Many thanks to the staff of Seven Secrets for the comfortable staying Summary of adventures 1. Excellent cuisine, including breakfast A’la Carte 2. All members of staff speak English quite well 3. Your room is cleaned twice a day: when you have breakfast and when you have dinner 4. The room is completely thought out: enough space for all your belongings, a big terrace with a jacuzzi (we didn’t use it though, as we preferred the ocean and the swimming pool), table and sun beds like near swimming pool. 5. First beach line, beach is cleaned every morning 6. There is a turtle center 5 min from the hotel. We swam with turtles accompanied by guys from the center. A lot of emotions:-) 7. You can get to all the Gili islands easily. 15 min and 2 USD by taxi to the port and then 15 min and 2-5 USD (depending on the type of boat) by boat. We came to Gili several times for a whole day for snorkeling and lunch. Obviously, we got help on every request we made, from the team of the hotel. Our warmest words of thanks to everybody! The hotel is fully 5*. Staying here is worth the money. And many thanks for the presents: last dinner on the beach and national masks🥰 Gladly recommend!

Everything was wonderful

Seven Secrets really exceeded our expectations. The location is great; it's tucked away at the end of a beautiful bay with white sandy beach and palm trees all around. The resort is small and intimate but provides all the facilities and services of larger resorts. The large infinity swimming pool overlooks the beach and there's plenty of day beds and shade, as there is along the front of the beach. The free 15 minute welcome massage was excellent and the spa facilities are top class, as is the gym. Breakfast is included and it's sumptuous. We ate at the resort every night of the seven we there and didn't nearly get through all the items of the menu. On the first night they told us that if there was something not on the menu to just tell them and they would arrange for the chef to make it. There's a good range of local, Asian and Western food and plenty of vegetarian options. The grilled seafood platter was a highlight. And then there's the cocktails...delicious, but be warned, they are strong! There's plenty of space to sit along the beachfront and watch the amazing sunsets across the water over Bali. The resort is owned by an architect and it shows. The design is gorgeous, paying a lot of attention to detail, taking the natural environment into account and making great use of the space. The rooms are huge and have big balconies with their own jacuzzi. The indoor/outdoor showers are some of the best I've ever seen. Comfortable beds and excellent stereo speakers for music. But I've saved the best for last - the staff. Gardeners, house-keeping, spa attendants, security, reception, food and beverage staff, and management were all top notch. They were friendly, professional and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. There were so many little touches and we really felt sad to leave. The location and facilities make it hard to criticise this resort, but the staff make it impossible :) Thanks everyone!

The staff work very hard to keep the beach and water in front of the hotel clear of rubbish, but the plastics problem in Bali and Lombok is significant. They cleaned the sand and sea continually, but unfortunately they are fighting a losing battle.

Our stay at 7 Secrets Resort & Wellness Retreat was fantastic. The whole resort build with modern asian design ,everything was very branded and very clean. The staff were super friendly and nice. We felt the personalised touches and hospitality during our stay. The Resort has magnificent beach and the house reef so beautiful ! Don't forget to try kayaking in Nipah bay ,that will be really epic .The food and service at both restaurants were superb and we enjoyed every single course. L'angelo Bianco restaurant @ the beach serve super delicious original Italian foods. Our stay will be unforgettable experience ! We are very grateful to the entire staff for making our short stay so memorable. No question we will come back very soon for longer stay .

Wow...just wow! Me and my partner received absolutely exceptional service! The staff here make you feel like royalty! I've never received such exceptional service anywhere else i have stayed and i have stayed in 5* resorts/villas! The staff are friendly, well mannered, and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure you have an absolutely pleasant stay! I can't fault anything. Sultan, Winda, Astia and Fahmi were great! Siti and Putri also gave great massages. The head of staff was also great! I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely return again in the future. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and so are the villas!

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. The location, the feeling of space and of course the beach and facilities. We had two events, National day and a pool party which were also great. The room was stunning and so well thought out

Firstly don’t let me comments detract away from what is an amazing property. I write this as a way of constructive comment only. It’s a great hotel overall and would have given 10 but for what is below. We stayed for 7 days and loved it however the menu was limited with only one restaurant. The staff are very courteous and really do aim to make the stay as good as it can. They could benefit from some further training however as the attentiveness sometimes waned and they got distracted and so on occasion things too time to get.

Very friendly and attentive staff made us feel truly welcome. The intimate scale of this hotel is very unique. The beachfront location is beautiful and the entire property looks fantastic. Lovely swimming pool. The snorkeling tour was amazing and the food was delicious. Our children also really enjoyed our stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Garden

This is a little paradise. You wouldn’t want to share the address to make sure you keep it for yourself 😋. First of all, the staff was literally amazing. Everyone will do everything they could to make your stay memorable. The place is gorgeous, and we are keeping wonderful memories from Seven Secrets. All the family enjoyed the atmosphere, breakfast and tea time that were delicious. We’ve tested the spa and it was one of the best massage I had in my 5 weeks trip in Indonesia 😁. The room was cleaned twice a day. The beds are comfortable and the amenities were as described. Thanks for all the little touches and details. We’re looking forward coming back.

Dinner service was sometime slow, but we’ve had time to enjoy the view. Dinner is good but pricey compared to similar quality elsewhere in Indonesia. That said some beach restaurants are around and you could eat grilled fish 6 x less expensive if you’re not afraid to walk and eat with locals. ;-)
