It may sound like a casual cliche but Qunci Villas is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to and I’ve stayed at many top hotels all over the world. It is truly a rare gem that deserves 6 stars for all the key reasons - firstly, the incredibly warm, highly attentive, just beautiful staff who are also great fun!! Then the exquisite design and attention to detail (both physical and experience) - everything from the table decor to the landscaping, artworks in the room and around the pool and grounds, the world class food in all 3 restaurants led by Chef Negri. He’s a real chefs chef and seemed to be almost de facto manager as he was always around, engaging with guests with natural hospitality, humble and the staff clearly really like him, he has some great stories too…and my word can he cook!! The dishes at the seafood restaurant in particular were unbelievably creative and sumptuous on the eye and palette. Then there’s the location, situated in what is definitely one of the most picturesque bays in Sengiggi, far enough away from the main town to feel secluded and peaceful but only a 5-10min drive if you need anything plus there’s a minimart in close walking distance to the hotel. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel that made our stay truly one of the most memorable of our lives and we can’t wait to come back again and again :)

Having to leave!

Lovely groomed garden with small villas distributed throughout. All restaurants had beachview with breakfast seating right at the terrace overlooking the sea. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved the outdoor shower.

Getting sand into the rooms is always a problem at beach vacation. In the upstairs room the bathroom got rather wet when it rained.

Quinci Villas totally exceeded our expectations and the photos don't do it justice. It is beautiful and tranquil. The rooms were stunning and the property itself is absolute beach front with gorgeous day and sunset views. We could see a mountain in bali at sunset!! The 3 pools and 3 restaurants were amazing and top quality food! The cocktails were delicious and the service was just amazing! So many day beds so we never had an issue getting one extra plus! Overall an absolute 10/10!!

We’ve travelled extensively throughout Indonesia and across many Southeast Asian destinations, often staying in 5-star resorts where possible, and Qunci Villas easily ranks in our top three. Everything about this resort was exceptional. With three stunning infinity pools and three outstanding restaurants to choose from, every moment felt special. Whether enjoying breakfast while watching surfers in the morning or dining beachfront as the sun set in the evening, the views were breathtaking. Our pool villa was equally impressive, offering comfort, style, and privacy. Most importantly, the staff, from security to management, were warm, welcoming, and made us feel safe throughout our stay. A very special shout-out and heartfelt thanks to Jo, Quali’s restaurant manager; Boy, the executive chef; Sodik, the sous chef; and Hery, our favourite waiter. They went above and beyond to organise, prepare, and coordinate a spectacular five-course degustation meal tailored to our dietary requirements for my wife’s 60th birthday. Their attention to detail, culinary skill, and genuine care made it an unforgettable celebration. I can’t recommend Qunci Villas highly enough; I’ll be sharing this gem with family and friends, and we will definitely return.

A beautifully kept property, Qunci was a perfect place to relax for a week. We loved the three beachfront infinity pools where you can watch locals surfing the waves in front of the resort. Service was exceptional - staff were friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was wonderful - a huge range of à la carte options plus fresh fruit, juice and coffee. The resort has different themed nights throughout the week across its three restaurants, as well as live music and performances which creates a nice atmosphere. They also offer complimentary yoga classes some mornings which is a nice touch.

Beverages and food were expensive for Lombok. The beach is not the best for swimming as it is quite shallow and there is a lot of coral on the bottom.

We spent 7 blissful days at Quincy Villas and honestly didn’t want to leave. My girlfriend described it as paradise, and I couldn’t agree more. I came looking for a week of pure relaxation, and that’s exactly what I got — barely moved from the villa the entire time. What really sets this place apart is the people. From the warm welcome at reception to the gardener quietly tending the grounds, every member of staff was genuinely lovely — friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The villas themselves are beautifully designed, the setting is serene, and the food selection was spot-on. The spa? Absolutely incredible — highly recommend treating yourself. We gave top marks across the board, and they were well deserved. Quincy Villas is a hidden gem in Lombok — we’ll definitely be back.

Can’t fault it at all.

We loved everything. The location was just outside of sengiggi and in the middle of great beaches and close to the city but nice and quiet. The beachfront was beautiful and the pools and lounge areas were peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Our villa and surrounding resort area was very clean and well landscaped and the attention to details made our stay comfortable and luxurious. The spa and spa services was very nice. The staff was the best part about this place. They were so friendly and helpful and did everything they possibly could to make our stay a great one. There were 3 restaurants and we had a great experience at all of them. The food was fresh and delicious along with the breakfast which was included and had lots of choices. They offers great themed evenings including traditional Balinese dance and Indonesian food night that was authentic and beautifully presented. We wools Recommend this place again and again.

We loved everything.

Beutiful grounds, very friendly most of the staff, comfortable villa, very clean. Good choice of breakfast (not buffets though), lovely food in all three restaurants. A complimentary yoga sessions were very good (need to beeok in advance)

1/ Bathroom is a little tired, toilet didn't properly flush, a large crack in the sink. 2/ No bar, i.e. to sit before or after the meals. There are just three restaurants. Plus, if you do want to have a decent table you need to book in advance (no-one told us about it when checking in and for the first evening we couldn't get a table until late). We were at Quinci not at the highest season, so I anticipate when the hotel is fully booked it would be even harder to find a seat. 3/ Hard to get properly spicy sambals, but quite predictably so - the common perception is that tourists need their "spicy food" not very spicy))))

The location, peace and quiet and the staff were very friendly.

4 out of 5 of us picked up a tummy bug,we were unable to say for certain where it came from but suspect some food hygiene issues or water. It felt like the hotel was at the end of a busy period and had taken a collective sigh, lights didn’t work, there were no mosquito nets until we asked for them and there was fairly intrusive building works going on. Did it detract from our enjoyment, no, but then we are not picky or let things get us down easily.
