Superb hotel, great breakfast, good location. Awesome pool and bar.

Walking around the area is terrifying because of how fast and reckless people drive. You take your life into your hands every time you try to cross the street. Hotel could probably advocate for some kind of traffic-calming in the area; painted pedestrian crossings are just ignored by all motorists.

Great pool and on the beach. Great location for restaurants. Lovely to hang out on the beach with local families. All staff at hotel were exceptional!

It needs a bit lf a lick of paint but for what we paid we have no complaints.

From the moment we arrived at the Sheraton Sengiggi, we felt like honoured guests. The customer service at this horel is outstanding. Everyone we met throughout our stay was efficient, helpful, and, most of all, kind. This was our second stay at the Sheraton, and we were surprised that people remembered us. Tiwi, the Customer Service Manager, went out of her way to make sure our stay was unique, introducing us to the staff and assisting us to see the wonderful sights of the island. Our room was superb with such a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. Special touches such as tea and coffee facilities , lombok snacks, and a roomy balcony made this experience even more special. The restaurants in the hotel are wonderful. The pool is amazing. Even though it was high season, we always found a spot to enjoy the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. We cannot thank Tiwi and the staff enough for their commitment throughout our stay. We hope to be able to visit again soon

Beautiful breakfast with helpful staff. The pianist at breakfast was fabulous! Very comfortable rooms and great pool. The turtle hatchery and feeding was great!

We were on half board and the stay and dine menu was the same for our five nights in each restaurant which was a shame as more variety would be better. Perhaps same menu for each night of the week would mix it up? The service on the Sunday was very slow too and seemed under staffed.

We loved staying in this hotel, we had an ocean view room, the rooms were very clean and really well maintained. The pool was lovely, sun beds were very comfortable, with pool towels easily available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Also have to say the breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip, lots of variety, and lots of food cooked to order, with the piano playing making it a nice atmosphere ! The hotel has access straight onto the beach, and just a short walk along the beach to some nice restaurants. We were here early June, and it was very quiet, not many tourists around, I expect some of the bars and restaurants struggle to survive as it is so quiet.

The only thing for me was the noise of the road that we could hear in the rooms at night.

The hotel/bar wine list is terrible. Dreadful, overpriced "Bali" wine. A few imported wines, all overpriced and mainly not in stock. Happily there is a M Mart nearby, and Fresh supermarket, who have much better imported wine options at reasonable prices. As do other nearby 1st class hotel restaurants and even local beachfront restaurants.

Everything! This hotel was beyond our expectation. Facilities are great. Breakfast was super excellent with different choices in daily basis. Services from staff are great, very kind and super nice lots of smiles! They responded our issues promptly, gave us extra room freshener as the wooden furniture starts to smell due to aging. Beautiful private Sengigi beach, perfect for morning walk. Beautiful swimming pool and the size was superb! It requires upgrade and maintenance, thou. The hotel location is very close to shops and massage parlours, walk within 5-10 minutes. Room rate includes airport pick up.

Other than the aging furniture and facilities, our stays at Sheraton Sengigi was very nice!

We stayed in a garden unit and the room smelt of urine it was awful after 2 days we couldn't take it any longer so spoke to the desk about it, they immediately took us out of the room and gave us the best pool front room in the complex. We were very impressed and very grateful. Also one of the dinners at the restaurant was not very nice, too much oil in the pasta they did not charge us for the meal. What we liked was that they fixed any problem up immediately in a practical way and didn't try to get out of doing it. The pool was amazing, the beachfront was amazing and the beachfront BBQ was great too. Braeakfasts were amazing too.

This hotel has provided us with one of our best experiences. This gracious hotel is nestled into a valley of greenery overlooking the sea. From our room, we could watch the fishing boats setting out ieach morning and then watch the spectacular Sengiggi sunsets at night. The staff were outstanding. The pool staff and restaurant staff went out of their way to make us feel valued and comfortable. Thanks especially to Tiwi for her cheerful conversation and willingness to help us make the best of our week in Lombok. The food throughout the hotel was very tasty and varied. There were two themed dinners whilst we were there, and they were beautifully presented and reasonably priced. We couldn't fault our room, which had a great bed and great facilities including a sea facing balcony. We loved our stay at Sheraton Sengiggi and hope to be back again soon.
