The proximity to several swimmable beaches adds to its appeal, with convenient service provider like Grab Gojek and Bluebird readily available. Overall Verdict: The resort offers a well-rounded and scenic stay with excellent service, making it a recommended destination for travelers seeking tranquility and adventure.

The building maintenance could be smarter, particularly when addressing rain-related damage. For a longer stay same repetitive breakfast everyday was disappointing. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some lapses that impacted the overall experience. A few promised package inclusions were not delivered. While the spa was satisfactory in the morning, evenings were less appealing due to unclean tubs and visibly tired masseuses and no hot water.

We only stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful resort as a base before heading to Gili, but soon after we arrived we instantly wished we could have stayed longer here. This resort is beautiful and so comfortable albeit a little far from the airport (1hour by taxi). The room was spacious even with extra bed. My son really loved the pool and they have so many activities for adults and kids like yoga, turtle release (with extra cost) and many others. Senggigi beach may not be the best beach in Lombok but it was not a deal breaker. Another thing that I like in Senggigi area is public taxi and Gojek available freely, not like in Kuta Lombok when we were forced to use local rental cars with their predatory pricing as we could not hire scooter due to family travel with kid.

Very good garden, spacious and good maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly, food is ok, but could be better. Location is very close to Sangigi where you can buy everything. There is also a market on a walking distance.

We stayed in a beach villa, which where furnitures were very old, some were broken. The villa has very poor lighting and not enough light inside. The whole resort has the feeling of an old one not a modern tropical place. The pool bar was working but the second pool club did not. The breakfast was not good, very poor on variety and on fruits. Found many random cables and electrical boxes open which was not ok for children

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment which was spacious, quiet and super comfortable. With the best Wifi we've had in a hotel/resort forever! Breakfast had a good range of asian foods with limited western food. The restaurant food was excellent - a good range, very tasty and nicely presented. The pool is spacious and well designed, with options for kids, adults and toddlers. The pool bar is fabulous.

The apartment had very limited crockery etc, so if you plan to cook your own food you would need to bring some cooking gear. The apartment was also in need of some basic maintenance (e.g. old broken window shades, lose shower fittings, TVs that didn't work). The breakfast coffee was terrible.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort in Senggigi! One of the highlights was being able to catch a breathtaking view of Mount Agung from Bali – truly unforgettable. The resort was peaceful, and I had the most relaxing and authentic Mandalika massage. The ambience was serene, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a lovely Garden Villa – such a thoughtful touch, especially for my first visit. The people of Indonesia are simply wonderful – warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Sunsets here are magical, and the entire experience left me wanting to come back soon. Lovely facilities, spacious rooms and superb breakfast!

There is an issue of other guests reserving beds and then not using them for hours, meaning you can’t get a space. There should really be a policy against this.

This is my very first time in Lombok. Spending my year-end holiday with family. We book 8 rooms include room with sea view & garden view. Room & toilet are spacious with big balcony area. Staffs are very friendly starting from our check-in process to check-out time. Our rooms included breakfast. Breakfast is just nice. Not so many varieties but all okay. There are two big pools. One in breakfast area another one in The Cabana Beach club. Both are infinity pool facing beach. I love the ambience of the landscape.

The hotel is quite old but the facilities are well maintained. Room lighting is quite dark.

I really like the facilities, it has a great pool area a swim up bar, an on site beach club, plenty of sun loungers, a day spa, a small gym and a few options for dining. The room was always clean. The team decorated my bed while I was at the day spa because it was my birthday, and they even delivered a little birthday cake to my room. It's set right on a beautiful beach with cheap food options, beach sellers, and some tour operators. I want to shout out Amir and Ali. I went on a tour of Tetebatu and saw some monkeys with Amir. He was a great guide, he bought me a dragonfruit because I said I liked it and fed the monkeys peanuts for me because I was too scared. I went with Ali on a day trip to Kuta. He took me to Tanjung aan beach, and we went for coffee in Kuta, we even did a little beach clean up, collecting rubbish and putting it in the bin. We chatted non-stop the whole time, and he's a really genuine good guy.

The only feedback I have is that the rooms are a little old but the price reflects that and maybe next time if there's a wedding on they can warn people about the fireworks 🤣 they gave me a little jump scare. Honestly, though, those aren't even complaints, just things people should know when they book.

The resort was beautiful. One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. It was right on the beach with the most amazing views for sunset. The pools were lovely with swim up bars in both. We had the most amazing massages and spent most our time lounging around the resort. We didn't want to leave. We organised a dive trip from the resort as well - the guides were amazing. I absolutely will be coming back

There were no vegan options at the restaurant which meant we had to go to other resorts for dinner. The power in our room went out twice during the night which meant the aircon didn't work, however the staff came out at 3am to fix it for us. And this only happened to our room - our friends staying next door didn't have any issues.

We did not start well as the request for 2 interconnecting rooms though it was acknowledged by message, upon check in they said it wasn't available - but to be fair the hotel did make up for the error and did their best to amend. Besides the initial issue - it was a perfect stay. The resort has many activities which one could easily participate in. The staff are mostly very sweet. Located right on the beach. It has two good sized swimming pools. Gardens always impeccable. It is located in a quiet area which was really convenient for us who wanted weren't into noisy neighbourhoods. Restaurant on-site always served excellent food.

The initial issue - would suggest that rooms on the ground floor accessible from the balcony to be numbered as sometimes guests would get confused. A bit of room facelift would also be beneficial as the furniture is a little wary and old.
