We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. The villa was amazing, large pool and 3 large well serviced bedrooms, all immunities provided comfy beds lovely bath in master suite, lovely TV room. Set in lovely grounds. Plenty of space for all the family or for 2 families to share without being in each others pockets. Great place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was amazingand the staff where great. The villa definitely had the wow factor

Could benefit from having smart tv's in bedrooms It is not walking distance to restaurants etc so you will need a taxi. We also couldn't get grab food delivered, orderes all canceled as they didn't want to deliver

We had a nine night stay here at villa 3. Beautifully designed villa that has a luxurious feel. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished with great towels and toiletries. The facilities were brilliant with a fully functioning kitchen and utensils should you wish to cook. A big container of drinking water was replaced when needed. There is an aircon tv lounge with Netflix available if you need a break from the heat. WiFi throughout the property. Pool was fabulous cleaned twice a day and comfortable lounges with nice pool towels in the room. A safety deposit box is available in each room. Housekeeping available daily but we chose to have them every second day. They can arrange a 24 laundry service at RP30k per kilo. A taxi to Sengigi was about RP22k each way (suggest using the Bluebird App if you’re not familiar) where there’s plenty of shops and restaurants. We had breakfast included and it was fabulous. A choice of dishes and fruit juices to choose from and a fruit platter to complete it. Served in the villa at a time of your choice between 0700/1000. The staff were very attentive and could not do enough for you. Uni was the manager present and would be available via WhatsApp for any questions or issues and again went out of her way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. She was a star - thank you.

We had issues with one of the aircon units in the 3rd bedroom but the staff and engineers worked hard to keep it running. It worked but wasn’t cooling to the max. It looked like they were replacing the older units so may not be an issue in the future. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are smaller than the main bedroom with thatched interior roofs but with all the en-suite facilities as the first. It may not be clear to you on booking.

we stayed at bale mandala for our last 5 days in indonesia and had many other properties before, but this villa was our absolute favorite and the perfect ending of our journey! the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. they helped us with everything we asked for. we always were looking forward to sleep because we couldn’t wait for the awesome breakfast in the morning!! we were a group of 6 people and every single person was more than satisfied with the rooms, pool and the outside area!

The breakfast was tasty and convenient. Uni and her team were always on hand and very helpful. We even booked a day trip through the villa. The beds are extra big and comfy and the private pool is large and a relaxing place to lounge by. Although it is not walking distance to restaurants and shops, we had no problem ordering taxis which barely cost anything and came within a few minutes.

Everything was perfect. Great breakfasts, responsive Property manager, lovely staff, beautiful facilities.

Nothing. Sengigi is obviously a lot quieter than bigger places. Property located a few kms out of main township so transport to town required either a rental scooter or Grab - neither problematic.

So good everything the staff so kind love them! The service was really good and it was clean. Next year we’re coming back:)

It is not really central, but that is okay because you have your own villa en with grab you can order anything.

Everything! I’d come back to Lombok just for the villa! Hosts are amazing. It’s in a quiet part of town. Perfect for a relaxing getaway and still close to everything in Senggigi. We stayed in Villa 3 (3 couples) and it was the perfect size.

Really quiet, good value, very friendly stuff.

TV in living room is little old and little broken. one pool light was not working. Pool could be a little better maintained.

the staff (both Uni and Security guys) were very helpful and accommodating. Uni, the villa manager helped us make changes to our ferry tickets and security helped us change a big bill to pay our taxi driver. After coming back from a long rainy day of excursions, we noticed the staff brought in our shoes that we were drying outside, so it won’t get wet. Really appreciate their attention to small details. breakfast had delicious healthy options. highly recommend and would stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Customer service was thoughtful and made the stay really great especially as I was on holiday with my mother and children. Would highly recommend to others. Villa was very large, spacious and well equipped.
