The building maintenance could be smarter, particularly when addressing rain-related damage. For a longer stay same repetitive breakfast everyday was disappointing. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some lapses that impacted the overall experience. A few promised package inclusions were not delivered. While the spa was satisfactory in the morning, evenings were less appealing due to unclean tubs and visibly tired masseuses and no hot water.

We only stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful resort as a base before heading to Gili, but soon after we arrived we instantly wished we could have stayed longer here. This resort is beautiful and so comfortable albeit a little far from the airport (1hour by taxi). The room was spacious even with extra bed. My son really loved the pool and they have so many activities for adults and kids like yoga, turtle release (with extra cost) and many others. Senggigi beach may not be the best beach in Lombok but it was not a deal breaker. Another thing that I like in Senggigi area is public taxi and Gojek available freely, not like in Kuta Lombok when we were forced to use local rental cars with their predatory pricing as we could not hire scooter due to family travel with kid.

Very good garden, spacious and good maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly, food is ok, but could be better. Location is very close to Sangigi where you can buy everything. There is also a market on a walking distance.

We stayed in a beach villa, which where furnitures were very old, some were broken. The villa has very poor lighting and not enough light inside. The whole resort has the feeling of an old one not a modern tropical place. The pool bar was working but the second pool club did not. The breakfast was not good, very poor on variety and on fruits. Found many random cables and electrical boxes open which was not ok for children

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment which was spacious, quiet and super comfortable. With the best Wifi we've had in a hotel/resort forever! Breakfast had a good range of asian foods with limited western food. The restaurant food was excellent - a good range, very tasty and nicely presented. The pool is spacious and well designed, with options for kids, adults and toddlers. The pool bar is fabulous.

The apartment had very limited crockery etc, so if you plan to cook your own food you would need to bring some cooking gear. The apartment was also in need of some basic maintenance (e.g. old broken window shades, lose shower fittings, TVs that didn't work). The breakfast coffee was terrible.

Our stay 14 days at Holiday Resort Lombok was the perfect mix of relaxation and a great base for exploring the island, with excellent service and great value for money. Breakfasts were varied and delicious, and the staff — especially Syifa at reception — were always welcoming, helpful, and full of great advice. A big thanks to Syifa for her professionalism and deep knowledge of the island. Right next to the resort is a high-quality surf school (not part of the hotel), which is perfect for anyone wanting to surf — my daughters took lessons and were absolutely happy with the experience.

I stayed in two rooms — one of them could use a refresh, as the other was clearly cleaner and in better condition.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort in Senggigi! One of the highlights was being able to catch a breathtaking view of Mount Agung from Bali – truly unforgettable. The resort was peaceful, and I had the most relaxing and authentic Mandalika massage. The ambience was serene, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a lovely Garden Villa – such a thoughtful touch, especially for my first visit. The people of Indonesia are simply wonderful – warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Sunsets here are magical, and the entire experience left me wanting to come back soon. The pools, the gardens, the view. My third stay here, unfortunately the dining deck was washed away in a storm and is being replaced. This meant a bulldozer noise every day which was disappointing. Check if the deck is built before booking.

There is an issue of other guests reserving beds and then not using them for hours, meaning you can’t get a space. There should really be a policy against this.

the second time we come here, it's a safety net, a place where you can rest and relax with comfort and kindness, being sure you get wonderful service and enjoy the peace and the wonderful pool and the sunset view, we'll come again for sure

we were in the Mangsit Suite (2 bedrooms + kitchen/living room) and it definitely needed renovation, especially the kitchen was in bad condition and the bathrooms were not at the same level of the rest of the rooms, the reception manager listened to our concerns, changed/repaired a couple of things and gave us a great discount, so again super kind and professional staff!

This is my very first time in Lombok. Spending my year-end holiday with family. We book 8 rooms include room with sea view & garden view. Room & toilet are spacious with big balcony area. Staffs are very friendly starting from our check-in process to check-out time. Our rooms included breakfast. Breakfast is just nice. Not so many varieties but all okay. There are two big pools. One in breakfast area another one in The Cabana Beach club. Both are infinity pool facing beach. I love the ambience of the landscape.

The hotel is quite old but the facilities are well maintained. Room lighting is quite dark.
