sleeping in the car.

didn't update the good hotel system in online booking, because you booked another price. until the hotel becomes an expensive price.
