We had a great time at this wonderful small property with only 14 villas. . The Pearl restaurant was a gem. An extensive menu with plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. We liked the 5-7pm Happy Hour. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They never asked for our villa number after the first visit and always called us by our first name Our pool-villa was a perfect size, a nice layout and at a good location close to the resort pool and the restaurant.

1) The resort didn't have a proper beach and walking to the nearest one was not easy or safe, walking on the stone wall along the shore, with high waves at times. 2) Getting into the resort and villa pool was a bit challenging for us 80 year-olds....

We stayed at Jeeva Santai Villas for the first two weeks of our honeymoon, and it was the perfect introduction to Lombok! The service was truly world-class—every member of the team made us feel so welcome, special, and completely at home. We stayed in the pool villa and it was fantastic, with a large bathroom, super comfortable bed, and a fabulous private pool area outside. A special shoutout to Niah, Chef Nizar, Sakar, Liana, Nanghah, Habib, and Huda, who went above and beyond to ensure we were always looked after. They even made dining a breeze by accommodating my allergies with care, always providing gluten-free bread and meals. The food, thanks to Chef Nizar, was outstanding—every dish at their seaside restaurant was a treat. The location itself is magical, and combined with the incredible team, it made for such a memorable stay. Highly recommend Jeeva Santai Villas for anyone looking for a truly special experience in Lombok!

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel. My private villa was a perfect sanctuary: comfortable, beautiful, peaceful and thoughtfully designed. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and always welcome you with a smile or offer tips on what to do. The food and drinks at the restaurant were amazing, and a hard to beat location staring out at the ocean! I borrowed a snorkel from the hotel and was able to snorkel with sea turtles directly in front of the hotel, they even gave me a bottle of bread to feed them! I ended up extending my stay I loved it so much, cannot recommend enough!

We had a private pool-villa: beautifully furnished, with separate lounge, outside seating area and beautiful, big bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the common pool gorgeous with views onto Mound Agung on neighbouring Bali and the ocean, turtles could be sighted from there and the sea-breeze was deliciously refreshing. Food was great. On Sunday evening an excellent duo played live music - the property is in a lush garden with an amazing variety of flowers and bushed. We absolutely loved our stay at Jeeva Santai Villas, even when it rained, as just being there was a pleasure. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who did a truly great job making their guests feel comfortable and happy. Also, lovely happy-hour cocktails to accompany the sunset - I would return to this enchanting resort with big pleasure!!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

An amazing resort that cannot be faulted. Limited to 14 villas/rooms keeps this place serene and ambiance all times. The gardens, the villas, the private pool, the restaurant right on the water’s edge. All perfect. But the element that made this place special: it’s the staff. Every interaction I had with the staff, from the gardener to the manager was extremely pleasant, as if nothing was too much to ask. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention, exceptional on every level. Everything is so stylish, and comfortable. Santai Jeeva is not cheap, but it’s worth every single cent. Just unbelievably beautiful.

Lovely quiet adults only resort, each villa totally private. The beachfront breakfasts were delicious, order from a menu, fresh fruit drinks superb. Being able to go to sister resort Jeeva Klui for dinner if feeling like a change was a wonderful option with a beautiful clean and sandy beach.The staff at both resorts were super respectful and friendly. The weather was perfect The outdoor seating area with ceiling fan at our pool villa was a fantastic place to sit and read out of the sun. No mosquitos.

I liked everything

I loved everything about our stay; the hotel was small and peaceful but had everything we needed and was a quick drive to larger centres. All of the staff - front of house, housekeeping, grounds staff, security, restaurant and hospitality - were incredibly friendly and helpful and always made sure to greet everyone by name and that we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were fantastic and well priced - the chef there is great and I would highly recommend exploring the menu especially the local fare and special dishes like the whole fish baked in a salt crust (a real highlight). Hot tip: can also pre-order fresh seafood that's not on the menu a day ahead. Watching the sunset at happy hour never got old. We stayed in a deluxe pool villa and we were thrilled with it - it's large, comfortable, has good aircon, an outdoor bath and shower (and an inside shower), and there was good sun shade options too. I look forward to returning!

Food needed to have more choices and was ok, not wonderful. Also be nice if staff came and asked if wanted anything else instead of always having to go to them.

Spacious villa with private pool as well as a larger pool overlooking the sea. Loved the outdoor shower as well as the spacious bathroom/ dressing room & a separate living room. Amazing staff. Ability to utilise facilities at sister property Jeeva Klui.

Nowhere close by to walk for a coffee or meals. Nowhere to swim out the front of the villas. Menu a bit repetitive when staying for a week.

Ideal for Couples: The intimate and charming atmosphere is perfect for romantic getaways. Grab and bluebird works for anyone who requires a taxi.

Maintenance Issues: Some minor stains and older furniture could benefit from Updates. Insufficient Lighting: The areas around the private pools are too dark, making late-night swims uninviting. Overall room lighting could also be improved.
