Amazing location, view (especially from the restaurant on the hill), beach (great snorkeling as corals are everywhere and full or life), trips opportunities at the Gili islands, waterfalls inland, friendly behavior of locals (everyone is very nice and friendly with you), safety (always felt safe moving around everywhere on the island), food, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, spacious living quarters, service (excellent staff).

Sometimes too quiet (not so much entertainment in the evening except one very good music live band every Thursday night and only during high season) so if you want to party in the evening you should look for other locations nearby such as Bali or Gili Trawangan.

The best, most quality, most relaxing time in Lombok. The hotel staff is very helpful, in contact with each other, there were never any misunderstandings when communicating, everything went smoothly. The villas are luxurious, spacious, wonderfully comfortable and large bed, perfectly working air conditioning, the bathroom / shower area is very spacious, equipped with the most necessary amenities, kimono and other stuff. Private pool - 10/10 - large, clean, extremely pleasant for swimming. The hotel area is well-maintained, palm trees everywhere, a space where you can lie in a hammock and listen to the sound of the sea. The beach by the sea is extremely beautifully arranged, the sun loungers are comfortable, there is an opportunity to order food or drinks right by the sea, you don't have to go anywhere. The hotel restaurant - 10/10 - the food is incredibly delicious, large portions, professional service, friendly, caring staff. We ate the most delicious snacks, drank the most delicious cocktails, and the breakfast won our hearts - a very wide selection (from eggs benedict to their own granola with yogurt and fruit). After our visit to Lombok, we traveled to Gili Trawangan - the hotel organized a private fast boat to the island, we didn't have to travel to the port ourselves, we left from the hotel beach. Everything was unreal, thank you, we recommend everyone to come and experience it.

Wow, what a lovely hotel, we were in a deluxe villa with private pool and this exceeded our expectations, everything was ultra clean and the bed was massive and very comfortable. The bathroom has a large shower and stand alone bath and from the balcony we could see the sea. The restaurant has the most amazing view of the Gili Islands and the sunset while having drinks was a highlight. There is not much around the hotel and you would need transport if you wanted to eat out or visit senggigi, the hotel does a shuttle which you would need to book the day before. The staff were some of the friendliest we had throughout our trip, always stopped for a chat and always had a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed break doing nothing much, you can also snorkel from the beach as the water is crystal clear.

For people who like to adventure and visit tourist spots , the hotel is a bit far , something that should be made clearer while booking , however the service and help by the staff covers up for the location . Recommend for couples who want to be alone and peaceful .

We liked EVERYTHING. This property is amazing. The Beach villas have the greatest views, one of the biggest pools we ever encountered whenever staying in pool villas around the world ( bigger even than some great Maldives resort) and room and bathroom have all sort of details. Its just awesome overall. The beach is very clean, even its a local beach shared with local fishermen and there is snorkel options including turtles. Last but not the least the staff is amazing from the GM, to reception staff speciallly thanks to Nana, to restaurant, housekeeping and all others. You can also easily reach Gili islands in 15-20min boat if you want to explore them

During the last two weeks of our honeymoon we stayed at Kayana Beach, and it was absolutely perfect! The villas were stunning, featuring a private pool and everything you'd expect from a luxury villa resort. The service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the assistance we received in organizing private boat taxis directly from the beachfront, which was just a 30-second walk from our villa. These boats took us to the beautiful islands of Gili Air and Gili Meno - definitely a must-do when you're in Lombok. In the restaurant, they paid careful attention to my allergies by providing gluten-free options, and the food was fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which extended until late afternoon - perfect for lazy mornings! Kayana Beach is a true gem in Lombok, and it made our honeymoon incredibly memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a combination of luxury, adventure, and relaxation.

Everything was perfect! Location is amazing. A lovely bay, with houses between palmtrees. Beautiful garden, Beautiful beach, hilltop restaurant. The houses are amazing. Privacy, Beautiful decoration, Every aspect was Beautiful. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Heavenly. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. They do Everything to make your stay very comfortabel. The restaurant is on a hill. Do not worry, they have a golfcar to take you up there. The views are amazing from the restaurant. The food is very very tasty. We rented a motorbike to explore the island. The roads are really good. This resort is one of the best we stayed in. (We have been to 150 countries) Highly highly recommended if you want to feel the real indonesia and get relaxed. Not like bali at all. Special thanks to Nana and Nur.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!! We had the room with the private pool which was awesome and there is also a private beach and a bigger pool. The beach is full of coconut trees and the water is very clear, very relaxing vibes! The views from the restaurant are incredible, worth going also for the sunset. There is a buggy service connecting the reception with the restaurant. All the staff we're really friendly and accommodating especially Nana and Robby who made us feel really welcomed! The location is good too, far enough from the more touristy Senggigi and close to Gili islands if interested for a day trip. Would love to come back! Very good value for money.

We recieved a complimentary room upgrade to a beach front villa which was a lovely gesture from the resort and would 100% recommend booking the beach front villa. The staff were lovely and very polite and the views were amazing with exquisite daily sunsets. The food offered was delicious the spa was very relaxing.

It is a fair bit away from the nearest town, a 30min taxi ride so staying for an extended time may not be the most convenient. In the early hours of the morning, the locals burn their rubbish and leaves at the back of the resort and this causes alot of smoke to drift to the villas. Without any wind, the smoke lingers and you will smell it in the rooms as the doors are louvre doors, this may impact those with respiratory sensitivities such as asthmatics.

Absolutely loved our stay, wish we spent more time here. My partner struggles with insomnia but slept like a baby the whole time here! Very comfortable beds, clean, spacious, beautiful environment. Added bonus of being able to swim and snorkel on the hotel beach, you can even spot sea turtles here! Also did a day trip to the Gilis organised by the hotel which was super convenient, boat picked us up from the hotel beach. We had some issues in Bali which mean we arrived a day later than our booking, hotel was very accommodating and even offered to extend our stay by a day to make up for this! We also want to especially mention Heru who went out of his way to help us when we lost our camera, helped to escort us to the police station and stayed with us to make sure everything was sorted! Thank you so much! Also Nana was really friendly and helpful! Staff were all amazing overall! Also the breakfast is amazing! You get a choice from the menu which includes Indonesian and western foods as well as lighter bites. Whatever you choose always comes with fresh fruits, juice, pastries, tea/coffee on top! And breakfast is available until 5pm everyday!!

Nothing! The resort is a little further from central Senggigi (around 20-30mins on a scooter), we actually liked this because we much prefer the quiet and calm, but would recommend renting scooter. Some prev reviews mentioned the prayers being disruptive, but we really didn’t find this an issue, you can hear the prayers from the villas but not in a loud/obnoxious way, we thought it was actually quite a relaxing sound!
