Breakfast - Was ok - Not a great spread - but okay. Staff - Excellant staffs - Very Pleasant, friendly and helpful. Restaurant - Food didnt have many choices - however, the food we ordered tasted great. Local Indonesian dish Room - It was not a new hotel - but rooms were clean. It was my birthday - the staffs brought a cake to celebrate and wish me - Was totally shocked on this however, sincerely appreciate their gesture - Even at the lobby, the receptionist wished Overall - the view from the room was amazing - felt very relaxed

Nothing much i can think of - maybe the door to the room - we could not use the main door - had to use the sliding door for coming in and out. And the pool water was too cold - they need to add a heater - it was freezing cold... The shower pressure wasnt too great and the shower head needs to be changed. Otherwise - the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Very good hotel with a good location - just 3 minutes from the village if you rent a scooter - with a great view of the sea. Best of all the staff who all are very professional and friendly.

Perhaps to inform families with children that respect should go in both directions. In the end you could wake up with the sound of the waves from the ocean or you could wake up listen to children screaming hysterically from the room below. We were lucky and the vast majority of our stay we woke up to the sound of the waves.

Breakfasts great.

Only one complaint :- first night there we were told that you didn't have any wine. For a first class resort, catering for western customers, that is simply not good enough !. If you are going to be in the hospitality business, you must provide to a high standard, and you must provide what resort customers are going to want. Most western customers, especially women, drink wine. Not having wine, at your resort, was a real dissapointment !

I loved everything about the hotel. From the smooth check-in process to the ultra comfy beds. The A/C worked perfectly and the bedroom was well appointed. The bathroom felt very luxurious as well. And then the pool overlooking the ocean stole the show. I could watch that view all day. So peaceful and tranquil. The food at the on-site restaurant was pretty good and the staff were very accommodating for my dietary requirements. I'd happily go back again.

Hard to pick anything negative. Perhaps the hot water in the shower took about 30 seconds to heat up. But other than that, everything was flawless.

This must be one of the nicest places where I stayed during my holidays in Indonesia. Beautifully located with the beach and sea at your doorstep. A nice buffet breakfast, with plenty of choice. The staff goes the extra mile to make this a memorable holiday. The shower was also very nice

Sengiggi as a city/town is in decline and lost a lot of its previous grandeur. On the other hand, prices are much more reasonable than the excessively expensive Kuta (for the same type of quality beaches). The place's restaurant is slightly overpriced.

Raja Villa is a beautifully built and furnished older resort with lovely well-kept gardens. It is overlooking the ocean so almost all rooms have nice views but the beach is not really suitable for swimming. We loved spending time on the comfortable balcony with really nice view. The resort has a nice lobby and restaurant with great views. Perfect for long lazy breakfast watching the water. For breakfast there is a good selection. Above all we need to mention the lovely and efficient staff. They made our stay extra special. They made us feel at home and gave us good recommendations. It was lovely to chat with them, learn about life on the island. We would love to return one day.

The resort needs updating here and there. More space for hanging towels and wet clothes would make the room more comfortable.

Super relaxed, quiet, great views, nice pools and food was fantastic, wifi was good enough for typical day to day stuff like streaming Netflix, emails, social media

Very suspect early check in fee of 250,000IDR or approximately €15. My occupation takes me to numerous countries/hotels over some 20+ years, I have never been asked for an early check in fee yet, especially for a room that was already ready to go. I cant help but suspect some malfeasance so i asked for a receipt & it was hand written!! All other receipts from this hotel were from a point of sale machine, the plot thickens…..Late checkout fees i have encountered, which to date i have been only very occasionally charged. This was the one fly in the ointment, i was not in the humour for protracted discussions on the subject.

Our stay at Rajavilla was marvelous. We ended up wishing we had prepared our trip to stay there longer. Great value for money, lovely staff and facilities. Cleaningness to the point and very spacious and comfortable rooms with very convenient balcony.

I liked everything about this stay, but future guests must know it is not centrally located. A short taxi/grab ride does the trick to get you to the nearest restaurants and stores in senggigi, However the road to there is not really easily walkable. Nevertheless, if you plan to just stay inside the resort you will find everything you need there.

The resort was very quiet being the off season which was lovely for us. The views were spectacular and location to walk to town or visit other beaches was excellent. Our room was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was a la carte and very good. The main pool was clean as were some of the private pools which were located outside the lagoon rooms.

The hotel seems to be lacking in the use of some of the wonderful features. The rooftop patio areas have no furniture to relax enjoy the sunset. The spa is a complete abandoned disaster. The cushions on the sofas and chairs in the restaurant/bar are in dire need of cleaning.

We stayed at the Suite Ocean, which was 3rd floor. The view from our room was spectacular!! The balcony was so spacious, and we were feeling the air of the ocean. I will never forget the scenery from our room.

Some restaurant staff needed to be trained. When I asked『Is this spicy? 』He said no. But it was very spicy. Some were very friendly and nice. Some facilities were not clean and comfortable. The sofas were very hard. Also some places were a little bit dangerous for small kids.So parents should be careful.
