The nice green garden and the pool are amazing. The exit from the pool area directly to the beach (black sand). The friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. The pool in general, and also the baby pool is nice, our 2 daughters (4 and 1 years old) enjoyed it. Restaurant with view to the pool, so the kids can play and be in the water while still being supervised. The sunset view from the beach, next to hotel, while the sun sets behind Mount Agung on Bali.

The pressure of water in the shower was not enough. Sometimes there was no hot water, which was not a big problem, but still you would expect hot water.

The hotel itself is beautiful and really exceeded my expectations. The room is spacious, the bed is super comfortable and has a nice mosquito net. The staff is very helpful! The pool is amazing, the beach where the hotel is located is also very beautiful. Quiet area.

The food option at the restaurant could be healthier. They had a selection of Eastern and Western. For Eastern, I expected to eat more traditional Indonesian food; for Western , the majority was fast food like pizza, burger, sandwich. It lacked some healthy meals.

On arrival we were given one of the old style rooms with the wooden locking door however this enabled many bugs to enter - so we spoke with staff and they were able to switch us over to the apartment block side. Pool and restaurant was decent. Location isn't really near anywhere would recommend using taxi or bike rental services to get around.

First room had many mosquitos, flies, grasshoppers and a really big spider - but once spoken with reception we were able to move.

Loved my stay here! An older hotel but very well maintained. The value for money is amazing, comfy bed, big room & good shower. Very clean & the staff are super attentive and kind. Pool area is super relaxing, direct access to the beach

The location wasn’t my favourite, no restaurants, massage or mini mart walking distance or beachside cafes. I ended up having to hire a bike to get around.

Lovely staff, nice buffet breakfast, lovely pool area.

There was only 2 channels working on the TV (not that I watched much). My room was on the 3rd floor so it meant lots of walking up and down stairs as there was no elevator. If you are elderly or unfit I would suggest to request a ground floor room. The Spa has been temporarily closed which was disappointing as it meant getting a 5 minute taxi to the nearest spa or walking the 15-20 minutes over the hill to get there.

The environment is beautiful, it has a private beach (not ideal for swimming but it's beautiful to see the sunset). It has a big and deep swimming pool. The staff at the reception were very helpful and nice.

I couldn't communicate in English with most of the staff at the restaurant of the hotel, and that was very frustrating.

Loved the pool here, the staff were absolutely wonderful and were always friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean as was the whole hotel. Beautiful gardens and surroundings.

The location was a little far from town but I knew that when I booked. I walked to town most days but it’s easy to get a taxi there and back.

The staff were so friendly and polite. The room was big and clean with a big window overlooking the ocean. The beds were comfortable and big. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. There's complimentary water and coffee & tea. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool and/or just chilling by the pool area. The buffet breakfast was good. There's not many options but still enough and good!

Brilliant setting in peaceful lush gardens, big pool, Kerandangan beach literally a single step off their grounds. Super friendly staff, all always with a bright smile on their faces, Rooms and entire compound a little bit aging, but well kept, maintained with passion and squeek clean. Maybe worth to spend some bugs extra for your category of room. My one was mere perfect! Felt almost like a small palace with a big balcony with views over the pool area and sea view. If you are lucky, you will witness a world class aunset over Balis Gunung Lemuyang directly from there. Quiet location just North of Senggigi, which can be visited by 15 min walk or easy peasy with scooter, ojek or Bluebird taxi. Don't miss Kerandangan 2 Beach especially on a Sunday. Brilliant lively weekend feeling among super nice, relaxed Lombok locals (best food at Coco Beach Warung in paradise settings a little bit like in the Pacific)!

The staff was nice and helpful, the bed was comfortable with mosquito net, breakfast was nice, there is a restaurant/bar so you can enjoy some drinks/snacks around the pool, the whole place itself is very relaxing

Didn't like the room so much, it was noisy and we always had the light from the stairs on, the curtains didn't hide anything
