This beautiful magnificent high-end Resort is fantastic value for what you get. It is designed and built in a most delightful and beautiful, style and set out in a logical pleasant way and looks very new and clean. The staff are so helpful with whatever you need including on the property and also activities outside of the property. It’s so exhilarating to wake up to the sound of the waves just below the balcony. The room is so well appointed, new modern and spacious. The restaurant has gorgeous views and extensive menu and delicious food and the restaurant staff are so attentive and sweet. The view at sunset is breathtaking and the pool is really nice Down below is the beach club which is a hidden gem with Music and stunning views and its own menu and vibe.

The gym could do with a bit of an upgrade and more equipment

We chose to come to Lombok from Bali just to stay in this hotel. The ocean views straight from the bed were stunning. The staff were quite helpful. Spending the days by the pool, nice food and clean rooms - it ticked most of the boxes. The architecture of the hotel was quite aesthetic as well. Within the area of the hotel - it felt safe and comfortable.

It did not feel particularly safe to venture outside of the hotel area - especially comparing to the atmosphere in Bali / Gili Islands. It was also a shame that windows in front of the bed were manually sealed and thus we could not open them. It confused both us and some of the staff, as the windows were designed to be sliding.

The gym could do with an upgrade

I like everything for the honeymoon. It's so private. The people are so friendly. The food is good. you have to try nasi goreng rembiga. I got the best view of the sunset. The bathtub is the best because you can get a sunset view. The service is so good. I was trying the romantic dinner and it's hits my memory, its really beautiful and romantic. Everything is with it. I would recommend it to anyone to visit here.

As for my husband, he would like more if it has more variation in the breakfast menu. You cannot access the beach because it's only big stone. Mostly you only can stay and eat from the hotel. My room was in the corner, and in some moment the room smells like sewage. But luckily it happened not so long.

Royal Avila Boutique Resort was just such a lovely place to stay. Rooms and facilities were emaculate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Views were amazing. We just loved staying here so much we didn't even want to do our tourist activities that we had planned. Definitely worth booking here if you are ever in Lombok. Terima Kasih. There were some dim lights in our room that we couldn't switch off at night. But not a big deal honestly.

I took my sister here to celebrate her birthday and absolutely loved the location. Feels like we were in a private enclave away from the busy roads. This hotel had the best sunset view and they executed a surprise dinner for my sister perfectly. The staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast and food were really good too. We both enjoyed our 3night stay here and would come back again!

The photos don’t do this resort justice! The facilities, design and architecture are stunning. There are gorgeous views of the ocean around every corner. Felt super clean and all of the attention to little details made it feel very luxurious The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

If you want to be in the hustle and bustle, this property is a little while out of Sengiggi. It is super easy to get to via motorbike or taxi, and we actually preferred the quiet vibe.

food was great, ocean view from anywhere was breathtaking, every single restaurant staff was so kind, room was cozy and clean.

Alarm on the desk had set at 1am originally, so it forced us to wake up in the middle of the night. It was so surprising and it disturbed our sleep, so we complained it to the hotel satff, but they didn't take the incident seriously. No any official apology from them. Receptionosits are not really helpful. The location is a bit far from anywhere but good place for chil.

WOW!!!!!!! We will definitely be back! Royal Avila Boutique Resort exceeded our expectations! Felt like I was back in Santorini :) Excellent customer service! Staff at lobby, Olive Bar & Restaurant and Althea Spa were very helpful and friendly. Peaceful location away from all the hustle and bustle. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The property has a Santorini/Mediterranean vibe, which is very unique but blends quite nicely with the stunning view from the property. We really enjoyed the food at the Olive restaurant and the beach club offers a very fun experience. Our room faces the beach and the view was extraordinary. The kids also enjoyed the breakfast and the pool.

The place is kind of secluded and I think can only be reached with private car or taxi. There is nothing nearby the property, even though for us it is not a big deal. Overall nothing really that we dislike about the property.
